The invention relates to a
coal tar hydrogenation whole-fraction method, which is composed of a
slurry bubble
tower hydrogenation method and a
fixed bed hydrogenation method. The
coal tar hydrogenation whole-fraction method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps that after being uniformly mixed with a catalyst,
coal tar whole fraction is increased in
temperature and pressure and then enters a
slurry bubble
tower reactor to carry out hydrogenation
cracking reaction with high-pressure
hydrogen; a material from the
slurry bubble
tower reactor enters a
fixed bed reactor after passing through a thermal separator and a decompression separation tower; hydrogenation
cracking reaction and hydrogenation refining reaction are further carried out under the action of a catalyst B; a material from the
fixed bed reactor is separated into gas and liquid products through a cold separator; gas passes through a circulation
hydrogen compressor and is mixed with supplied
nitrogen to enter the slurry bubble tower reactor in a circulating manner; a liquid is separated into liquefied gas,
naphtha and diesel oil through a fractionating tower;
wax oil enters the fixed
bed reactor in a circulating manner; and
tail oil enters the slurry bubble tower reactor in a circulating manner. The
coal tar hydrogenation whole-fraction method disclosed by the invention is scientific and reasonable in process, high in light oil yield, high in operation flexibility, steady to operate and easy to control, and is capable of increasing the
utilization rate of
coal tar to the most extent.
