[0001] In the window manufacturing industry, PVC and aluminum profiles are often stored outdoors before being integrated into the production process. This storage regularly leads to significant contamination of the profiles, which negatively impacts the production process, the quality of the final products, and the visual appearance of the finished windows. Manual cleaning of these 6 to 6.5 meter long profiles is time-consuming, inefficient, and often not gentle enough to prevent damage. According to my research, there is no mechanical solution to this problem. Solution:

The system consists of a soaking tank (1) and a rotating brush unit (2), which allows for the complete and thorough cleaning of profiles of any length.

The brush carriage runs on two linear guides (4) and moves the rotating brush across the entire profile. Drying: After cleaning the brushes, the excess water drips through the gaps in the draining board (9) back into the soaking tub (1).
