A telescopic piston rod (5) of each hydraulic jacking device (K) is not exposed from the surface (2) of the narrow road in daytime, namely the rectangular bottom bearing plate (1) is tightly attached to the surface (2) of the narrow road. The nocturnal parking space above the surface (2) of the narrow road cannot affect normal passage of the road below the parking space during parking.
