Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a fire-resistant partition wall. Background Art
[0002] A fire-resistant partition wall with a fire resistance time of one hour is known, which has the property that even if the heating surface is heated by fire for one hour, the temperature of the non-heating surface does not rise to a temperature that may cause the combustibles in contact with the non-heating surface to burn. Such a conventional fire-resistant partition wall with a fire resistance of one hour is formed by fixing two walls to the studs by screws in a manner that sandwiches a plurality of studs formed of light iron frames arranged at predetermined intervals.
[0003] The above two walls have a multi-layered structure composed of at least two lower layers and an upper layer (both of which are fire-resistant covering materials) such as a lower reinforced gypsum board and an upper reinforced gypsum board, so the fire-resistant partition wall as a whole has a structure including more than four layers of surface materials. In addition, on the two walls on both sides of the stud, a plurality of surface materials (lower surface materials and upper surface materials) are arranged in the upper, lower, left and right directions to form a transverse joint and a longitudinal joint. When a fire occurs indoors, each surface material shrinks due to being exposed to the heat of the fire, so that a gap appears at the joint formed by the surface materials being seamlessly matched with each other at first. Therefore, when the surface materials are one layer, hot air will leak out from the gap at the joint. For this purpose, the fire-resistant partition wall as described above is usually used as a double-sided two-layer type (two layers are laid on one side, a total of four layers) fire-resistant partition wall, and the joint positions of the lower layer and the upper layer of the two walls are staggered to prevent hot air from leaking from the gap at the joint.
[0004] Here, if we discuss the double-sided whole-sheet laying type (one sheet is laid on one side, a total of 2 layers) fire-resistant partition walls from the perspective of improving construction performance, usually, spacers are set on the back side of the longitudinal joint of the surface materials (each surface material is arranged in this way). As a result, when a fire occurs indoors, hot air cannot leak from the longitudinal joint.
[0005] In contrast, there is no stud on almost the entire back side of the transverse joint, so hot air may leak into the interior of the partition wall through the transverse joint. If hot air leaks out from the transverse joint, the fire resistance of the fire-resistant partition wall will be reduced. In addition, when developing a fire-resistant partition wall with a fire resistance time of 1 hour, a 1-hour fire resistance test of heating for 1 hour is usually carried out. Only when the fire resistance test is passed can it be put into the market. However, when hot air leaks from the transverse joint, it will be difficult to pass the 1-hour fire resistance test.
[0006] In this regard, Patent Document 1 proposes a partition wall structure that can improve fire resistance and facilitate construction. Specifically, in a fire-resistant partition wall structure including a column and a pair of partition walls with fire resistance, the pair of partition walls include a lower covering material and a painted upper covering material, and an additional covering material is provided on the outer side of at least one of the partition walls.
[0007] However, in the partition wall structure described in Patent Document 1, a pair of walls (here, one wall is used as a partition wall) sandwiching a stud each include two layers of fire-resistant coating materials, namely, a lower coating material and a coated upper coating material. In addition, one of the partition walls also includes an additional coating material, and the partition wall structure as a whole includes five layers of fire-resistant coating materials, which causes a problem of complicated construction. In addition, as mentioned above, there is no specific description in Patent Document 1 about the joint base material installed at the portion corresponding to the transverse joint, so it can be inferred that in order to suppress the leakage of hot air into the interior of the partition wall through the transverse joint, the fire-resistant coating material on one surface of the partition wall can be set to at least two layers.
[0008] In this regard, Patent Document 2 proposes a partition wall that uses as few fire-resistant coating materials as possible as structural elements to achieve good construction performance and suppresses the leakage of hot air from the transverse joint to achieve excellent fire resistance. The partition wall includes a plurality of columns arranged at a specified interval, a first wall and a second wall. The first wall and the second wall are a pair of walls sandwiching a plurality of columns and are formed by a plurality of gypsum boards arranged vertically and horizontally. The first wall and the second wall are both one-layer walls composed of a plurality of gypsum boards. A longitudinal joint and a transverse joint are formed in the first wall and the second wall respectively, and columns exist on the back of the longitudinal joint. On the other hand, a T-shaped joint base material is arranged in the transverse joint, which includes a back sheet connected to the back of the gypsum board and a protruding sheet protruding from the back sheet in the thickness direction of the gypsum board, and has flame shielding performance. The gypsum board, the joint base material and the column are not fixed with a common screw, but two screw fixing methods are adopted. In partition walls, one type of screw fixing method is a method in which the gypsum board is only fixed to the studs by screws, but not fixed to the bonding base material by screws, and the bonding base material is sandwiched and fixed at the transverse joint position between the gypsum board and the studs. In contrast, another type of screw fixing method is a method in which the gypsum board is fixed to the studs by screws and fixed to the bonding base material by other screws, and the bonding base material is sandwiched and fixed at the transverse joint position between the gypsum board and the studs.

