Abstract

The invention relates to application of a D1 receptor-based targeting molecular probe in pancreatic beta cell imaging, and belongs to the technical field of radiopharmaceutical chemistry. Experiments prove that the D1 receptor targeting molecular probe can be used for monitoring the number of pancreatic beta cells, so that a novel imaging probe can be provided for early diagnosis and curative effect monitoring of diabetes and insulinoma. In addition, a new thought can be provided for treatment of diabetes and insulinoma.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a D-based 1 New uses of receptor targeting molecular probes, specifically related to a D-based 1 Application of receptor-targeted molecular probes in imaging of pancreatic beta cells. Belonging to the field of radiopharmaceutical chemistry, Background technique [0002] Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the major diseases affecting human health in today's society. In 2019, about 463 million people in the world suffer from diabetes (1 in 11 people is a diabetic), among which, the number of diabetic patients in my country ranks first, about 116.4 million. The reduction of pancreatic β cells and the decrease of insulin secretion function are the main pathological features of diabetes. The direct information of pancreatic β-cells in the course of diabetes research mainly comes from postmortem pancreatic biopsy studies. Regardless of healthy people or diabetic patients, it is unacceptable to perform pancreatic biopsy in vivo to d...
