This invention provides a preparation process for antibacterial acrylic fabric, comprising: dispersing modified nanocellulose and silver-loaded carbon spheres in an acrylic dosing solution to obtain a spinning solution; spraying the spinning solution into a coagulation bath through a spinning head, whereby coagulation forms nascent fibers; and subjecting the nascent fibers to stretching, washing, oiling, drying, and weaving to obtain the antibacterial acrylic fabric.
