Abstract

The invention discloses a molybdenum-containing phosphorous-removing agent, which is aqueous solution containing MoO4<2->, NH4<+>, NO3<-> and organic acid radical plasma. The invention also disclosesa method for removing phosphorous element in titanium-ore acidolysis liquid by utilizing the molybdenum-containing phosphorous-removing agent. The method comprises the following steps: adding the molybdenum-containing phosphorous-removing agent into the titanium-ore acidolysis liquid, stirring, standing, and carrying out solid-liquid separation after solids are settled, wherein the obtained filtrate is low-phosphorous titanium-ore acidolysis liquid; adding alkaline liquid to dissolve obtained filter residues, and then adding iron salt or calcium salt to separate out and filter phosphorous element in dissolving liquid, wherein the obtained filtrate is molybdenum-containing dissolving liquid. The phosphorous-removing agent disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the phosphorous can be removed under the condition without changing the acidity of the titanium-ore acidolysis liquid, and the phosphorous removing rate can be up to 97%; the molybdenum element in the molybdenum-containing phosphorous-removing agent can be recycled, so that the cost is reduced.
