The invention discloses a steel
wire rope hoisting clamp holder for verifying an
elevator over-speed
governor. A steel
wire rope is clamped by a lock
wrench to break away from the over-speed
governor, the steel
wire rope is prone to falling off from the lock
wrench, and thus dangers are brought to workers. A second clamp of the steel wire
rope hoisting clamp holder clamps one side, close to a lift car, of the steel wire
rope; in a first clamp, a clamp body placing groove is fixed to a clamp block base, two T-shaped clamp bodies and the clamp body placing groove form sliding pairs, and first clamp blocks and thread sleeves are fixed on the T-shaped clamp bodies; the thread sleeves and a bi-directional lead screw form screw pairs, big gear wheels fixed on the bi-directional lead screw are engaged with small gear wheels fixed on a driving shaft, the center of a crankwheel is hinged to a lifting base and eccentrically hinged to one end of a connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to a lifting sliding block; and a
plunger of a
hydraulic pump is fixed to the lifting sliding block, the clamp block base is fixed to
piston rods of hydraulic cylinders through a main lifting rod and an auxiliary lifting rod, and the
hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinders. According to the steel wire
rope hoisting clamp holder for verifying the
elevator over-speed
governor, the lift car does not need to be hoisted, operation can also be conducted when an
elevator is powered off, and dangers are prevented from occurring on workers.
