Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container, and more particularly, to a continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container configured to perform heat treatment and cooling processes continuously, without the need to transport the high-pressure fluid storage container to a separate location during the manufacturing process of the high-pressure fluid storage container. [Background technology]

[0002] Fossil fuels, which have traditionally been used as the main energy source, are facing concerns about their depletion over time, and due to the issue of environmental pollution, human interest is gradually shifting to alternative energy sources.

[0003] Among these alternative energy sources, hydrogen fuel is attracting attention, and hydrogen has great potential because it is not only extremely abundant but also has no environmental pollution concerns.

[0004] In particular, hydrogen-fueled vehicles are being researched as an alternative to existing internal combustion engine vehicles, and the results are now becoming apparent.

[0005] For this reason, various researches are being actively conducted on storage containers that can be installed in automobiles and filling stations to safely store hydrogen gas filled at high pressure.

[0006] Such hydrogen storage containers are generally manufactured by preparing a hollow pipe inside, rotating it through a spinning process while applying pressure to form the overall shape, and then carrying out processes such as quenching or tempering to give the container its physical properties.

[0007] In this case, the quenching or tempering process involves repeatedly carrying out a heat treatment process and a cooling process. Conventionally, in order to carry out the cooling process after the heat treatment, a method has been applied in which the hydrogen storage container is towed and moved from the heat treatment furnace to the cooling tank using equipment such as a crane.

[0008] Generally, the quality of heat treatment varies depending on the time it takes to transport the product from the heat treatment furnace to the cooling tank. This means that the conventional method has a problem of large deviation in product quality and a possibility of safety accidents occurring during the transport process.

[0009] In particular, in the case of ultra-large storage containers, due to their long aspect ratio, it goes without saying that transportation using cranes is difficult, and since the storage containers must be heated to over 800°C during heat treatment, serious safety issues can arise.

[0010] Therefore, a method is required to solve these problems. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0011] (Patent Document 0001) Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0064213 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0012] The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and has an object to provide a continuous heat treatment system that can perform heat treatment and cooling processes continuously without the need to transport a high-pressure fluid storage container to a separate location during the process of manufacturing the high-pressure fluid storage container.

[0013] The objects of the present invention are not limited to the objects mentioned above, and other objects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description. [Means for solving the problem]

[0014] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container, comprising: a heat treatment device including a first transfer unit that transfers the high-pressure fluid storage container, in which a high-pressure fluid is stored, in a longitudinal direction through the heat treatment space and a heating unit that heats the inside of the heat treatment space to an atmosphere of a preset heat treatment temperature; a second transfer unit that continuously transfers the high-pressure fluid storage container transferred from the first transfer unit in the longitudinal direction, but forms a lifting section formed such that at least a portion of the section can move up and down with the high-pressure fluid storage container placed on it; a lifting drive unit that moves the lifting section up and down; and a cooling device including a cooling space formed therein in which a cooling fluid is accommodated and provided below the second transfer unit, thereby cooling the high-pressure fluid storage container positioned in the cooling space by lowering the lifting section.

[0015] At this time, the heat treatment device and the cooling device may be provided in a plurality of units and may be arranged alternately.

[0016] The first and second transfer units may include a plurality of transfer roller modules arranged along a transfer path of the high-pressure fluid storage container, and a drive motor for providing a rotational drive force to the transfer roller modules.

[0017] Here, the driving motor of the first transfer unit and the driving motor of the second transfer unit may be synchronized with each other to enable speed control.

[0018] In addition, the first transfer unit may further include a driving force transmission module configured to transmit a rotational driving force of the driving motor to the transfer roller module, the driving motor being installed outside the heat treatment furnace.

[0019] The transfer roller module may include a rotating bar that rotates about a central axis by the rotational driving force of the drive motor, and a support roller that is arranged to surround the rotating bar and rotates together with the rotating bar to support the high-pressure fluid storage container.

[0020] In this case, the support roller includes a first support portion supporting one eccentric side of the high-pressure fluid storage container and a second support portion connected to the first support portion and supporting the other eccentric side of the high-pressure fluid storage container, and the first support portion and the second support portion are formed to have a downward inclined surface toward a connection point between each other to form a recess between them.

