The method comprises sending device information of application identifier mounted on a mobile device and safety elements associated with the mobile device to a server; using derived security key set mounted on the safety elements to build a safety channel between the safety elements and the server, wherein the server is used to prepare necessary data for the application so that the application can be operated as designed; receiving the data from the server to enable the application, wherein the data comprises user interface of the application on user interface and generated application key set; and sending a confirmation information to the application provider so report state of the application operated together with the safety elements on the mobile device.