[0013] Problems to be solved by the present invention
[0014] According to the partition wall described in Patent Document 2, it is possible to achieve good construction performance by reducing the surface material as much as possible, and it is possible to suppress the leakage of hot air from the transverse joint to improve the fire resistance. In addition, the partition wall described in Patent Document 2 has the two screw fixing methods as described above. However, in the former method in which the joint base material is not fixed to the gypsum board at all, there is a concern that the construction performance will be reduced when the partition wall is constructed in a state where the joint base material is sandwiched between the stud and the gypsum board. On the other hand, in the latter method in which the joint base material is fixed to the gypsum board by screws at a position other than the position where the gypsum board intersects with the stud and the joint base material, since the upper and lower back sheets of the joint base material and the upper and lower gypsum boards are respectively fixed with screws, there are many places where screws are fixed, and there is a concern that the number of parts will increase and the construction performance will be reduced.
[0015] The present invention provides a fire-resistant partition wall which suppresses leakage of hot air from a lateral joint portion and has excellent fire resistance and excellent construction properties.
[0016] Means used to solve problems
[0017] A fire-resistant partition wall provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a double-sided whole-sheet laying type fire-resistant partition wall, which includes a plurality of spacers arranged at specified intervals, a first wall and a second wall as a pair of walls sandwiching the plurality of spacers, the first wall and the second wall being formed by adjacently arranging surface materials composed of a plurality of gypsum boards in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction, respectively, and having a longitudinal joint and a transverse joint, the spacers being present on the back side of the longitudinal joint, a joining base material having a T-shaped cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the long side direction thereof and having flame shielding performance being arranged at the transverse joint, and the joining base material including a back sheet connected to the back side of the surface material, and a protruding sheet protruding from the back sheet in the thickness direction of the surface material, the surface material, the joining base material and the spacers are fixed without a common fixing component, all of the surface materials are fixed to the spacers by the first fixing component, and one of the two surface materials adjacent to each other in the vertical direction is fixed to the back sheet by the second fixing component.

[0027] Hereinafter, the fire-resistant partition wall of the embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, in this specification and the drawings, substantially the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions may be omitted.
[0028] [Fire-resistant partition wall of embodiment]
[0029] Reference Figures 1 to 7 , an example of a fire-resistant partition wall of the embodiment is described. In addition, the fire-resistant partition wall using a reinforced gypsum board as the gypsum board forming the surface material is described below, but the fire-resistant partition wall of the embodiment may also use a gypsum board other than the reinforced gypsum board. Here, Figure 1 This is a perspective view showing an example of a fire-resistant partition wall according to an embodiment, and is a view showing a partial cutaway portion. Figure 2 It is along Figure 1 The diagram with arrows II-II is a transverse cross-sectional view of the cross-section in which the surface material and the spacer are fixed by the first fixing member. Figure 3 This is a perspective view of the bonding base material. Figure 4This is a perspective view showing a state where a joint base material is arranged on the back side of the horizontal joint portion in the first wall, and a view showing a state where no fixing member is used to fix the surface material, the joint base material and the stud at the intersection of the three. Figure 5 This is a longitudinal sectional view of the fire-resistant partition wall according to the embodiment, showing a section in which a face material and a stud are fixed by a first fixing member.
[0030] Figure 1 The fire-resistant partition wall 100 shown is applicable to buildings with iron frame structures, buildings with RC (Reinforced Concrete) structures, wooden buildings, etc., and is applicable to general single-family houses or residential complexes, factories, warehouses, etc.
[0031] The fire-resistant partition wall 100 is a double-sided full-sheet type fire-resistant partition wall, which includes a plurality of studs 10 arranged at a predetermined interval u, and a pair of first wall 30A and second wall 30B sandwiching the plurality of studs 10. Here, the interval u at which the studs 10 are arranged may be fixed or may be changed in the middle, and the interval u may be set to 303 mm, for example.
[0032] By embedding a plurality of spacers 10 into the grooves of the upper longitudinal members 15 and the lower longitudinal members 16, a frame structure can be formed by the spacers 10, the upper longitudinal members 15, and the lower longitudinal members 16. Here, the spacers 10 shown in the figure are formed of channel steel with a lip, and the upper longitudinal members 15 and the lower longitudinal members 16 are formed of channel steel. In addition, the spacers 10 can also be formed of square steel pipes in addition to channel steel. As channel steel or square steel pipe suitable for the spacers 10, there can be shaped steel or steel pipe having a width × height × plate thickness expressed by the dimensions specified in JIS A 6517, for example, 45 × 45 × 0.4 mm or more. In addition, as channel steel suitable for the upper and lower longitudinal members 15, 16, there can be shaped steel of 45 × 30 to 40 × 0.4 mm or more.
