Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of labor protection gloves production, in particular to an antibacterial double-layer PU glove and a production process thereof. Background Art
[0002] With the continuous development of my country's economy, gloves are not only used for hand warmth or decoration, but also used as protective equipment for people's work. At present, various infectious diseases have been discovered, which can be transmitted through air or contact. In order to prevent the spread of germs through contact, medical and health protection have begun to use gloves to block the spread of viruses.
[0003] Currently, most of the anti-bacteria gloves on the market are disposable nitrile or natural latex gloves without lining. Although they fit well after wearing, the wearing process is very inconvenient and not breathable, and there is a strong sense of dampness and stuffiness, which makes the wearer feel poor. Existing disposable gloves generally have poor wear resistance and abrasion resistance. They will be perforated or damaged after wearing 1-2 times, have a short service life, and cannot be used multiple times. Discarded gloves will generate a lot of garbage and cause damage to the environment. Conventional lined gloves have good wear resistance and wear resistance but do not have the function of anti-bacteria, nor can they solve the problem of dampness and stuffiness. In addition, the hand flexibility is poor after wearing, and some delicate operations cannot be completed. Summary of the invention

[0032] (III) Beneficial effects
[0033] The beneficial effects of the present invention are:
[0034] (1) The antibacterial double-layer PU gloves of the present invention include a glove core, an oily PU adhesive layer and an aqueous PU adhesive layer containing an antibacterial agent. Both the oily and aqueous PU have the advantages of good softness and fit, and the oily / aqueous PU adhesive does not contain protein and will not introduce allergens. Therefore, the finished gloves have high softness, wearing comfort and operating sensitivity, and are very suitable for making medical gloves. The surface of the oily PU has a number of sweat pore-like pores, which have the characteristics of air permeability and moisture removal, while the aqueous PU is a linear polyurethane molecule (non-cross-linked molecule). The adhesive surface of the aqueous PU after curing has the characteristics of air permeability but not water permeability. The present invention combines the advantages of oily PU and water-based (linear molecule) PU to produce double-layer PU gloves with an inner lining. Compared with traditional anti-bacteria type gloves, the gloves not only have improved wearing resistance and abrasion resistance, and achieved the performance of EN388 grade 4121, but also can be reused many times, thus avoiding the pollution and damage to the environment caused by the infrequent use of disposable gloves. At the same time, the oily PU surface is covered with sweat pore-like pores and the water-based PU is waterproof and breathable, so that the finished gloves have good moisture absorption, perspiration permeability, waterproof and antibacterial effects, thereby improving the wearing experience. With the help of the good softness and fit of PU, the wearing operation sensitivity is improved.
[0035] (2) The present invention adds an antibacterial agent to the aqueous polyurethane mortar, which gives the gloves antibacterial and antifungal properties. The antiviral activity rate against H1N1 influenza A virus and H3N2 influenza virus is as high as 99%; the antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans can be as high as 99%; according to the international standard ISO 18184:2014 (E) "Determination of antiviral textiles", after 20 standard washes, the average killing rate of coronavirus HCoV-229E is still more than 97% after contacting with the coronavirus HCoV-229E suspension for 2.0 hours. The antibacterial agent is preferably a polar compound antibacterial agent, such as zinc pyrithione, nanosilver, hydroxymethyl imidazolinone, and non-ionic antiviral compounds. They can be evenly dispersed in the aqueous mortar, are not easy to agglomerate, and effectively ensure the antibacterial properties of the finished gloves.
[0036] (3) The present invention first immerses the gloves in oily polyurethane, treats them with a coagulant, and soaks them in warm water, so that the DMF in the oily PU glue is precipitated to form a porous glue surface in the shape of sweat pores, so that the gloves have the performance of absorbing sweat and removing moisture, and then covers them with a water-based linear molecular PU glue containing an antibacterial agent, which gives the gloves antibacterial, waterproof and breathable properties. After the water-based PU glue is impregnated, a surface treatment agent is used for treatment. On the one hand, the density of the water-based PU glue surface is enhanced, so that water molecules cannot penetrate to improve the waterproof property, pathogens are prevented from penetrating from the outside to improve the antibacterial property, and the antibacterial agent in the water-based PU glue is maintained so that it is not easy to migrate and lose, thereby improving the antibacterial property and durability; on the other hand, the bonding between the oily PU glue and the water-based PU glue is enhanced.
