Abstract

The present invention provides a vehicle seat capable of preventing a footrest from becoming an obstacle in a turned-up state of a seat cushion. In the vehicle seat (10), a link member, which is a component part of the linkage mechanism (100), is suspended between the base part (16) supporting the seat cushion (12) and the footrest part (18). (104), the foot rest part (18) rotates toward the lower surface side of the seat cushion in conjunction with the upturning of the seat cushion (12). Thereby, it can suppress that a footrest part becomes an obstacle in the upturned state of a seat cushion.
