Abstract

The present invention discloses applications of guaiacol in a rice stripe disease, wherein the applying concentration of the guaiacol liquid is 50-500 [mu]g/mL, and an emulsifying agent is added to the guaiacol liquid as a surfactant. According to the present invention, the guaiacol is used for rice stripe disease prevention and treatment, the rice stripe disease prevention and treatment effect of the guaiacol can achieve 53%, and the guaiacol is combined with the chemical pesticide for virus transmission mediator Laodelphax striatellus prevention and treatment so as to achieve the effect of concurrent disease and pest treatment; and experiment results prove that the guaiacol can be used for effectively preventing and treating the rice stripe disease.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and relates to a new application of guaiacol, in particular to the application of guaiacol in rice stripe leaf blight. Background technique [0002] Rice stripe leaf blight is a viral disease transmitted by the striatellus striatellus, commonly known as cancer on rice. Diseased plants often withered and booted or the ears were small and deformed. After jointing, yellow-green stripes appear on the lower part of the flag leaf. All types of rice are not dry, but the heading is deformed and the fruit is few. Rice stripe virus RSV is called for short RSV, claims rice stripe leaf blight virus, belongs to rice stripe virus group (or claims soft silk virus group) virus. Virus particles are filamentous, with a size of 400×8nm, dispersed in the cytoplasm, vacuoles, and nuclei, or form amorphous aggregates such as granules and sand, that is, inclusion bodies, which seem to be entangled with many filame...
