Description

Technical area

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of bearing lubrication for vehicles, in particular to an oil collecting bushing for a bearing and a transmission comprising the oil collecting bushing. background

[0002] In a vehicle's transmission, a bearing is a key component, and adequate lubrication can ensure its normal operation. Existing lubrication methods for transmission bearings mainly involve oil lubrication. Splash lubrication is used for oil lubrication of conventional transmission bearings; that is, a certain amount of lubricating oil is injected into the bearing through a gear.

[0003] However, splash lubrication often cannot effectively cool high-speed bearings in gearboxes while providing adequate lubrication. Therefore, in most cases, forced-circulation oil lubrication is used instead for high-speed bearings in gearboxes to ensure a sufficient amount of lubricating oil flows through the bearing, effectively cooling the high-speed bearing while providing adequate lubrication.

[0009] The present invention is made in view of the above-described prior art. An object of the present invention is to provide a novel oil collection bushing for a bearing that can effectively cool the bearing in a transmission, for example, while fully lubricating the bearing with a simple structure. The oil collection bushing is particularly suitable for the lubrication and cooling of high-speed bearings. Another object of the present invention is to provide a transmission incorporating the above-mentioned oil collection bushing for the bearing.

[0010] To achieve the above-mentioned tasks, the following technical solutions are applied.

[0011] The present invention provides an oil collection bushing for a bearing as follows. The oil collection bushing is used to guide lubricating oil into a roller track of the bearing, the oil collection bushing having an axial direction, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction and comprising: a cylindrical bushing main body, wherein an oil collecting groove for collecting the lubricating oil is formed on an inner peripheral part of the bushing main body, and the bushing main body is provided with a plurality of openings penetrating the bushing main body and communicating with the oil collecting groove; and a plurality of oil claws arranged at parts of the bushing main body where the openings are formed, each oil claw being formed to curve radially outward from the bushing main body, whereby the lubricating oil from the oil collecting groove can be guided from the corresponding oil claws via the openings into the roller track under the centrifugal force generated during rotation of the oil collecting bushing.

[0012] Preferably, the bushing main body comprises an axial center portion and two axial side end portions, wherein the axial center portion is connected to the two axial side end portions and is arranged between the two axial side end portions, and the axial center portion protrudes radially outward with respect to the two axial side end portions, so that the inner peripheral part of the axial center portion forms a shape which is recessed radially outward to form the oil collecting groove.

[0013] More preferably, in a cross section of the bushing main body along the radial direction, two axial side end portions of the bushing main body extend linearly in the axial direction and the axial center portion of the bushing main body is formed in an arc shape, so that the bushing main body has a substantially Ω-shaped cross-sectional shape.

[0014] More preferably, a base end portion of each oil claw connected to the bushing main body is connected to the radially outermost part of the axial center portion. More preferably, the oil collecting groove extends continuously along the circumferential direction over an entire circumference of the bushing main body, and the plurality of openings are evenly spaced in the circumferential direction. More preferably, the plurality of oil claws correspond one-to-one to the plurality of openings, and the oil claws are formed in a flat plate shape or an arc plate shape that extends obliquely radially outward while extending from the bushing main body to an axial side.

[0015] Preferably, the oil collection bushing is formed by integrated stamping.

[0016] The present invention further provides a transmission as follows, wherein the transmission comprises the oil collection bushing for the bearing according to any one of the above technical solutions and a bearing corresponding to the oil collection bushing. Preferably, the oil collection bushing and the bearing are mounted on a shaft of the transmission, an inner ring of the bearing is fixed on the shaft, the oil collection bushing is fixed with respect to the inner ring such that it is pressed against the inner ring in the axial direction of the shaft, and the bushing main body of the oil collection bushing can have a predetermined amount of elastic deformation in the axial direction of the shaft.

[0017] More preferably, free end portions of the oil claws of the oil collection bushing, which are far from the bushing main body, extend into a region between the inner ring and an outer ring of the bearing, so that the lubricating oil can be guided into the roller race between the inner ring and the outer ring. By applying the above-mentioned technical solution, the present invention provides a novel oil collection bushing for a bearing and a transmission including the oil collection bushing. The oil collection bushing includes a cylindrical bushing main body and a plurality of oil claws arranged on the bushing main body. The bushing main body is provided with an oil collection groove for collecting lubricating oil and the openings that penetrate the bushing main body and that communicate with the oil collection groove.By disposing the oil claws at portions of the bushing main body where the openings are formed and causing the oil claws to curve radially outward from the bushing main body, the centrifugal force generated during rotation of the oil collection bushing can be used to direct the lubricating oil from the oil collection groove through the corresponding oil claws via the openings into the roller race of the bearing. Therefore, the oil collection bushing according to the present invention has a simple structure and, in addition, can direct a sufficient amount of lubricating oil in the oil collection groove into the roller race of the bearing, thereby not only effectively lubricating the bearing but also cooling the bearing. The oil collection bushing is particularly suitable for the lubrication and cooling of high-speed bearings. Detailed description

