Description

Driving structure and sunshade structure of sunshade curtain, vehicle

[0001] Cross-reference to related applications

[0002] The present application is based on Chinese patent application No. 2025201739599, filed on January 24, 2025, and Chinese patent application No. 2024221568150, filed on September 03, 2024, and claims priority to the Chinese patent application, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of sunshade curtains, in particular to a driving structure and sunshade structure of a sunshade curtain and a vehicle. BACKGROUND

[0004] The driving device for the sunshade curtain in the related art comprises a driving assembly, a moving assembly, a rotating assembly and a cable. The driving assembly drives the rotating assembly to rotate. The rotating assembly pulls the moving assembly to move through the cable when rotating. The moving assembly moves to drive one end of the sunshade curtain to move. At the same time, the rotating assembly winds or releases the sunshade curtain.

[0005] However, since the sunshade curtain has a certain thickness, when the rotating assembly winds the sunshade curtain, the circumference of the sunshade curtain wound on the rotating assembly becomes longer and longer. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the length of the cable released by the rotating assembly is the same as the circumference of the sunshade curtain wound on the rotating assembly. This causes the distance moved by the moving assembly to be different from the length of the sunshade curtain wound by the rotating assembly. This causes the sunshade curtain to be subjected to a tearing force between the rotating assembly and the moving assembly, which easily tears the sunshade curtain.

[0006] SUMMARY

[0007] The present application aims to at least solve one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. To this end, the present application provides a driving structure of a sunshade curtain. The driving structure of the sunshade curtain separates the pulling force of the moving assembly on the sunshade curtain and the winding force of the winding assembly on the sunshade curtain. When the sunshade curtain is released, the pulling force of the moving assembly on the sunshade curtain is greater than the winding force of the winding assembly on the sunshade curtain. When the sunshade curtain is retracted, the winding force of the winding assembly on the sunshade curtain is automatically retracted. In this way, when the sunshade curtain is retracted, the distance moved by the moving assembly and the length of the sunshade curtain wound by the winding assembly are adapted, and a strong tearing force is not formed at both ends of the sunshade curtain in the first direction, so as to avoid tearing the sunshade curtain, thereby facilitating to improve the stability of the structure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0072] Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to examples illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which the same or similar components or components having the same or similar functions are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals throughout. The embodiments described below by reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended only to explain the present application, and cannot be understood as limiting the present application.

[0073] The driving device for the sunshade curtain in the prior art includes a moving assembly, a rotating assembly, and a pull cable. When the rotating assembly rotates, it pulls the moving assembly to move through the pull cable. When the moving assembly moves, it drives one end of the sunshade curtain to move, and at the same time the rotating assembly winds or releases the sunshade curtain.

[0074] However, since the sunshade curtain itself has a certain thickness, when the rotating assembly winds the sunshade curtain, the circumference of the sunshade curtain wound on the rotating assembly becomes longer and longer, but it cannot be guaranteed that the length of the pull cable released by the rotating assembly is the same as the circumference of the sunshade curtain wound on the rotating assembly. This causes the distance moved by the moving assembly to be different from the length of the sunshade curtain wound by the rotating assembly, which causes the sunshade curtain to be subjected to a tearing force between the rotating assembly and the moving assembly, and the sunshade curtain is easily torn.

[0075] The embodiment of the present application winds the sunshade curtain 70 by the winding assembly 20, the moving force of the moving assembly 30 is irrelevant to the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70, so that when the sunshade curtain 70 is stored, the distance moved by the moving assembly 30 and the length of the sunshade curtain 70 wound by the winding assembly 20 are matched, and strong tearing force is not formed at both ends of the sunshade curtain 70 in the first direction, so as to avoid the sunshade curtain 70 from being torn, and thus the stability of the structure is improved.

[0076] The driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 according to the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0077] As shown in FIGS. 1-7, the driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 according to the embodiment of the present application comprises a frame part 10, a winding assembly 20 and a moving assembly 30.