[0033] The first wall 30A and the second wall 30B are both formed by multiple reinforced gypsum boards 20 (an example of surface material) with a thickness s of 25 mm arranged vertically and horizontally. That is, by using multiple reinforced gypsum boards 20 with a thickness of 25 mm, the first wall 30A and the second wall 30B can be formed by a single layer of fire-resistant coating material. Therefore, the fire-resistant partition wall 100 as a whole is a double-sided whole-sheet fire-resistant partition wall formed by two layers of reinforced gypsum boards 20. Here, Figure 1 The fire-resistant partition wall 100 shown shows a structure in which a plurality of rectangular reinforced gypsum boards 20 are arranged in a longitudinal manner to form a first wall 30A and a second wall 30B. Alternatively, a plurality of reinforced gypsum boards 20 may be arranged in a transverse manner to form a first wall 30A and a second wall 30B.
[0034] The reinforced gypsum board 20 is a board formed by mixing an inorganic fiber material in the core material part of the gypsum board, and has higher fire resistance than ordinary gypsum board. According to JIS A 6901, as the specification of the reinforced gypsum board 20, its thickness is specified as 12.5, 15.0, 16.0, 18.0, 21.0, 25.0 mm (thickness tolerance 0 to +0.5 mm).
[0035] The first wall 30A and the second wall 30B of the fire-resistant partition wall 100 are both formed of a single layer of reinforced gypsum board 20, and therefore, it is preferable to use a reinforced gypsum board 20 having a maximum thickness of 25 mm.
[0036] As the reinforced gypsum board 20, "TIGER BOARD (registered trademark) Type Z, 25 mm thick" manufactured by Yoshino Gypsum Co., Ltd. can be used. TIGER BOARD Z Type Z (25 mm thick) has a planar dimension of width 606 mm x length 1820 mm and has a beveled edge.
[0037] As described above, the fire-resistant partition wall 100 is a double-sided whole-sheet type fire-resistant partition wall including only two layers of reinforced gypsum boards 20 as a whole. Therefore, compared with a double-sided two-sheet type fire-resistant partition wall including four or more layers of fire-resistant covering materials as a whole, its construction performance is significantly improved.
[0038] In the fire-resistant partition wall 100, a reinforced gypsum board 20 having a width that can span three studs 10 (width between cores of left and right studs 10) arranged at a predetermined interval u (for example, 303 mm) is used.
[0039] In addition, by arranging the reinforced gypsum board 20 in the upper, lower, left and right directions, a plurality of longitudinal joints 60 and transverse joints 70 are formed. On the back of the longitudinal joints 60, there are steel studs 10. Therefore, for example, in the case of a fire from the first wall 30A side, hot air is unlikely to leak into the inner side of the fire-resistant partition wall 100 through the longitudinal joints 60 of the first wall 30A. Here, in the example of the figure, steel members are shown as the base material of the studs, etc., but wooden members may be used as long as they can satisfy the fire resistance performance.
[0040] On the other hand, the back side of the transverse joint 70 except for the position corresponding to the stud 10 may become a cavity, so hot air may leak into the inner side of the fire-resistant partition wall 100 through the transverse joint 70. For this reason, a joint base material 40 having flame shielding performance is arranged on the back side of the transverse joint 70.
[0041] Here, "flame shielding performance" refers to the ability to shield hot air or flame leakage. In addition to materials that originally have fire-resistant properties and materials that harden after being heated to obtain fire-resistant properties, there are also materials that remain in the form of ash blocks after being heated and burned, and as a result, they can exert flame shielding properties.
[0042] As this material with flame shielding performance, metal, thermosetting resin and wood can be cited. As metal, steel or aluminum, SUS (stainless steel) etc. can be cited. As thermosetting resin, phenol resin (PF) or epoxy resin (EP), melamine resin (MF), urea resin (UF), unsaturated polyester resin (UP), alkyd resin, polyurethane resin (PUR), polyimide resin (PI) etc. can be cited. In addition, as wood, fir, pine, spruce, rosewood, oak and beech etc. can be cited, which can be any of solid wood and synthetic materials. After the wood is burned, as mentioned above, an ash block will be formed and remain, so that the flame shielding performance can be exerted.
