The material transmission mechanism comprises a plurality of material treatment units which are arranged in sequence on a transfer chain, wherein the material treatment units comprise a supporting clamp seat, a rotating wheel frame, a rotating wheel, a supporting component, a first supporting guide rail, a second supporting guide rail and a weighing guide rail assembly; the lower portion of the rotating wheel frame is hinged to the supporting clamp seat in a floating manner; a rolling shaft of the rotating wheel is inserted into long slotted holes in the two side walls of the rotating wheel frame; the lower side of the rotating wheel is lifted by the second supporting guide rail; the rotating wheel is used for lifting agricultural product materials during lifting; a flange on the side edge of the rotating wheel frame is supported by the weighing guide rail assembly, and can be used for weighing transmitted materials; at a blanking position, the rotating wheel frame is jacked through an overturning driving assembly in order to overturn the rotating wheel frame.
