The present invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease industry, especially to a vehicle central controlled lock lubricating grease and a preparation process thereof. The vehicle central controlled lock lubricating grease comprises, by weight, 55-70% of a base oil, 0.3-1% of calcium hydroxide, 5-15% of benzoic acid, 8-15% of high purified water, 0.5-2% of boric acid, 3-8% of a lithium hydroxide oil mixture, 0.5-6% of an anti-rust agent, 0.5-2% of an anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion agent, and 0.1-4% of an extreme pressure anti-wear agent. The preparation method comprises: carrying out stirring-heating on high purified water, benzoic acid, base oil, calcium hydroxide, boric acid, a lithium hydroxide oil mixture, an anti-rust agent, an anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion agent and an extreme pressure anti-wear agent, and finally carrying out homogenization degassing to obtain the finished product. Compared with the vehicle central controlled lock lubricating grease in the prior art, the vehicle central controlled lock lubricating grease of the present invention has advantages of excellent shear resistance, excellent water resistance, extreme low friction coefficient, effective noise reducing, good oxidation resistance, and good corrosion resistance.