[0043] The fireproof partition wall 100 has a fireproof performance of a fireproof time of 1 hour. A fireproof partition wall with a fireproof time of 1 hour refers to a partition wall that passes a 1-hour fireproof test in which heating is performed for 1 hour. In the fireproof test, as the temperature of the non-heating surface, the temperature at which the combustibles in contact with the non-heating surface can burn is set as a reference temperature, and it is required not to rise above the reference temperature.
[0044] More specifically, the requirements are as follows: no damage that may cause flames (including hot air) on the non-heating side due to heating; no damage that may cause obstacles to structural endurance due to heating; no obvious smoke on the non-heating side due to heating. In addition, it is required that the temperature on the non-heating side does not exceed the initial temperature + 140°C as an average temperature, and does not exceed the initial temperature + 180°C as a maximum temperature.
[0045] like Figure 1 As shown, the cross-sectional shape of the bonding base material 40 is T-shaped, and at the position where the spacer 10 is provided, as shown in FIG. Figure 5 As shown, the reinforced gypsum board 20 and the stud 10 are fixed by screws 50 (an example of the first fixing member). As the screws suitable for this, screws with a diameter of 3.5 mm or more and a length of 35 mm or more can be cited. The interval between the upper and lower screws 50 can be set to 200 mm or less, and each screw 50 can be driven in. On the other hand, if Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , at the intersection of the reinforced gypsum board 20, the bonding base material 40 and the stud 10, the three are not fixed to each other by the screws 50, but at a position offset from the intersection of the three, the reinforced gypsum board 20 is fixed to the stud 10 by the screws 50. Figure 4As shown, the reinforced gypsum board 20 and the stud 10 are fixed by the screws 50 in a manner that no screws 50 exist in the range enclosed by the joint base material range and the stud range. At the intersection of the three, the joint base material 40 is not fixed by the screws 50, but is sandwiched between the reinforced gypsum board 20 and the stud 10.
[0046] like Figure 4 As shown, since the joint base material 40 is not fixed to the stud 10 by the screws 50, the deformation due to the thermal expansion of the stud 10 and the deformation due to the thermal expansion of the joint base material 40 do not interfere with each other as the behavior during a fire, and the reinforced gypsum board 20 fixed to the two by screws can follow the deformation of the two. Therefore, the stress caused by the thermal expansion deformation of the steel member acting on the reinforced gypsum board 20 can be reduced, and as a result, cracks that may occur in the reinforced gypsum board 20 can be suppressed.
[0047] In the fire-resistant partition wall 100, as described above, there are no screws to fix the reinforced gypsum board 20 and the bonding base material 40 at the intersection position of the three. On the other hand, as described in detail below, in an area offset from the intersection position of the three, one of the two reinforced gypsum boards 20 adjacent in the vertical direction is fixed to the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 by the second fixing component 55.
[0048] The bonding substrate 40, such as Figure 3 As shown, it is formed by bending a sheet (such as a metal plate). The bonding base material 40 shown in the figure has two first bent portions 43 formed therein, and a protruding piece 42 protrudes from two back sheets 41. The protruding piece 42 is a U-shape having a second bent portion 44.
[0049] The bonding base material 40 has a predetermined angle θ smaller than 90 degrees between the back sheet 41 and the protruding sheet 42. Here, the predetermined angle θ smaller than 90 degrees may be about 60 degrees to 88 degrees.
[0050] When the back sheet 41 and the protruding sheet 42 have a predetermined angle θ smaller than 90 degrees, for example Figure 4 As shown, when the bonding base material 40 is configured in such a manner that the protruding piece 42 is inserted between the upper end surface 21 (small opening) and the lower end surface 22 (small opening) of the upper and lower reinforced gypsum boards 20, the end of the back sheet 41 can be closely attached to the back of the reinforced gypsum board 20 without a gap.
[0051] Furthermore, by fixing the reinforced gypsum board 20 to the stud 10 while pressing the back surface of the joint base material 40 to the stud 10, the joint base material 40 can effectively prevent (block) the gap of the transverse joint 70. Therefore, the problem of hot air leaking into the interior of the fire-resistant partition wall 100 through the transverse joint 70 can be effectively solved.
[0052] like Figure 3 As shown, the total width t1 (width in cross section) of the two back sheets 41 joined to the base material 40 is set to be 70 mm or more. In addition, a protruding piece 42 is provided at the center of the two back sheets 41, and the protruding length of the protruding piece 42 is set in the range of 5 mm to 7 mm. Furthermore, the length t3 in the long side direction of the joined base material 40 can be set to a length of about 1815 mm matching 6 spacings, for example, when the interval u of the spacer 10 is about 303 mm.