[0078] The winding assembly 20 is arranged in the frame part 10, and the winding assembly 20 itself has a winding force suitable for automatically winding the sunshade curtain 70; the moving assembly 30 is suitable for being fixedly connected with the sunshade curtain 70 at one end in the first direction and movably arranged in the frame part 10 to approach or move away from the winding assembly 20 along the first direction.

[0079] In the moving assembly 30 moves away from the winding assembly 20 along the first direction, the moving assembly 30 pulls the sunshade curtain 70 to release the sunshade curtain 70 from the winding assembly 20, and at this time, the pulling force of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 is greater than the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70; when the moving assembly 30 moves toward the winding assembly 20 along the first direction, the winding assembly 20 is suitable for automatically winding the sunshade curtain 70 under the action of the winding force to wind up the sunshade curtain 70.

[0080] Specifically, when the moving assembly 30 moves away from the winding assembly 20 along the first direction, the moving assembly 30 tightens the sunshade curtain 70 and overcomes the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 to release the sunshade curtain 70 from the winding assembly 20, so as to unfold the sunshade curtain 70 and block the sunlight by the sunshade curtain 70; when the moving assembly 30 moves toward the winding assembly 20 along the first direction, the moving assembly 30 loosens the sunshade curtain 70, and at this time, the winding assembly 20 automatically winds the sunshade curtain 70 to automatically store the sunshade curtain 70.

[0081] In the moving assembly 30 moves along the first direction, the pulling force of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 and the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 are separated, so that when the sunshade curtain 70 is stored, the distance moved by the moving assembly 30 and the length of the sunshade curtain 70 wound by the winding assembly 20 are matched, and strong tearing force is not formed at both ends of the sunshade curtain 70 in the first direction, so as to avoid the sunshade curtain 70 from being torn, and thus the stability of the structure is improved.

[0082] Therefore, the driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 according to the embodiments of the present application separates the pulling force of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 and the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70, and the pulling force of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 is greater than the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 when the sunshade curtain 70 is released. When the sunshade curtain 70 is retracted, the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 is automatically realized, so that the distance moved by the moving assembly 30 and the length of the sunshade curtain 70 wound by the winding assembly 20 are matched when the sunshade curtain 70 is retracted, and strong tearing force is not formed at both ends of the sunshade curtain 70 in the first direction, so as to avoid tearing of the sunshade curtain 70, thereby facilitating improvement of the stability of the structure.

[0083] The driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 according to the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0084] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 1-7, the driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 includes the frame part 10, the winding assembly 20, and the moving assembly 30.

[0085] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the winding assembly 20 includes a winding shaft 21, which is rotatably arranged relative to the frame part 10 to be suitable for winding the sunshade curtain 70, and the winding shaft 21 extends in a second direction different from the first direction.

[0086] In the moving assembly 30 moves away from the winding assembly 20 in the first direction, the winding assembly 20 can generate a winding force to resist the rotation of the winding shaft 21 when the winding shaft 21 is under stress, so as to store energy for the winding shaft 21, and when the force acting on the winding shaft 21 disappears, the winding assembly 20 can exert the winding force on the winding shaft 21 to automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70 on the winding shaft 21.

[0087] Specifically, when the moving assembly 30 moves away from the winding assembly 20 in the first direction, the moving assembly 30 tightens the sunshade curtain 70, at this time the winding shaft 21 releases the sunshade curtain 70, and the winding assembly 20 stores energy due to the action force. When the moving assembly 30 moves towards the winding assembly 20 in the first direction, the moving assembly 30 loosens the sunshade curtain 70, at this time the winding assembly 20 releases the winding force and drives the winding shaft 21 to rotate, so as to automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70 and automatically retract the sunshade curtain 70.

[0088] In some alternative embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figs. 8 and 9, the winding assembly 20 further comprises an elastic winding part 22, a portion of the elastic winding part 22 is directly or indirectly fixed to the frame part 10, the elastic winding part 22 is further directly or indirectly connected to the winding shaft 21, and the elastic winding part 22 is adapted to apply a winding force to the winding shaft 21 to automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70 on the winding shaft 21 when the moving assembly 30 moves in the first direction towards the winding assembly 20, so that the winding shaft 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70 and further store a portion of the sunshade curtain 70 on the winding shaft 21 when the sunshade curtain 70 is loosened.

