When the crankshaft is separated from the rear wheels, a stable travelling effect can be obtained. When the crankshaft is connected with the rear wheels, in the rotating process of the rear wheels, the crankshaft is driven to rotate, and the crank portion of the crank shaft can drive the rear side of the carrier body to rotate around a rotating center of the crankshaft. Since the front side of the carrier body is hinged to the main frame through the ball connection rod, raising and swinging actions of the carrier body can be realized through rotation of the rear wheels.
