Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a water-in-oil cosmetic in which one or more selected from hydrocarbon oils, ester oils and vegetable oils are blended in an oil phase. In the present invention, a composition for a cosmetic may be described as a cosmetic. Background Art

[0002] In order to obtain a water-in-oil cosmetic material with a delicate touch, it is known that a partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone can be used to prepare a high-water-content, large-particle-size emulsion to obtain a cosmetic material with a delicate feel (Patent Document 1). It is also known that by designing the particle size of such a large-particle emulsion, a water-break type cosmetic material can be prepared (Patent Document 2).

[0003] Among water-breaking cosmetic materials, products containing silicone oil, hydrocarbon oil, and ester oil in the oil phase are known (Patent Document 3). However, it is difficult to stabilize water-breaking cosmetic materials containing a high content of hydrocarbon oil or ester oil. If a high content of active agents is added to improve stability, there are problems in usability such as insufficient tenderness, difficulty in spreading, and stickiness during use (Patent Documents 4 and 5).

[0011] Problems to be solved by the invention

[0012] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned actual situation, and its object is to provide a water-in-oil cosmetic material which has excellent emulsification stability even when the amount of oily components such as highly formulated hydrocarbon oil and ester oil is high, and the emulsified state is smoothly broken during application, and the application is good, and a water-breaking feeling with excellent feeling during use is obtained. It should be noted that the so-called water-breaking refers to the phenomenon that the water-in-oil emulsion is broken by the shear force when the cosmetic material is applied, and the water phase as the internal phase is ejected (burst out) as water droplets.

[0013] Means for solving problems

[0014] The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to achieve the above-mentioned object and have found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by forming a water-in-oil type cosmetic material containing (a) one or more selected from alkyl-modified-partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and alkyl-modified-partially cross-linked polyglycerol-modified silicone, (b) non-cross-linked alkyl branched polyether-modified silicone, (c) an aqueous component and (d) an oily component, thereby completing the present invention.

[0015] Therefore, the present invention provides the following water-in-oil cosmetic.

[0016] [1] A water-in-oil cosmetic material comprising:

[0017] (a) at least one selected from alkyl-modified, partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and alkyl-modified, partially cross-linked polyglycerol-modified silicone: 0.1 to 3% by mass

[0018] (b) Non-crosslinked alkyl branched polyether modified silicone: 0.05 to 0.8% by mass

[0019] (c) aqueous component: 30 to 90% by mass, and

[0020] (d) Oily component: 5 to 30% by mass, but the oily component does not include silicone oil.

[0021] [2] The water-in-oil cosmetic according to [1], further comprising (e) an alkyl-modified partially cross-linked organopolysiloxane, but excluding the component (a).

[0022] [3] The water-in-oil cosmetic according to [1] or [2], wherein the total amount of the hydrocarbon oil and the low-polarity ester oil in the component (d) is 80% by mass or more.

[0023] [4] The water-in-oil cosmetic according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the component (a) is a swollen product preliminarily swollen with a hydrocarbon oil.

[0024] [5] The water-in-oil cosmetic according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein the component (b) is cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 dimethicone as defined in the cosmetic name.

[0025] Effects of the Invention

[0026] According to the present invention, a water-in-oil cosmetic material can be provided which has excellent emulsion stability even when a high amount of oily components such as hydrocarbon oil and ester oil is contained, breaks the emulsion state smoothly during application, spreads well, and provides a water-breaking feeling excellent in use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0027] Hereinafter, the water-in-oil cosmetic may be simply referred to as a cosmetic, and compound names may be referred to as cosmetic names, INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients).

[0028] [(a)Component]

[0029] The component (a) of the present invention is one or more selected from the group consisting of alkyl-modified, partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and alkyl-modified, partially cross-linked polyglycerin-modified silicone. The alkyl-modified partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone is a three-dimensional cross-linked product in which an organopolysiloxane chain having an alkyl modification (chain) in the silicone main chain is cross-linked via a polyether group. As specific examples of the alkyl-modified partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone, for example, compounds represented by reference names such as (PEG-15 / Lauryl Dimethicone) Crosspolymer (INCI: PEG-15 / Lauryl Dimethicone Crosspolymer) and (PEG-15 / Lauryl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer) are known. In terms of compatibility (compatibility of each component, hereinafter sometimes referred to as compatibility), a type in which the main chain branch is a single alkyl group is preferred. Specifically, swelling products containing mineral oil (INCI: Mineral Oil) or other oils are commercially available, for example, under the trade names of KSG-310, 320, 330, 340, etc. (all manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0030] The alkyl-modified partially crosslinked polyglycerin-modified silicone is a three-dimensional crosslinked product in which an organopolysiloxane chain having an alkyl modification (chain) in the silicone main chain is crosslinked via a polyglyceryl group. As specific examples of the alkyl-modified partially crosslinked polyglycerin-modified silicone, compounds represented by designations such as (Lauryl Dimethicone / Polyglycerin-3 Crosspolymer) and (Polyglyceryl-3 / Lauryl Polydimethylsiloxyethyldimethicone Crosspolymer) are known. In terms of compatibility, a type in which the main chain branch is a single alkyl group is preferred. Specifically, a swelling product such as a gel containing hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil (INCI: Mineral Oil) or other oil is commercially available, for example, under the trade names of KSG-810, 820, 830, 840, etc. (all manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0031] As component (a), alkyl-modified and partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone is preferred from the perspective of improving emulsification stability, and a swollen product swollen with a non-polar oil such as hydrocarbon oil is more preferred from the perspective of emulsification stability and compatibility. Examples of commercially available products include KSG-310, 320, and 340 (all manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.). As hydrocarbon oils, hydrocarbon oils described in the following component (d) are preferred.

