The rigid boundary film material tensioning and pre-tightening device comprises a polygon film material which is arranged in a polygon rigid frame, connection components, rigid boundary plates, multiple telescopic devices and tension sensors; the polygon film material comprises a film material body and multiple connection parts which are formed on the periphery of the film material body; the multiple connection parts are arranged corresponding to the polygon rigid frame,and besides, every two symmetrical connection parts of the multiple connection parts form a group; the connection components are in one-to-one correspondence with the connection parts; one end of each connection component is connected to the corresponding connection part, and the other end is connected to one frame edge of the polygon rigid frame; the rigid boundary plates are clamped at connection parts between the film material body and the multiple connection parts, and separating and connecting between the film material body and the multiple connection parts are realized through first fastening components; the multiple telescopic devices correspond to the groups of connection parts in number, each telescopic device is arranged to be connected to one corresponding connection component,and is used for tensioning the polygon film material; and the tension sensors are connected onto the connection components and are used for monitoring pre-tightening force of the polygon film material in real time.
