The apparatus comprises a degreasing tank and a bleaching tank paralleling to the degreasing tank, the degreasing tank and the bleaching tank are respectively movably provided with lids, the apparatus also comprises a track device arranged above the degreasing tank and the bleaching tank, and a hanging basket, and the hanging basket is fixedly provided with a hanging rod; and the track device is movably provided with a dolly, the dolly is provided with a motor, and the motor is in transmission connection with the hanging rod through an elevating device. Stirring paddles are arranged in the degreasing tank and the bleaching tank; and temperature control devices are arranged in the degreasing tank and the bleaching tank.
