Preparation method and application of graphene

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of graphene. The preparation method of the graphene comprises the following steps: adopting a method of combining mechanical stripping and chemical reaction, treating expanded graphite by using a sanding process, and adding an oxidizing agent and an auxiliary grinding agent, so as to obtain the graphene with the oxidized edge. The oxidizing agent and the auxiliary grinding agent are jointly used, the oxidizing agent is promoted to react through the sanding effect, the edge of a graphite sheet layer is oxidized, meanwhile, a slightly soluble or insoluble compound generated by the reaction of a reaction product of the oxidizing agent and the auxiliary grinding agent enters a graphite sheet layer structure, the graphite sheet layer distance is increased, and the graphite sheet layer edge is improved. Stripping is easier under the action of sanding; finally, the graphene with the oxidized edge is obtained; the graphene can be stably dispersed in an oil phase after being modified, so that the graphene can be applied to lubricating oil as an additive; the modified graphene retains the integrity of the internal structure of a graphite sheet layer, so that the modified graphene plays a good anti-wear and anti-friction role in the lubricating oil.
