The method includes the steps of uploading a first list of starting sequence of starting items of the terminal to cloud, wherein starting time of the first list based on the starting sequence is a first time, receiving cloud feedback, acquiring a second list, wherein starting time based on the second list is a second time, and the first time is longer than the second time, and starting according to the second list. According to the method, starting speed of the terminal can be increased only by a user uploading starting sequence list of the terminal to the terminal, when in starting, loading of new starting items is achieved only by cloud scheduling, without downloading new software to mend, and thus the operation is simple and practical.
