According to the invention, toxin detection points at tail ends of the chopsticks provided with various potential food safety hazard intelligent detection chips are in contact with various dishes or staple foods to analyze components; the detected component data are transmitted to an intelligent analysis system for toxins such as illegal cooking oil, chemicals and the like in chopsticks; toxin type analysis and comparison are carried out on the measured component data; and thus the meal toxins are determined to be swill-cooked dirty oil, chemicals or other toxins and then the determined toxin information is transmitted to a toxin voice warning system for toxins such as swill-cooked dirty oil and chemicals in meals, wherein the system is arranged at the upper side of the chopstick; and then micro loudspeakers installed at the tops of the chopsticks send out voices to carry out voice warning on the toxins such as swill-cooked dirty oil and chemicals in meals.
