Abstract

The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus. The exercise apparatus generally includes a frame, a crank mechanism; a left and a right reciprocating members; a revolving portion of the eft and a right reciprocating members are respectively pivotally connected to the left and right cranks of the crank mechanism, each move with a circular track with an axis line as center along the crank; top end of each reciprocating members are higher than the crank mechanism, and a hand-hold portion for being held by user is provided; low end of each reciprocating members are lower than the crank mechanism, and a foot pedal portion for user is provided; a left and a right deflexion swing rods, each have a first end and a second end on opposite sides, the first end of the left and the right deflexion swing rods are pivotally connected to the frame, the second end are seperately pivotally connected to the foot pedal protion of the left and the right deflexion swing rods, such that when the revolving portion of the reciprocating members rotate along the circular track, the portion of the foot padel portion of the reciprocating members pivotally connected to the second end of the deflexion swing rods, synchronously at least one end of the front end and rear end of the padel portion may generally move through a closed path.