[0089] Specifically, when the moving assembly 30 moves in the first direction away from the winding assembly 20, the moving assembly 30 tightens the sunshade curtain 70, at this time the winding shaft 21 releases the sunshade curtain 70, and the elastic winding part 22 stores energy due to the action force. When the moving assembly 30 moves in the first direction towards the winding assembly 20, the moving assembly 30 loosens the sunshade curtain 70, at this time the elastic winding part 22 releases the winding force to drive the winding shaft 21 to rotate, so that the winding shaft 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70.

[0090] Here, it needs to be explained that the portion of the elastic winding part 22 directly or indirectly fixed to the frame part 10 can be that a portion of the elastic winding part 22 is directly fixed to the frame part 10, or that a portion of the elastic winding part 22 is fixed to the frame part 10 through other structures.

[0091] Similarly, the elastic winding part 22 is further directly or indirectly connected to the winding shaft 21, which can be that the elastic winding part 22 is directly connected to the winding shaft 21, or that the elastic winding part 22 is connected to the winding shaft 21 through other structures to drive the winding shaft 21 to rotate.

[0092] In some alternative embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the winding assembly 20 comprises a rotating part 23, the rotating part 23 is rotatably arranged on the frame part 10, the elastic winding part 22 is connected to the winding shaft 21 through the rotating part 23, and the elastic winding part 22 is adapted to apply a winding force to the winding shaft 21 through the rotating part 23, so that the winding shaft 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70 due to the rotating force of the elastic winding part 22 on the winding shaft 21 when the sunshade curtain 70 is loosened, and further store a portion of the sunshade curtain 70 on the winding shaft 21 when the moving assembly 30 moves in the first direction towards the winding assembly 20.

[0093] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 9, the winding assembly 20 further comprises a fixed part 24, which is spaced apart from the rotating part 23, the fixed part 24 is fixed to the frame part 10, and one end of the elastic winding part 22 is fixed to the fixed part 24, so that the one end of the elastic winding part 22 is fixed, and the other end of the elastic winding part 22 can exert a rotating force on the rotating part 23, and then exert a rotating force on the winding shaft 21, so that when the moving assembly 30 moves in the first direction towards the winding assembly 20, the sunshade curtain 70 is loosened, the winding shaft 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70, and then part of the sunshade curtain 70 is stored on the winding shaft 21.

[0094] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the fixed part 24 is provided with a first threaded groove 241, the rotating part 23 is provided with a second threaded groove 232, one end of the elastic winding part 22 is wound around the first threaded groove 241, and the other end of the elastic winding part 22 is wound around the second threaded groove 232, so as to fix one end of the elastic winding part 22 to the fixed part 24, and the other end of the elastic winding part 22 is arranged on the rotating part 23, so that the elastic winding part 22 can exert a rotating force on the rotating part 23, and the rotating part 23 rotates, and at the same time, the rotating part 23 drives the winding shaft 21 to rotate, so that the winding shaft 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70.

[0095] In some embodiments of the present application, one end of the winding shaft 21 in the second direction has a limiting part, and the rotating part 23 is provided with a matching part matched with the limiting part, so that when the rotating part 23 rotates, the winding shaft 21 is driven to rotate, and the winding shaft 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70.

[0099] Specifically, when the moving assembly 30 moves along the first direction towards the direction close to the winding assembly 20, the rotating part 23 rotates along the counterclockwise direction due to the rotating force of the elastic winding part 22, so as to accommodate the sunshade curtain 70, and at this time the elastic winding part 22 releases the winding force.

