The invention provides a business deployment method and device in a virtualized network. According to the method, a virtualized network function manager receives an instantiating request, wherein theinstantiating request comprises a VNF (virtualized Network Function) instance identity and a first deployment preference identity; obtaining a VNF deployment template VNFD (VNF descriptor) according to the VNF instance identity, wherein the VNFD comprises descriptors of at least two potential deployment nodes and at least two deployment preference descriptors, wherein the descriptor of each potential deployment node comprises node information and a deployment condition of the potential deployment node, and each deployment preference descriptor comprises deployment information of a to-be-deployed node corresponding to a deployment preference; determining the node information and deployment information of the to-be-deployed node according to the first deployment preference identity and the VNFD; and sending the determined node information and the deployment information of the to-be-deployed node to a virtualized infrastructure manager.