[0018] Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that these specific descriptions are intended only to teach those skilled in the art how to practice the present invention and are neither intended to exhaust all possible variations of the present invention nor to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0019] Unless otherwise specified, in the present invention, "axial direction", "radial direction", and "circumferential direction" refer to the axial direction, radial direction, and circumferential direction of an oil collection bushing (bush main body) according to the present invention, respectively. "An axial side" refers to the left side in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and “other axial side” refers to the right side in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. A structure of an oil collection bushing according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0020] As in the Fig. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an oil collection bushing 1 for a bearing according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bushing main body 11 and oil claws 12 integrated as a whole. The oil collection bushing 1 is used to guide lubricating oil into a roller race 2S of a corresponding bearing 2 intended for roller mounting, thereby simultaneously realizing effective lubrication and cooling of the bearing 2. In the present embodiment, the oil collection bushing 1 is formed, for example, by integrated stamping.

[0021] In the present embodiment, the bushing main body 11 has a substantially cylindrical shape. In an axial direction A, the bushing main body 11 is divided into three sections, specifically including an axial center section 111 and two axial side end sections 112 and 113; and the axial center section 111 is connected to and interposed between the two axial side end sections 112 and 113.In a cross-section of the bushing main body 11 along the axial direction A, one axial side end portion 112 of the two axial side end portions 112 and 113 extends linearly along the axial direction A, and the other axial side end portion of the one axial side end portion 112 is connected to one axial side end of the axial middle portion 111; and the other side end portion 113 of the two axial side end portions 112 and 113 has the same size as the one axial side end portion 112 and also extends linearly along the axial direction A, and one axial side end of the other axial side end portion 113 is connected to the other axial side end of the axial middle portion 111.The axial center portion 111 is formed in a circular arc shape projecting radially outward with respect to the two axial side end portions 112 and 113, so that the bushing main body 11 has a substantially Ω-shaped cross section in the cross section of the bushing main body 11 along the axial direction A.

[0022] Therefore, on the one hand, the inner peripheral part of the axial center portion 111 is formed in a shape that is recessed radially outward to form an oil collecting groove that extends continuously along the circumferential direction over an entire circumference of the bushing main body 11 and is used to collect lubricating oil. On the other hand, the bushing main body 11, which has a substantially Ω-shaped cross section, has the relationship characteristic between an axial load force and an axial deformation, as shown in the characteristic graph in Fig. 4, which enables compensation of the total tolerance of a dimensional chain of a plurality of components of the shaft mounted on the gearbox in the axial direction of the shaft.

[0023] Furthermore, a portion of the bushing main body 11 from the radially outermost part of the axial center portion 111 to an axial side end portion 112 is provided with a plurality of openings 11h distributed in the circumferential direction. All openings 11h are spaced apart from each other and evenly distributed in the circumferential direction. Each opening 11h penetrates the bushing main body 11 in a radial direction R and communicates with the oil collecting groove, so that lubricating oil collected in the oil collecting groove can flow to the corresponding oil claw 12 via the opening 11h.

[0024] In the present embodiment, a plurality of oil claws 12 are formed using portions obtained by punching the plurality of openings 11h on the bushing main body 11, so that the plurality of oil claws 12 are fixed to the parts of the bushing main body 11 where the openings 11h are formed. Specifically, a base end portion 121 of each oil claw 12 connected to the bushing main body 11 is connected to the radially outermost part of the axial center portion 111 of the bushing main body 11, and each oil claw 12 is formed in a flat plate shape or an arc plate shape (having an arcuate cross section) that extends obliquely radially outward while extending from the bushing main body 11 to an axial side, so that each oil claw 12 curves radially outward to an axial side and from the radially outermost part of the axial center portion 111 of the bushing main body 11.In the present embodiment, a one-to-one mapping relationship exists between the plurality of oil claws 12 and the plurality of openings 11h. Therefore, the lubricating oil from the oil collecting groove can be supplied through the corresponding oil claws 12 via the openings 11h into the roller track 2S of the bearing 2 under the centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the oil collecting sleeve 1, respectively, thereby realizing effective lubrication and cooling of the bearing 2.

[0025] Furthermore, the present invention also provides a transmission comprising an oil collecting bushing 1 for a bearing having the above structure and a bearing 2 corresponding to the oil collecting bushing 1. The assembly and function of the oil collecting bushing 1 are described using the bearing 2 as an example as a bearing between an input shaft of the transmission and a transmission housing.