[0037] (4) The gloves made by the present invention have good waterproofness and breathability, are comfortable to wear, antibacterial, lightweight and flexible, wear-resistant and durable, and have multiple advantages such as sensitive operability. They are convenient for engaging in delicate work, such as medical gloves, and can be reused many times, avoiding the large amount of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by common disposable gloves. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0038] Figure 1 The figure is a schematic diagram of the production process of an antibacterial double-layer PU glove of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0039] In order to better explain the present invention and facilitate understanding, the present invention is described in detail below through specific implementation modes in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
[0040] See also Figure 1 The present invention provides a production process of antibacterial double-layer PU gloves, comprising:
[0041] S1. Pre-baking: Put the glove core on the hand mold for pre-baking and heating.
[0042] Preferably, the glove core is a knitted glove core with 18 or more needles, such as 18 or 21 needles. The more needles there are, the thinner and softer the glove core is, and the more comfortable the finished product is after wearing, which is conducive to improving the operational sensitivity of the antibacterial gloves. Pre-heating to a mold temperature of 40-60°C is conducive to rapid glue hanging.
[0043] S2. Impregnation with oily PU: Impregnate the glove core with oily polyurethane glue, take out the glove core and spread and drip glue.
[0044] Under the condition of maintaining the mold temperature at 40-60℃, immerse the glove core into the oily polyurethane glue for 1.5-10s (preferably 3s), take out the hand mold, and drip glue on the glue dripping board for 2-5min (preferably 3min). Remove the excess glue by dripping glue to ensure the uniform thickness of the glue surface and prevent glue dripping. However, the glue dripping time should not be too long, otherwise it will not be conducive to the formation of uniform sweat pore-like pores.
[0045] The oily polyurethane mortar comprises 90-120 parts by weight of oily PU resin emulsion (the solid content of commercially available products is about 35-45%), 100-500 parts by weight of DMF, 0.2-1.5 parts by weight of defoamer and 0.05-1.5 parts by weight of leveling agent, and the viscosity can be controlled within the range of 200mPa.s-2500mPa.s.
[0046] It should be noted that the composition of the oily polyurethane mortar is not limited to the aforementioned components, but the viscosity is preferably maintained between 1000mPa.s-2500mPa.s.
[0047] S3. Coagulation and warm water soaking: Soak the glove core in a coagulant to promote coagulation, and then soak it in warm water.
[0048] The coagulant is a DMF aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5-20%. The coagulant is immersed for 2-5 minutes to accelerate the coagulation of the oily polyurethane glue. Then, it is immersed in 40-80℃ water for 30-60 minutes. The hot water is conducive to the diffusion of the organic solvent in the oily polyurethane glue to form sweat pore-like micropores, so that the oily PU glue has the function of sweat absorption and moisture removal, and increases the softness of the oily polyurethane rubber. In addition, the sweat pore-like micropores also provide a rough surface for secondary dipping.
[0049] S4, baking: by baking, the oily polyurethane glue on the surface of the glove core is solidified into a glue surface to obtain the oily PU glove lining.
[0050] The baking is carried out in an oven at 80-120° C. for 50-100 minutes, preferably 60 minutes. After baking, the oily polyurethane adhesive is completely solidified and formed.
[0051] S5. Secondary pre-baking: Pre-baking heating raises the temperature of the oily PU glove lining.
[0052] Pre-baking the oily PU glove lining to 40-60°C is beneficial for gluing.
