Abstract

The invention provides a face stimulation paradigm generation method and an infantile autism analysis system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a face picture; preprocessing the facepicture to obtain a face stimulation picture, wherein the preprocessing comprises rotating the face picture to a preset rotation angle, the preset rotation angle comprising at least two different rotation angles; generating a face stimulation picture sequence by using a face stimulation picture; and setting the display time for the face stimulation pictures in the face stimulation picture sequence to obtain the face stimulation paradigm. The infantile autism analysis system includes: a display means for displaying a face stimulation paradigm generated by the method; a data acquisition device,configured to acquire pupil diameter data of a subject when viewing a face stimulation paradigm; a processor connected with a data acquisition device and configured to extract eigenvalues of pupil diameter data and determine an infantile autism analysis result of a subject according to the eigenvalues. Thus, objective autism analysis results can be obtained in a manner that is readily acceptableto the subject.
