Protecting covers connected with the left end and the right end of the adjusting groove are arranged at the left end and the right end of the lower side of the sliding base. A lifting device is arranged on the lower side of the sliding base and comprises a supporting rod and a telescoping rod. A connecting base is connected to the lower end of the telescoping rod.
