The method comprises the steps of sorting programs needed to be optimized, and obtaining a database table list involving data acquisition; correspondingly marking database tables with relatively great influences on program performance in the database table list, for later use; when a source program is analyzed, if data acquisition by a non database SQL statement is involved, transforming the data acquisition by the non database SQL statement into data acquisition by an SQL statement; and performing configuration on the sorted database table list and the database tables marked to have the relatively great influences on the program performance, in the SLT component, thereby enabling data table contents to be copied to the HANA memory database in real time from an SAP system through the SLT component. According to the method, SAP data is synchronized to an HANA system in real time through an SLT component product, and SAP program performance is optimized by utilizing the HANA memory database, so that the purpose of improving the program performance is achieved.