[0053] S6. Impregnation with water-based PU: The inner lining of the oily PU gloves is impregnated with water-based polyurethane glue; an antibacterial agent is dispersed in the water-based polyurethane glue, and the polyurethane molecules in the water-based polyurethane glue are linear molecular polyurethanes.
[0054] The water polyurethane mortar comprises 90-120 parts by weight of waterborne polyurethane linear molecular emulsion (the solid content of commercially available products is about 20-40%), 0-20 parts by weight of chloroprene latex or styrene-butadiene latex or natural latex, 0-5 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, 1-10 parts of antibacterial agent, 0-6 parts by weight of thickener, and 0-60 parts by weight of water; the viscosity of the water polyurethane mortar is controlled to be 300mPa.s-2000mPa.s. When the addition amount of chloroprene latex or styrene-butadiene latex or natural latex is 0, the addition amount of crosslinking agent is 0.
[0055] It should be noted that the composition of the water-based polyurethane adhesive is not limited to the aforementioned components, and a small amount of dispersant or antioxidant may be added, but the viscosity is preferably maintained at 1500mPa.s-3000mPa.s. When chloroprene latex (or styrene-butadiene latex or natural latex) is not added to the water-based polyurethane adhesive, it is not necessary to add a crosslinking agent. The thickener is added according to the viscosity adjustment needs. A small amount of chloroprene latex, styrene-butadiene latex or natural latex may be added selectively for crosslinking, which helps to further enhance the wear resistance, water resistance and tear resistance of the water-based PU adhesive.
[0056] Among them, the antibacterial agent is one or a combination of zinc pyrithione, nanosilver, nanocopper, nanozinc, hydroxymethylimidazolinone, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 10,10'-oxydiphenoxyarsine or 2-iodo-2-propynyl-aminoformic acid n-butyl ketone, isothiazolinone, and non-ionic antiviral compounds (such as ANTITM COV-20). ANTITM COV-20 is a special antibacterial and antiviral material that achieves a long-term non-dissolving antiviral and antibacterial effect through contact antibacterial and antiviral. ANTITM COV-20 has antiviral activity, good antibacterial effect, and long-lasting washing resistance.
[0057] The time of dipping in the water-based polyurethane slurry is 8-20 seconds, preferably 10 seconds. These antimicrobial agents all have good water dispersibility, so they can be evenly dispersed in the water-based polyurethane slurry. The water-based polyurethane slurry does not contain organic oil agents and will not cause corrosion or swelling to the oily PU glove lining.
[0058] S7. Surface treatment: soaking the gloves obtained in S6 with a surface treatment agent, wherein the surface treatment agent is an aqueous solution of calcium salt, magnesium salt, zinc salt, formic acid or acetic acid, or an alcohol solution of calcium salt, magnesium salt, zinc salt, formic acid or acetic acid.
[0059] Among them, aqueous solutions of calcium salts, magnesium salts, zinc salts, formic acid or acetic acid or methanol solutions of calcium salts, magnesium salts, zinc salts, formic acid or acetic acid have the effect of demulsification and promoting rapid solidification of waterborne polyurethane adhesive. The alcohol is mainly methanol or ethanol.
[0060] Preferably, any one or more of isopropyl alcohol, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, ethylene glycol, aluminum chloride and sodium hypochlorite can be added to the surface treatment agent. Among them, isopropyl alcohol, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, ethylene glycol and the like have the effect of stabilizing the components of the surface treatment agent, aluminum chloride is a trivalent metal ion, has a stronger coagulation-promoting effect, and is conducive to further improving the density of the rubber surface; sodium hypochlorite helps to improve the flatness and smoothness of the rubber surface.