[0100] When the moving assembly 30 moves along the first direction towards the direction away from the winding assembly 20, the moving assembly 30 pulls the sunshade curtain 70, and at the same time drives the reel 21 to rotate along the clockwise direction, so that the reel 21 releases the sunshade curtain 70, and at the same time drives the rotating part 23 to rotate along the clockwise direction, and the rotating part 23 applies the winding force on the elastic winding part 22, so that the elastic winding part 22 has the winding force to drive the rotating part 23 to rotate along the counterclockwise direction at this time, and thus the reel 21 can automatically wind the sunshade curtain 70.

[0131] In some embodiments, the frame part 10 is provided with a first sliding rail 11, and the first sliding part 31 is slidingly matched with the first sliding rail 11, so as to limit the sliding of the first sliding part 31, and further limit the sliding direction of the moving assembly 30, so that the moving assembly 30 can smoothly drive one end of the sunshade curtain 70 to move in the first direction, and further tighten or loosen the sunshade curtain 70.

[0132] In some embodiments, the frame part 10 is provided with a second sliding rail 12, and the second sliding part 32 is in sliding cooperation with the second sliding rail 12 to limit the sliding of the second sliding part 32, thereby limiting the sliding direction of the moving assembly 30, so that the moving assembly 30 can smoothly drive one end of the sunshade curtain 70 to move in the first direction, thereby tightening or loosening the sunshade curtain 70.

[0133] The sunshade structure 1000 according to the embodiments of the present application is described below. The sunshade structure 1000 according to the embodiments of the present application includes the driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 and the sunshade curtain 70 according to the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application.

[0134] The frame part 10 defines a light opening 101. In the first direction, one end of the sunshade curtain 70 is fixed to the moving assembly 30, and the other end of the sunshade curtain 70 is fixed to the winding assembly 20. The sunshade curtain 70 has two states of being wound on the winding assembly 20 and at least partially covering the light opening 101, so that the sunshade curtain 70 can open or at least partially close the light opening 101.

[0135] When the moving assembly 30 moves towards the winding assembly 20, the moving assembly 30 loosens the sunshade curtain 70, and at this time the winding assembly 20 automatically winds the sunshade curtain 70, thereby winding the sunshade curtain 70 on the winding assembly 20, and the sunshade curtain 70 opens the light opening 101.

[0136] When the moving assembly 30 moves away from the winding assembly 20, the moving assembly 30 tightens the sunshade curtain 70, and at this time the winding assembly 20 releases the sunshade curtain 70, thereby making the sunshade curtain 70 at least partially close the light opening 101.

[0137] According to the sunshade structure 1000 of the embodiments of the present application, by using the driving structure of the sunshade curtain 70 according to the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application, the tension of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 and the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 are separated. When the sunshade curtain 70 is released, the tension of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 is greater than the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70. When the sunshade curtain 70 is stored, the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 is automatically wound. In this way, when the sunshade curtain 70 is stored, the distance moved by the moving assembly 30 and the length of the sunshade curtain 70 wound by the winding assembly 20 are adapted, and strong tearing force is not formed at both ends of the sunshade curtain 70 in the first direction, so as to avoid tearing the sunshade curtain 70, thereby facilitating to improve the stability of the structure.

[0138] The vehicle 900 according to the embodiments of the present application is described below. The vehicle 900 according to the embodiments of the present application includes the sunshade structure 1000 according to the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application.

[0139] In some embodiments, the frame portion 10 includes two cross beams extending along the second direction and two longitudinal beams extending along the first direction to define a rectangular light aperture 101.

[0140] According to the vehicle 900 of the embodiments of the present application, by using the sunshade structure 1000 according to the above embodiments of the present application, the pulling force of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 and the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 are separated, and when the sunshade curtain 70 is released, the pulling force of the moving assembly 30 on the sunshade curtain 70 is greater than the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70; when the sunshade curtain 70 is stored, the winding force of the winding assembly 20 on the sunshade curtain 70 realizes automatic winding. Thus, when the sunshade curtain 70 is stored, the distance moved by the moving assembly 30 and the length of the sunshade curtain 70 wound by the winding assembly 20 are adapted, and strong tearing force is not formed at the two ends of the sunshade curtain 70 in the first direction, so as to avoid tearing of the sunshade curtain 70, thereby facilitating improvement of the stability of the structure.

