The rotating assembly is arranged on the top of the outer side of the first lamp housing. The rotating assembly comprises a frame, a main rotating component and more than two driven rotating components. The frame adopts a ring-shaped design, and the main rotating component and the driven rotating components are lined up together to form a polygon.