[0021] Also, a pair of the support rollers may be provided on the rotating bar in a line-symmetrical manner and spaced apart from each other.

[0022] In addition, each of the pair of support rollers may further include a third support portion that protrudes in opposite directions but faces downward in the protruding direction to support an eccentric one or other side of a high-pressure fluid storage container having a different specification from the high-pressure fluid storage container supported by the first support portion and the second support portion.

[0023] The heat treatment apparatus may further include heat insulating units provided at the inlet and outlet of the heat treatment furnace, respectively, for selectively blocking the inlet and outlet of the heat treatment furnace.

[0024] Here, the insulation unit may include an insulation door provided to selectively block an entrance and an exit of the heat treatment furnace, and a door lifting motor providing a driving force for moving the insulation door up and down.

[0025] Meanwhile, the cooling device may further include a chucking unit that blocks an open end of the high-pressure fluid storage container before the high-pressure fluid storage container positioned on the lifting unit is lowered by the lifting unit.

[0026] In this case, the chucking unit may include a shielding member that is provided to selectively shield an open end of the high-pressure fluid storage container and has an air flow path formed therein through which air flows, a rotary connecting member that is connected to the shielding member and rotates the shielding member along a circular trajectory centered on a rotation axis at a preset position, a rotary motor that provides a rotational driving force to the rotary connecting member, and an air injection module that injects air into the air flow path of the shielding member to prevent cooling fluid from flowing into the high-pressure fluid storage container.

[0027] In addition, the lift drive unit may include a fixed frame provided on the upper part of the lift section, a length adjustment module provided on the lower part of the fixed frame to connect the lift section and be formed so that its length can be changed, and a lift motor that provides a driving force for adjusting the length of the length adjustment module.

[0028] The cooling device may further include a circulation pump unit that circulates the cooling fluid contained in the cooling tank in a direction aligned with a transfer direction of the high-pressure fluid storage container. Effect of the Invention

[0029] To solve the above problems, the continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container of the present invention has the advantage that the heat treatment process and the cooling process can be performed continuously by continuously transporting the high-pressure fluid storage container through a first transfer unit and a second transfer unit, passing through a heat treatment furnace and a cooling tank, thereby shortening the overall process time and greatly improving productivity.

[0030] In addition, the present invention greatly shortens the waiting time for product processing, thereby minimizing quality deviation, and eliminates the need to transport the high-pressure fluid storage container to a separate location, thereby fundamentally preventing safety accidents.

[0031] The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0040] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0041] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an overall view of a continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 1, a continuous heat treatment system for a high pressure fluid storage vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a heat treatment device 100 and a cooling device 500.

[0043] Although the facility shown in FIG. 1 is illustrated as having one heat treatment device 100 and one cooling device 500, it goes without saying that a plurality of such heat treatment devices 100 and cooling devices 500 may be provided and arranged alternately.

[0044] The heat treatment apparatus 100 specifically includes a heat treatment furnace 300 , a first transfer unit 200 , a heating unit 400 and a heat insulating unit 350 .

[0045] In detail, the cooling device 500 includes a second transfer unit 600 , a lifting driving unit 700 , a cooling tank 800 and a chucking unit 900 .

[0046] Below we will take a closer look at each of these components.

[0047] 2 to 5 are diagrams showing the appearance and structure of each component provided in a heat treatment device 100 in a continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0048] 2 to 5, a heat treatment space 310 is formed inside a heat treatment furnace 300. The heat treatment furnace 300 may be formed in the form of a sealed chamber, but in the drawings, the heat treatment furnace 300 is illustrated in the form of an open side in order to confirm the structure.

[0049] The first transport unit 200 transports the high pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20 storing high pressure fluid in the length direction through the heat treatment space 310 .

[0050] Specifically, the first transfer unit 200 includes a plurality of transfer roller modules 220 arranged along the transfer path of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20, a transfer frame 210 that fixes both sides of the transfer roller modules 220, and a drive motor 250 that provides rotational driving force to the transfer roller modules 220.

[0051] In particular, in this embodiment, the first transfer unit 200 may further include a driving force transmission module 260 that transmits the rotational driving force of the driving motor 250 to the transfer roller module 220, the driving motor 250 being installed outside the heat treatment furnace 300.

