The invention discloses a vibration friction welder, comprising a device frame, a housing, a vibration head frame and a lower die lifting table, wherein the housing is arranged at the periphery of the device frame; and the vibration head frame and the lower die lifting table are arranged inside the device frame. An electromagnetic vibration head is arranged inside the vibration head frame. A lifting driving device is arranged at the bottom of the lower die lifting table, and mainly comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a linear guide pillar and a linear bearing. During the welding, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the lower die lifting table to rise along the linear guide pillar to the bottom of the vibration head frame to complete the welding under the action of the linear bearing, conversely, the hydraulic cylinder drives the lower die lifting table to reset. By the solution of the invention, the vibration friction welder has less component parts, simple connection way, low manufacturing cost, and high strength and sealing effect at a welding position. The tight welding can be achieved, so that the welding joint can meet the air-tight and watertight requirement. The vibration friction welder is suitable for the welding of a large-scale irregular workpiece, and is reliable in working.