[0141] In some embodiments of the present application, the vehicle 900 has a sunroof 901, and the light aperture 101 overlaps at least part of the sunroof 901, and the sunshade curtain 70 is wound or unfolded to open the sunroof 901 or cover at least part of the sunroof 901.

[0142] Other configurations and operations of the vehicle 900 according to the embodiments of the present application are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail here.

[0143] The driving structure of the sunshade curtain according to the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0144] As shown in FIGS. 11-21, the driving structure of the sunshade curtain according to the embodiments of the present application includes a frame portion 10, a rotating assembly 53, a moving assembly 30, a first pull cable 41 and a second pull cable 42, and a third pull cable 43.

[0145] The rotating assembly 53 is rotatably provided in the frame portion 10, and the rotating assembly 53 is adapted to wind the sunshade curtain 70. The moving assembly 30 is movably provided in the frame portion 10 along the first direction to approach or move away from the rotating assembly 53, and the moving assembly 30 is adapted to fix one end of the sunshade curtain 70 in the first direction.

[0146] When the moving assembly 30 moves in the direction approaching the rotating assembly 53, the moving assembly 30 can drive the other end of the sunshade curtain 70 to move in the direction approaching the rotating assembly 53, thereby facilitating winding of the sunshade curtain 70 on the rotating assembly 53. When the moving assembly 30 moves in the direction moving away from the rotating assembly 53, the rotating assembly 53 unwinds the sunshade curtain 70 wound thereon to unfold the sunshade curtain 70, thereby realizing winding and unwinding of the sunshade curtain 70.

[0147] One end of the first cable 41 is fixed to the first end of the rotating assembly 53 in the second direction, and the other end of the first cable 41 is connected to one side of the moving assembly 30 in the first direction. One end of the second cable 42 is fixed to the first end of the rotating assembly 53 in the second direction, and the other end of the second cable 42 is connected to the other side of the moving assembly 30 in the first direction, so as to pull the moving assembly 30 away from the rotating assembly 53 when the rotating assembly 53 reversely rotates.

[0148] The third cable 43 is arranged around the second end of the rotating assembly 53 in the second direction. One end of the third cable 43 is connected to one side of the moving assembly 30 in the first direction, and the other end of the third cable 43 is connected to the other side of the moving assembly 30 in the first direction. The second direction is different from the first direction.

[0149] For the convenience of description, the two sides in the first direction are referred to as the front side and the rear side (it should be understood that the above direction definition is only for the convenience of describing the drawings, and does not limit the actual setting position and direction of the driving structure of the sunshade curtain). The rotating assembly 53 is located at the rear side of the moving assembly 30. When the moving assembly 30 moves rearward along the first direction, the moving assembly 30 moves towards the rotating assembly 53. When the moving assembly 30 moves forward along the first direction, the moving assembly 30 moves away from the rotating assembly 53.

[0150] The first cable 41 and the second cable 42 are located at the first end of the rotating assembly 53 in the second direction, and the third cable 43 is located at the second end of the rotating assembly 53 in the second direction, that is, the first cable 41 and the second cable 42 are located at one end of the rotating assembly 53 and the moving assembly 30 in the second direction, and the third cable 43 is located at the other end of the rotating assembly 53 and the moving assembly 30 in the second direction.

[0151] The other end of the first cable 41 is connected to the rear side of the moving assembly 30, the other end of the second cable 42 is connected to the front side of the moving assembly 30, one end of the third cable 43 is connected to the rear side of the moving assembly 30, and the other end of the third cable 43 is connected to the front side of the moving assembly 30.

[0152] When the rotating assembly 53 rotates forward, the rotating assembly 53 winds the first cable 41 and unwinds the second cable 42, so that the other end of the first cable 41 and the other end of the second cable 42 move rearward along the first direction, and one end and the other end of the third cable 43 move rearward along the first direction. At this time, the rotating assembly 53 pulls the moving assembly 30 to move along the first direction towards the rotating assembly 53 through the other end of the first cable 41 and one end of the third cable 43, and the rotating assembly 53 winds the sunshade curtain 70 to store the sunshade curtain 70.

