Abstract
Provided is a group management device and a group management system capable of efficiently evaluating the operating situations of plural air conditioning units installed in a plurality of buildings. The group management system (100) is provided with the group management device (30) that manages the air conditioning units (10a, 10b, 10c) installed in the buildings (50a, 50b, 50c) as a plurality of groups (15a, 15b, 15c) and which comprises an acquisition section (35a) and an extraction section (35c). The acquisition section acquires operation data relating to the air conditioning units via control devices (20a, 20b, 20c) that are arranged in respective buildings and control the air conditioning units within the buildings. The extraction section extracts a group meeting a predetermined condition according to a plurality of evaluation view points.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to group management devices. Background technique [0002] In the past, in buildings employing a plurality of air conditioners such as office buildings and rental apartment buildings, one control device is arranged at one place in the building, and the control device is used to control a plurality of air conditioners (refer to Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Hei. Bulletin No. 9-196444). In addition, in order to effectively manage the plurality of air conditioners, the control device acquires operation data from the plurality of air conditioners and evaluates the operating conditions of the plurality of air conditioners installed in the building. [0003] On the other hand, for example, when a plurality of buildings are distributed in one management area such as a hospital or a university, a control device is arranged in each building, so a plurality of control devices are arranged in one managemen...
