The invention provides a broadband electromagnetic shielding layer, which comprises a substrate material, a lower conductive layer, a middle electromagnetic layer and an upper conductive layer, wherein the upper conductive layer, the middle electromagnetic layer, the lower conductive layer and the substrate material sequentially cover from the outside to the inside; the lower conductive layer is made of a high-electric conductivity material; the middle electromagnetic layer is made of a high-magnetic permeability material; and the upper conductive layer is made of the high-electric conductivity material. The broadband electromagnetic shielding layer can simultaneously meet the shielding effectiveness within a low-frequency range of 10KHz to 100KHz and a high-frequency range of 10KHz to 18GHz, and can well solve the problem of poor adhesive force of an electromagnetic shielding coating.
