The display panel comprises a color film substrate, an array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a reflecting film, multiple spacing columns and a two-dimensional dimming material layer, wherein the color film substrate and the array substrate are arranged oppositely; the liquid crystal layer is located between thecolor film substrate and the array substrate; the reflecting film is pasted on one side, opposite to the liquid crystal layer, of the color film substrate; the multiple spacing columns are sequentially arranged between the array substrate and the color film substrate at intervals and used for absorbing light rays to achieve the anti-peeping purpose; the two-dimensional dimming material layer is arranged on one side, opposite to the color film substrate, of the reflecting film and can deflect with change of an electric field to adjust the anti-peeping angle, and the light transmittance and thevisual angle of the display panel can be increased when light rays reflected by the two-dimensional dimming material layer are reflected by the reflecting film. According to the display panel in the embodiment, the anti-peeping purpose can be achieved without brightness scarification.