[0032] The amount of component (a) is 0.1 to 3% by mass, preferably 0.2 to 1.2% by mass, of the total amount of the cosmetic material. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, the emulsification stability of the cosmetic material decreases, and if it exceeds 3% by mass, the delicateness is lost, and the feeling of use during application is sometimes impaired. It should be noted that when component (a) is a swollen product, the above amount is the amount calculated based on the solid content (pure fraction) of component (a).

[0033] The component (a) can be used alone or in combination of two or more thereof. For example, in a combination of an alkyl-modified partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and an alkyl-modified partially cross-linked polyglycerol-modified silicone, when the relative proportion of the alkyl-modified partially cross-linked polyether-modified silicone is high, the spread of the cosmetic material tends to be better, and when the relative proportion of the alkyl-modified partially cross-linked polyglycerol-modified silicone is high, the cosmetic material tends to have a moist and soft feel during use. The proportion can be appropriately determined under the control of the feel during use.

[0034] [(b) Component]

[0035] The component (b) of the present invention is a non-crosslinked alkyl branched polyether-modified silicone. Specifically, it is an organopolysiloxane (e.g., dimethylpolysiloxane) having a polyalkylene ether group as a hydrophilic group and a -CH 3 Part of the n H (2n+1) The structure of the hydrophobic part substituted by a hydrocarbon chain represented by (n>2), the main chain organopolysiloxane does not have a branched chain of organopolysiloxane, and is a non-crosslinked organopolysiloxane. For example, linear polyoxyethylene-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane, linear polyoxypropylene-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane, linear polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane, etc. can be listed. There is no particular limitation on the alkyl chain length, preferably C10 to C20, and more preferably C12 to C16 in terms of compatibility. Specifically, the compound known by the name of cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 dimethicone is most preferred. For example, it is commercially available under the trade name of KF-6048 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0036] The amount of component (b) is 0.05-0.8% by mass, preferably 0.1-0.6% by mass, and more preferably 0.2-0.5% by mass of the total cosmetic material. If it is less than 0.05% by mass, the emulsification stability of the cosmetic material is further reduced, and if it exceeds 0.8% by mass, the water-breaking feeling is no longer obtained.

[0037] [(c) Component]

[0038] The component (c) of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an aqueous component that can be incorporated into a common cosmetic material. The so-called aqueous component is a component that dissolves in water at 25°C and is a component that constitutes the aqueous phase of an oil-in-water cosmetic material. Specifically, water, moisturizers, lower alcohols, water-soluble polymer compounds, skin-beautifying ingredients, water-soluble inorganic salts, pH adjusters, etc. can be listed. [0044] Other examples include water-soluble inorganic salts such as sodium chloride (INCI: Sodium Chloride), magnesium sulfate (INCI: Magnesium Sulfate), sodium hydroxide (INCI: Sodium Hydroxide), potassium hydroxide (INCI: Potassium Hydroxide), arginine (INCI: Arginine), citric acid (INCI: Citric Acid), sodium citrate (INCI: Sodium Citrate), lactic acid (INCI: Lactic Acid), and glycolic acid (INCI: Glycolic Acid), and pH adjusters.

[0045] The amount of component (c) is 30 to 90% by mass, preferably 55 to 85% by mass, and more preferably 60 to 85% by mass of the total cosmetic material. If it is less than 30% by mass, the stickiness becomes strong and it is difficult to feel the water breaking feeling. If it exceeds 90% by mass, the emulsion stability deteriorates.

[0086] (7) Other optional ingredients

[0087] Examples of other additives include oil-soluble preservatives, bactericides, anti-inflammatory agents, and fragrances.

[0088] [Manufacturing method]

[0089] The water-in-oil cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by a known method, and can be produced by a method comprising mixing an oil phase composition containing the above-mentioned components with an aqueous phase composition, and emulsifying the mixture using a puddle, a disperser, or a homogenizer.

[0090] [Water-in-oil cosmetic materials]

[0091] The cosmetic material of the present invention is a water-in-oil cosmetic material, which may be a viscous material or a solid material. In the case of a viscous material, the viscosity is preferably 10,000 to 200,000 mPa·s, more preferably 20,000 to 100,000 mPa·s, and further preferably 30,000 to 100,000 mPa·s. It should be noted that the viscosity is measured by using a B-type viscometer such as DV-III ULTRA (manufactured by BLOOKFIELD ENGENEERING LABORATORIES Inc.) and a spindle TF, and the spindle is lowered at 2.2 cm per minute.

[0092] As the emulsified form, all forms of W / O emulsion and O / W / O emulsion are acceptable. For water-breaking cosmetic materials, a feeling of the inner water phase popping out is obtained when applied to the skin. It should be noted that the so-called water-breaking refers to the phenomenon that the oil-in-water emulsion is destroyed due to its shear force when the cosmetic material is applied, and the water phase as the inner phase pops out as water droplets. Specifically, such a feeling of use is obtained by stabilizing the cosmetic material whose emulsified particle size under microscope observation is large and uneven. The emulsified particle size is 1 to 30 μm, and preferably, 2 to 20 μm is observed at most. As for the method for measuring the emulsified particle size, 3 μL of the measurement sample is placed on a slide glass, and a cover glass is covered on it to prepare a sample. The emulsified particle size is observed and measured using an optical microscope, and the arithmetic mean diameter of 20 emulsified particles is used as the measured value.

[0093] The cosmetic material in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it contains the necessary ingredients, and can be applied to products such as beauty serum, emulsion, cream, massage cream, hair cream, foundation, makeup base, eyeliner, etc. The properties of the cosmetic material of the present invention can be selected from various properties such as liquid, paste, solid, gel, mousse, stick, etc.