[0061] The role of surface treatment: On the one hand, it enhances the bonding between oily PU glue and water-based PU glue, combining the moisture absorption and perspiration characteristics of oily PU glue with the breathable and waterproof properties of water-based PU glue. Through surface treatment, the macropores on the surface of water-based polyurethane glue are closed, making the glue surface of water-based PU glue more compact, preventing water molecules and microorganisms such as pathogens from penetrating inward, and improving the waterproof penetration performance of glove products. In addition, since water-based PU glue is a linear polyurethane molecule and does not produce a cross-linked network, the solidified water-based PU glue is still breathable, allowing the sweat inside the gloves to penetrate outward in the form of water vapor, without producing a feeling of dampness and stuffiness, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the gloves. Through the treatment of the surface treatment agent, the antibacterial agent and the like are further firmly wrapped and sealed in the surface of the water-based PU glue to prevent its migration and precipitation, which affects the antibacterial properties of the gloves.
[0062] On the contrary, although the pure oily PU rubber surface is soft, it has a large number of tiny pores on the surface and has no waterproof effect. Moreover, external bacteria can easily enter the pores and cause bacterial growth. After the external surface is impregnated with water-based polyurethane glue, if the surface is not treated, the bonding between water-based PU and oily PU will deteriorate. The water-based PU layer is more likely to fall off during use, resulting in the deterioration of the overall waterproof and antibacterial properties of the gloves.
[0063] S8, baking: The water-based polyurethane adhesive on the surface of the gloves is solidified into an adhesive surface by baking, and then demoulding is performed to obtain a finished product, wherein the baking temperature is 80-120° C., and the baking time is 50-100 minutes, preferably 60 minutes.

[0175] In addition, the water resistance performance of Examples 1-11 and Comparative Examples 1-4 was tested: a detergent aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 0.2% was prepared, the water temperature was adjusted to 40°C, the gloves were put into the detergent aqueous solution, and stirred at a speed of 80 rpm / min for 60 minutes, and this process was regarded as one washing, the gloves were dried between adjacent washing processes, and the washing process was performed 20 times. The gloves after the experiment were judged, wherein intact gloves were recorded as excellent, gloves with slightly damaged surfaces were recorded as good, and gloves with serious surface damage were recorded as poor. The test results are statistically shown in Table 4.

[0178] Through the above-mentioned multiple performance tests, Examples 1-11 all have good germ protection effects, and at the same time have the advantages of moisture-wicking and breathable, wear-resistant and washable, high flexibility and waterproof, which increases the service life of the gloves; by adding antibacterial agents to the second layer of glue and comprehensively considering the waterproof permeability of the gloves, it is possible to reduce the chance of bacteria entering the inner layer of the gloves and the probability of bacterial reproduction, so that the bacteria can only stay on the surface and be inhibited by the antibacterial agent. In Example 7, the mixed glue of water-based polyurethane and chloroprene latex is impregnated on the surface of the oily PU glue, and the wear resistance and washability are better than those of other embodiments. Comparative Example 1 did not perform surface treatment on the gloves, which greatly weakened the antiviral, wear resistance and washability of the gloves. The inner layer of Comparative Example 2 is impregnated with natural latex, which does not have the sweat pore-like pores of oily PU, so the air permeability is poor, and there is a feeling of dampness and stuffiness after wearing. At the same time, natural latex is prone to cause water-soluble protein allergies. In comparative example 3, nitrile latex is impregnated on the surface of the oily PU glue, and the nitrile latex is a cross-linked adhesive layer, resulting in poor overall air permeability of the gloves. In comparative example 4, foam glue is impregnated on the outside of the oily PU glue. Although the finished product is soft and fits well and has a breathable and perspiration-wicking effect, its water resistance, water washing resistance and wear resistance are all deteriorated. In examples 8-11, one or more of isopropyl alcohol, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, ethylene glycol, aluminum chloride and sodium hypochlorite are added to the surface treatment agent, respectively, and the product performance is further improved. In example 10, low-concentration sodium hypochlorite is added to the surface treatment agent to make the surface of the outer rubber layer smoother. In example 11, a small amount of aluminum chloride is added to the surface treatment agent, which can shorten the impregnation time of the surface treatment agent and enhance the bonding strength between the outer layer of water-based PU and the oily PU.