[0153] The first and third pull wires 41 and 43 simultaneously apply pulling force to the moving assembly 30 from both ends of the moving assembly 30 in the second direction, so as to smoothly pull the moving assembly 30 to move in the first direction towards the rotating assembly 53, thereby reducing the possibility of the moving assembly 30 being pulled obliquely and the possibility of the sunshade curtain 70 being wrinkled due to uneven force.

[0154] Specifically, when the rotating assembly 53 rotates, the rotating assembly 53 applies pulling force to the moving assembly 30 to move towards the rotating assembly 53 through winding the sunshade curtain 70, and applies pulling force to the moving assembly 30 to move towards the rotating assembly 53 through the first and third pull wires 41 and 43.

[0155] When the rotating assembly 53 reversely rotates, the rotating assembly 53 winds the second pull wire 42 and unwinds the first pull wire 41, so that the other end of the first pull wire 41 and the other end of the second pull wire 42 are both moved forward in the first direction, and the one end and the other end of the third pull wire 43 are both moved forward in the first direction. At this time, the rotating assembly 53 pulls the moving assembly 30 to move in the first direction away from the rotating assembly 53 through the other end of the second pull wire 42 and the other end of the third pull wire 43. At this time, the rotating assembly 53 unwinds the sunshade curtain 70 wound thereon to unfold the sunshade curtain 70.

[0156] The second and third pull wires 42 and 43 simultaneously apply pulling force to the moving assembly 30 from both ends of the moving assembly 30 in the second direction, so as to smoothly pull the moving assembly 30 to move in the first direction away from the rotating assembly 53, thereby reducing the possibility of the moving assembly 30 being pulled obliquely and the possibility of the sunshade curtain 70 being wrinkled due to uneven force.

[0157] In addition, the first and second pull wires 41 and 42 are arranged at the first end of the rotating assembly 53, and the one ends of the first and second pull wires 41 and 42 are fixed to the first end of the rotating assembly 53, so that the rotating assembly 53 can conveniently wind the first and second pull wires 41 and 42. Specifically, even when the first and second pull wires 41 and 42 are not pulled tight, the winding of the first and second pull wires 41 and 42 by the rotating assembly 53 is not affected, the winding failure of the rotating assembly 53 and the first and second pull wires 41 and 42 is avoided, and the winding failure of the rotating assembly 53 and the sunshade curtain 70 is further avoided.

[0158] In summary, by rotating the rotating assembly 53, the sunshade curtain 70 can be automatically wound or unfolded, without the need for the user to operate the sunshade curtain 70, thereby improving the user experience.

[0159] In addition, the sunshade curtain 70 can be retracted or expanded by the three cables, and the driving scheme of the sunshade curtain 70 is simple, so that the assembly difficulty of the driving structure is reduced, and the assembly cost is reduced.

[0160] Therefore, the driving structure of the sunshade curtain according to the embodiments of the present application can automatically wind or expand the sunshade curtain 70 by rotating the rotating assembly 53, the winding failure of the sunshade curtain can be avoided, and the driving structure of the sunshade curtain is simple, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the assembly cost is reduced.

[0161] The driving structure of the sunshade curtain according to the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0162] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 11-21, the driving structure of the sunshade curtain includes the frame part 10, the rotating assembly 53, the moving assembly 30, the first cable 41 and the second cable 42, and the third cable 43.

[0163] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 11, 13 and 15, the rotating assembly 53 includes a rotating shaft 533, a first rotating wheel 531 and a second rotating wheel 532, the rotating shaft 533 extends in a second direction, the first rotating wheel 531 is fixed to a first end of the rotating shaft 533 in the second direction, one end of the first cable 41 and one end of the second cable 42 are fixed to the first rotating wheel 531, the second rotating wheel 532 is fixed to a second end of the rotating shaft 533 in the second direction, the third cable 43 is wound around the second rotating wheel 532, and the driving device 40 cooperates with the first rotating wheel 531 to drive the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate.