[0026] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the oil collection bushing 1 and the bearing 2 are mounted substantially coaxially on the input shaft (not shown) of the transmission. An inner ring 21 of the bearing 2 is fixed to the input shaft, for example, by press fitting, and a bushing main body 11 of the oil collection bushing 1 is fixed with respect to the inner ring 21 in such a way that it is pressed against the inner ring 21 by an axial loading force in an axial direction of the input shaft, so that the bushing main body 11 can exhibit a predetermined amount of elastic deformation in the axial direction of the input shaft.A transition fit can be achieved between the bushing main body 11 of the oil collection bushing 1 and the input shaft, and free end portions 122 of the oil claws 12 of the oil collection bushing 1, which are far from the bushing main body 11, are aligned, preferably close to or extending into an area between the inner ring 21 and an outer ring 22 of the bearing 2.

[0027] By applying the above solution as in Fig. 3, the lubricating oil from the input shaft can pass through an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the oil collecting bushing 1 during the rotation of the input shaft of the transmission to be guided into a roller track 2S of the bearing 2 by the oil claw 12 due to the centrifugal force. The lubricating oil passing through the inner peripheral surface of the oil collecting sleeve 1 will sequentially pass through an oil collecting groove of an axial center portion 111 of the sleeve main body 11 and an opening 11h, and then be guided along the inner peripheral surface of the oil claw 12 into the roller track 2S of the bearing 2, and the lubricating oil passing through the outer peripheral surface of the oil collecting sleeve 1 will sequentially pass through the outer peripheral surface of the other axial end portion 113 of the sleeve main body 11 and the outer peripheral surface of the axial center portion 111, and then be guided along the outer peripheral surface of the oil claw 12 into the roller track 2S of the bearing 2. Therefore, a sufficient amount of lubricating oil can be supplied into the roller track 2S of the bearing 2, which is provided for roller assembly between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22, to simultaneously realize effective lubrication and cooling of the bearing 2.

[0028] In addition, a plurality of components including the oil collection bushing 1 and the bearing 2 must be mounted side by side on the input shaft in the axial direction of the input shaft, and in the prior art, at least one washer is required to compensate for the cumulative tolerance of the dimensional chain of these components in the axial direction of the input shaft. However, in the transmission including the oil collection bushing 1 with the above structure, the cross section of the bushing main body 11 of the oil collection bushing 1 is formed substantially in an Ω shape, and there are relationship characteristics between the axial load force and the axial deformation as shown in the characteristic diagram in Fig. 4. Therefore, a smaller range of the desired axial load force can correspond to a larger range of axial deformation, that is, a smaller range of the desired axial load force can compensate for a relatively large range of the total tolerance of the dimensional chain, so that the total tolerance of the dimensional chain of a plurality of components in the axial direction of the input shaft is expediently compensated.

[0029] It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary and are not intended to limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art may make various modifications and changes to the above-mentioned embodiments in accordance with the teachings of the present invention without departing from the scope of the present invention. In addition, a supplementary explanation is provided as follows.

[0030] (i) Although the above specific embodiments describe the oil claws 12 as being integrally formed with the bushing main body 11, the present invention is not limited thereto. In an alternative solution, the oil claws 12 and the bushing main body 11 may be formed separately, in which case the oil claws 12 are then attached to the bushing main body 11, for example, by welding.

[0031] Furthermore, the oil claws do not have to be fixed to the bushing main body; for example, the oil claws may be arranged on the bushing main body so that they can swing and / or rotate with respect to the bushing main body to adjust the direction of the lubricating oil from the oil collecting bushing to the corresponding bearing.

[0032] Furthermore, the number of openings 11h of the bushing main body 11 communicating with the oil collecting groove and the number of oil claws 12 is not limited to a specific value and can be set as needed, and the openings 11h and the oil claws 12 may not form a one-to-one mapping relationship.

[0033] (ii) Although an oil collecting bush 1 for a bearing 2 in Fig. 3, the present invention is not limited thereto. If necessary, for example, two oil collecting bushings 1 corresponding to one bearing 2 may be provided.

[0034] (iii) It is understood that the oil collection bushing 1 according to the present invention can be formed by a stamping process, resulting in low cost and improved performance. Furthermore, the oil collection bushing 1 has a simple structure and enables the pressure lubrication function of the bearing 2 to be easily realized, which is particularly suitable for high-speed bearings with high heat generation. Compared with an existing solution for pressure oil lubrication, the oil collection bushing 1 according to the present invention consists of only a single part and has a compact size, high reliability, and a significant cost advantage.

[0035] Furthermore, the oil collection bushing 1 according to the present invention can also conveniently compensate for the total tolerance of the dimensional chain of a plurality of components in the axial direction of the input shaft.
