Abstract

The invention discloses a display method of a browser homepage in a mobile terminal and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the following steps: after a browser built in the mobile terminal is started, determining an access mode used in access network of the mobile terminal for this time; according to a corresponding relation between the stored access mode and webpage pointing information, determining the webpage pointing information corresponding to the access mode used in the access network; taking webpage contents correspondingly pointed by the determined webpage pointing information as browser homepage contents and displaying through the browser. By using the above technical scheme, the corresponding relation between the access mode and the webpage pointing information is prestored, which means that the homepage contents displayed by the browser under the different access modes are restored. Therefore, aiming at the different access modes for the mobile terminal to access to the network, different homepage contents can be displayed on the browser. In the prior art, because the browser displays the fixed homepage, the user needs to reopen the access webpage. By using the method and the apparatus of the invention, the above process does not need. The webpage access efficiency can be increased.
