Abstract

The invention discloses an enamel wet-process two-spraying and one-firing ground glaze material and a preparation method thereof. The glaze material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30%-50% of SiO2, 10%-20% of B2O3, 3%-8% of Al2O3, 1%-5% of CaO, 2%-8% of TiO2, 1%-5% of BaO, 10%-20% of Na2O, 3%-8% of K2O, 0.5%-1.0% of MgO, 3%-8% of CaF2, 1%-4% of ZnO, 0.2%-0.8% of CoO, 0.3%-1.0% of CuO, 0.3%-1.0% of NiO and 0.2%-0.8% of MnO2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials, and uniformly mixing. The ground glaze is simple in bottoming process, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and low in firing temperature, good adherence can be obtained at the low temperature, the fired glaze surface is smooth and fine, the ground glaze surface is not transparent and black after being covered with the cover glaze, the surface of a porcelain layer is free of pinholes, and the porcelain surface quality is good.