[0052] At this time, each transfer roller module 220 may be connected to each other via a chain or the like so that their rotations are interlocked, and the driving force transmission module 260 may be formed in the form of a driving force transmission belt that transmits the rotational driving force of the driving motor 250 to any one of the transfer roller modules 220.

[0053] Therefore, the rotational driving force of the driving motor 250 is transmitted to the entire transfer roller module 220, and the first transfer unit 200 can move the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 in the downstream direction through the transfer roller module 220.

[0054] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the transfer roller module 220 includes a rotating bar 230 that rotates about its central axis by the rotational driving force of a drive motor 250, and a support roller 240 that is arranged to surround the rotating bar 230 and rotates together with the rotating bar 230 to support the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20.

[0055] At this time, a pair of the support rollers 240 may be provided on the rotating bar 230 in a line-symmetrical manner at a distance from each other, and all of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 having different specifications may be transferred. For ease of explanation, the relatively small high-pressure fluid storage container will be referred to as the first high-pressure fluid storage container 10, and the relatively large high-pressure fluid storage container will be referred to as the second high-pressure fluid storage container 20.

[0056] In this embodiment, the support roller 240 includes a first support portion 241 that supports one eccentric side of the first high-pressure fluid storage container 10, and a second support portion 242 that is connected to the first support portion 241 and supports the other eccentric side of the first high-pressure fluid storage container 10.

[0057] Here, the first support part 241 and the second support part 242 are formed to have a downward inclined surface toward the connecting point of each other, and can stably support the first high-pressure fluid storage container 10 as shown in FIG. 3 by forming a recess between them.

[0058] In addition, each of the pair of support rollers 240 may protrude in opposite directions, but may further include a third support portion 243 that faces downward in the protruding direction and supports one or the other eccentric side of a second high-pressure fluid storage container 20 having a different specification from the first high-pressure fluid storage container 10 supported by the first support portion 241 and the second support portion 242.

[0059] That is, the pair of support rollers 240 arranged in line symmetry can stably support the second high-pressure fluid storage container 20 through the third support portions 243 of each other as shown in FIG.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 5, the heating unit 400 is provided to heat the interior of the heat treatment space 310 to an atmosphere having a preset heat treatment temperature.

[0061] In this embodiment, the heating unit 400 is installed on the upper part of the heat treatment furnace 300 and includes a main supply pipe 410 that supplies high temperature air from a heat source, a diffusion pipe 420 that horizontally diffuses the high temperature air from the main supply pipe 410, and branch pipes 430 that supply the high temperature air from different positions of the diffusion pipe 420 into the heat treatment space 310.

[0062] The structure and shape of the heating unit 400 are not limited to this embodiment.

[0063] The heat insulating units 350 are provided at the inlet and outlet of the heat treatment furnace 300, respectively, and serve to selectively shield the inlet and outlet of the heat treatment furnace 300.

[0064] Specifically, in this embodiment, the insulation unit 350 includes an insulation door 351 that is provided to selectively block the entrance and exit of the heat treatment furnace 300, and a door lift motor 352 that provides a driving force for moving the insulation door 351 up and down.

[0065] That is, the insulation unit 350 closes the entrance and exit of the heat treatment furnace 300 through the insulation door 351 during the heat treatment process, and opens the entrance and exit of the heat treatment furnace 300 by turning the insulation door 351 upward during the process of transporting the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20.

[0066] Next, FIGS. 6 to 8 are diagrams showing the appearance and structure of each component provided in a cooling device 500 in a continuous heat treatment system for a high-pressure fluid storage container according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0067] As shown in Figures 6 to 8, the second transfer unit 600 continuously transfers the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 transferred from the first transfer unit 200 in the longitudinal direction, but at least a portion of the unit forms a lifting section 605 that is formed to be able to move up and down with the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 placed on it.

[0068] The lifting part 605 may be formed by independently dividing a part of the entire section of the second transfer unit 600. In this embodiment, a lifting frame 606 is provided on the upper part of the lifting part 605 section.

[0069] In addition, the detailed structures of the second transferring unit 600, such as the transferring frame 610, the transferring roller module 620, etc., are generally the same as those of the first transferring unit 200 described above, and therefore, a description thereof will be omitted.