[0164] When the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate forward, the first rotating wheel 531 drives the rotating shaft 533 and the second rotating wheel 532 to rotate forward, and at this time, the first cable 41 and the third cable 43 pull the moving assembly 30 to move in the first direction towards the rotating assembly 53. When the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate reversely, the first rotating wheel 531 drives the rotating shaft 533 and the second rotating wheel 532 to rotate reversely, and at this time, the second cable 42 and the other end of the third cable 43 pull the moving assembly 30 to move in the first direction away from the rotating assembly 53.

[0165] Specifically, since the first rotating wheel 531 is the driving wheel, the first rotating wheel 531 needs to apply a force to the moving assembly 30 when rotating, and at the moment when the first cable 41 or the second cable 42 drives the moving assembly 30 from static to moving, a larger force needs to be applied to the moving assembly 30, so that the first rotating wheel 531 needs to apply a sufficient force to the first cable 41 or the second cable 42.

[0166] In the embodiment in which one cable is wound around the first rotating wheel 531, when the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate, a sufficient force between the first rotating wheel 531 and the cable is required to drive the cable to move, and the cable and the first rotating wheel 531 are prone to slip with each other, or the cable cannot be applied with the force when the cable is not straightened.

[0167] In some embodiments, the output shaft of the driving device 40 cooperates with the first rotating wheel 531 to directly drive the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate. In other embodiments, the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel to rotate through other transmission assemblies, which are not limited here.

[0168] In the embodiment, one end of the first cable 41 is fixed to the first rotating wheel 531, and one end of the second cable 42 is fixed to the first rotating wheel 531, so that the part of the first cable 41 wound around the first rotating wheel 531 and the part of the second cable 42 wound around the first rotating wheel 531 do not interfere with each other. When the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate forward, the first rotating wheel 531 winds the first cable 41 and unwinds the second cable 42, and when the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate reversely, the first rotating wheel 531 winds the second cable 42 and unwinds the first cable 41, so that the cable and the first rotating wheel 531 do not slip, and the cable cannot be applied with the force when the cable is not straightened.

[0169] The third cable 43 is wound around the second rotating wheel 532, and the second rotating wheel 532 serves as a driven wheel. When the driving device 40 drives the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate, the first rotating wheel 531 drives the rotating shaft 533 and the second rotating wheel 532 to rotate. When the first cable 41 or the second cable 42 applies a force to the moving assembly 30, the force between the moving assembly 30 and the third cable 43 is small at the moment when the moving assembly 30 moves from static to moving, so that the third cable 43 and the second rotating wheel 532 do not need to have a large force therebetween, and one cable on the second rotating wheel 532 is sufficient to realize the force of the third cable 43 on the moving assembly 30.

[0170] Compared with two cables on the second rotating wheel 532, one third cable 43 on the second rotating wheel 532 can reduce the number of parts, thereby reducing the assembly difficulty.

[0172] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 16, the second rotating wheel 532 has a second insertion protrusion, the second end of the rotating shaft 533 has a second insertion slot, the second insertion protrusion and the second insertion slot extend in the second direction in the axial direction, and the second insertion protrusion and the second insertion slot are inserted and matched in the second direction to realize the fixation of the second rotating wheel 532 and the rotating shaft 533.

[0173] In some examples, the rotating shaft 533 is a hollow shaft, which facilitates reducing the weight of the rotating shaft 533, and in turn facilitates reducing the resistance that the driving device 40 receives when driving the first rotating wheel 531 to rotate.

[0175] In some embodiments, the first rotating wheel 531 is provided with two first limiting ring portions, the two first limiting ring portions are fixed to the two ends of the first rotating wheel 531 in the second direction and beyond the outer periphery of the first rotating wheel 531, and the first cable 41 and the second cable 42 are wound between the two first limiting ring portions to limit the position of the first cable 41 and the second cable 42, and to avoid the part of the first cable 41 and the second cable 42 wound on the first rotating wheel 531 from falling off from the two ends of the first rotating wheel 531 in the second direction.
