Embodiment 1

[0026] The present embodiment provides a method for preparing a lacrimal plug with a modified corneal stromal lens, which comprises the following steps:

[0027] (a) Add 0.1g SA to 10ml of deionized water, stir at 50°C for 30min to form a uniform and stable SA aqueous solution; then add 5mg of EDC to the SA aqueous solution, and stir evenly to obtain the first mixed solution;

[0028] (b) Apply the first mixture evenly on the surface of the corneal stroma lens, roll it up and put it into the mold; put the mold in a thermostat at 40°C for 6 hours to realize the organic combination between SA and the corneal stroma lens; demold Lacrimal plug precursor;

[0029] (c) Put the lacrimal plug precursor in 20ml CaCl 2 Aqueous solution (CaCl 2 The mass concentration is 1%, that is, 1wt%), soaking in 2h can increase the mechanical strength of the lacrimal plug; then irradiate it with a wavelength of 325nm ultraviolet lamp for 10min to sterilize it, and obtain a modified lacrimal duct w...

Embodiment 2

[0031] This example provides a method for preparing a lacrimal plug with a modified corneal stromal lens, the steps of which are basically the same as those in Example 1, except that in step (a), 0.3g of SA is added to 10ml of deionized water, A homogeneous and stable aqueous solution of SA is formed.

Embodiment 3

[0033] This example provides a method for preparing a lacrimal plug with a modified corneal stromal lens, the steps of which are basically the same as those in Example 1, except that in step (a), 0.5 g of SA is added to 10 ml of deionized water, A homogeneous and stable aqueous solution of SA is formed.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a lacrimal duct suppository by using a modified corneal stroma lens. The method comprises the steps as follows: (a) adding an amino acid dehydrating agent to an aqueous solution of a polysaccharide natural polymer material so as to obtain a first mixed liquid; (b) coating the surface of the corneal stroma lens with the first mixed liquid, then transferring the lens to a mold for a reaction, and performing demolding to obtain a lacrimal duct suppository precursor; and (c) immersing the lacrimal duct suppository precursor in a calcium saltaqueous solution, and then performing sterilization to obtain the lacrimal duct suppository. The surgical by-product corneal stroma lens is used as a raw material, the surface of the lens is modifiedby the polysaccharide natural polymer material, molding is performed in the mold so as to obtain the lacrimal duct suppository with a fixed shape, and the lacrimal duct suppository with good tissue biocompatibility and small tissue toxicity can be obtained. The lacrimal duct suppository does not loosen and slide down in the tear environment, and has a fixed shape and high system strength. At the same time, the lacrimal duct suppository achieves the embolism lacrimal punctum and increases the residence time of tears on the ocular surface so as to realize the effect of treating xerophthalmia.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical materials and relates to a lacrimal duct plug, in particular to a method for preparing a lacrimal duct plug by modifying a corneal stroma lens with a natural polymer material. Background technique [0002] Dry eye disease is one of the focuses of global attention in this century. In recent years, studies have shown that it has become a modern lifestyle disease on par with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity. Dry eye syndrome is a multifactorial tear and ocular surface disease that can lead to ocular discomfort symptoms (severe dryness of the eye, foreign body sensation, dryness, burning sensation, photophobia, tearing, etc.), visual impairment (visual fatigue, Blurred or fluctuating vision, etc.), tear film instability and potential damage to the ocular surface, which is often accompanied by increased tear film osmolarity and ocular surface inflammation, and severe cases can c...