[0070] Here, the driving motor 250 of the first transferring unit 200 and the driving motor (not shown) of the second transferring unit 600 may be synchronized with each other to enable speed control.

[0071] The chucking unit 900 is provided to cover the open ends of the high pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 positioned on the lifting section 605 before the high pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 are lowered by the lifting section 605.

[0072] This is to prevent the cooling fluid from entering the high pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 during the cooling process described below.

[0073] In particular, small holes are formed at both ends of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20, and flames are sprayed from each hole when the containers are transferred from the heat treatment device 100. If the containers are subjected to a cooling process without a shielding process using the chucking unit 900, a safety accident due to the flames and an explosion due to the rapid evaporation of the cooling fluid may occur.

[0074] As shown in FIG. 7, in this embodiment, the chucking unit 900 includes a shielding member 910 that is provided to selectively shield the open end of the high-pressure fluid storage container 10, 20 and has an air flow path formed therein through which air flows, a rotary connecting member 920 that is connected to the shielding member 910 and rotates the shielding member 910 along a circular trajectory centered on a rotation axis at a preset position, a rotary motor 940 that provides a rotational driving force to the rotary connecting member 920, a fixing member 930 that rotatably fixes the rotary connecting member 920, and an air injection module (not shown) that injects air into the air flow path of the shielding member 910 to prevent cooling fluid from flowing into the high-pressure fluid storage container 10, 20.

[0075] Such chucking units 900 may be provided in a pair in a line-symmetrical manner so that they correspond to both sides of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20, and the chucking unit 900 on one side may be formed to be movable along the length since its position must change according to the length of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20.

[0076] To this end, in this embodiment, the chucking unit 900 may further include a slide member 950 that is connected to the fixed member 930 and moved along a guide rail formed on the lift frame 606 .

[0077] As shown in FIG. 8, a lifting drive unit 700 is provided to move the lifting part 605 up and down.

[0078] In this embodiment, the lift drive unit 700 includes a fixed frame 710 provided on the upper part of the lift part 605, a length adjustment module 730 provided on the lower part of the fixed frame 710 to connect the lift part 605 and to be formed so that its length can be changed, and a lift motor 720 that provides a driving force for adjusting the length of the length adjustment module 730.

[0079] In this case, the length adjusting module 730 may be configured with a cylinder and a piston, and the piston may move linearly by the driving force of the lifting motor 720, but is not limited thereto.

[0080] The lifting part 605 is configured to move the high pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 up and down by the lifting drive unit 700, and when the lifting part 605 moves downward, it is introduced into the cooling space 810 of the cooling tank 800 located below together with the high pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20. A predetermined cooling fluid may be contained inside the cooling space 810.

[0081] In other words, the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20 positioned in the cooling space 810 can be cooled by the cooling fluid as the lifting part 605 descends, and after the cooling process, the lifting part 605 faces upward and returns to its original position, and the transport process by the second transport unit 600 can be performed.

[0082] If the vertical movement method of the lifting unit 605 is not applied and only the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 are dropped into the lower cooling tank 800, a safety accident may occur when the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 are loaded, and there is a risk of the cooling fluid splashing.

[0083] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the cooling device 500 may further include a circulation pump unit 820 for circulating the cooling fluid contained in the cooling tank 800 in a direction parallel to the transfer direction of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20 .

[0084] The reason for providing the circulation pump unit 820 is to circulate the cooling fluid in the lengthwise direction so that the temperature of the cooling fluid can be maintained uniformly for uniform heat treatment of the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10 and 20 within the narrow and long cooling tank 800, thereby maintaining the temperature as constant as possible.

[0085] In the present invention described above, the high-pressure fluid storage containers 10, 20 are continuously transported through the first transport unit 200 and the second transport unit 600, passing through the heat treatment furnace 300 and the cooling tank 800, thereby enabling the heat treatment process and the cooling process to be performed continuously, thereby shortening the overall process time and significantly improving productivity.

[0086] In addition, the present invention greatly shortens the waiting time for product processing, thereby minimizing quality deviation, and omits the process of towing the high-pressure fluid storage vessels 10, 20 to a separate location, thereby fundamentally preventing safety accidents.

[0087] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Therefore, the above-described embodiments should be considered as illustrative rather than restrictive, and accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the above description, but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
