Abstract

The invention discloses a heuristic method process log restoration method. Process protocols represented by Petrinet and corresponding logs with lost events are designated as input and a corresponding restored log as output. For the lost event during business process log restoration, the process protocol is analyzed first and divided into sub-processes excluding a selective structure; then a heuristic protocol is used to look for a sub-process corresponding to the lost even and capable of producing minimum restoration; and at last, track reappearance technology is applied to achieve minimum restoration of the lost event. Compared with other methods, the heuristic method process log restoration method improves restoration efficiency.