[0053] As described above, since the bonding base material 40 has a high aspect ratio and an overall width of more than 70 mm and an overall length of about 1815 mm, it is easy to bend during transportation or construction, and plastic deformation may occur when the bonding base material 40 is made of metal. However, the bonding base material 40 has a protruding piece 42 that runs through the entire length at the center of its width, and the protruding piece 42 can provide bending rigidity, thereby suppressing or preventing bending or plastic deformation during transportation or construction.
[0054] like Figure 5 As shown, the reinforced gypsum board 20 has a chamfered portion 24 at the corner portion on the back side of the lower end surface 22 (small opening). The length t4 of the chamfered portion 24 in the thickness direction of the reinforced gypsum board 20 is set in the range of 7 mm to 9 mm.
[0055] Therefore, when the joint base material 40 is disposed on the back surface of the upper and lower reinforced gypsum boards 20 , the protruding piece 42 whose protruding length t2 is set within the range of 5 mm to 7 mm can be accommodated in the chamfered portion 24 .
[0056] As described above, when the protruding piece 42 is completely accommodated in the chamfered portion 24, Figure 5 As shown, the lower end surface 22 (small opening) of the upper reinforced gypsum board 20 can be seamlessly butted against the upper end surface 21 (small opening) of the lower reinforced gypsum board 20 , so that no gap is generated at the transverse joint 70 .
[0057] Furthermore, the above is an explanation of the chamfered portion when the reinforced gypsum board is laid longitudinally. In contrast, when the reinforced gypsum board is laid transversely, the edges of the board whose sides are covered with the base paper for the gypsum board will butt against each other, and when the folding angle is less than 90 degrees, a gap sufficient to accommodate the protruding piece of the bonding base material may sometimes be formed without the need for chamfering. At this time, care should be taken to avoid the transverse joint being opened. In addition, even in the case of transverse laying, chamfering should be performed if necessary. Here, the shape of the edge of the board may be, for example, a bevel edge or a square edge. In addition, the folding angle refers to the angle of the side of the board edge covered with the base paper for the gypsum board.
[0058] return Figure 1 One of the two reinforced gypsum boards 20 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction is fixed to the back surface sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 by the second fixing member 55 .
[0059] When two reinforced gypsum boards 20 adjacent in the vertical direction are regarded as one surface material group 20A, a plurality of surface material groups 20A are adjacent in the horizontal direction. In one of the two adjacent surface material groups, the lower part of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located at the upper side is fixed to the upper back sheet 41 of the back joint base material 40. On the other hand, in the other of the two adjacent surface material groups, the upper part of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located at the lower side is fixed to the lower back sheet 41 of the back joint base material 40.
[0060] In the example shown in the figure, two second fixing members 55 are used respectively on the upper side and the lower side of each reinforced gypsum board 20 .
[0061] Here, nails, bolts, etc. may be used instead of screws as the second fixing member 55. The second fixing member 55 is driven into the reinforced gypsum board 20 from the wide surface side to fix the reinforced gypsum board 20 and the back sheet 41 located on the back side thereof.
[0062] In the fireproof partition wall 100, as described above, at the intersection of the reinforced gypsum board 20, the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40, and the stud 10, there is no common fixing member (for example, nails or screws, etc., the same applies below) to connect and fix these parts together. However, in the area where the three intersections are offset, one of the two reinforced gypsum boards 20 adjacent in the vertical direction is fixed to the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 by the second fixing member 55.
[0063] In actual construction, after a plurality of studs 10 are installed on the upper and lower longitudinal members 15 and 16 at predetermined intervals u, the lower reinforced gypsum board 20 is fixed to the studs 10 using screws 50 .
[0064] Then, the back sheet 41 of the lower part of the bonding base material 40 is inserted into the back side (stud 10 side) of the upper end surface 21 (small opening) of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located below, and the protruding piece 42 is locked to the upper end surface 21 (small opening). Then, screws 55 are driven into the upper part of each of the plurality of reinforced gypsum boards 20 arranged in the horizontal direction, thereby fixing the back sheet 41 to the upper part of the reinforced gypsum board 20.
[0065] Then, the lower end surface 22 (small opening) of the upper reinforced gypsum board 20 is arranged on the upper end surface 21 (small opening) of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located below so as to sandwich the protruding piece 42, and the upper reinforced gypsum board 20 is fixed to the stud 10 with the screw 50. Then, the screw 55 is driven into the lower part of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located above that does not have the screw 55 driven into the corresponding lower reinforced gypsum board 20 among the upper reinforced gypsum boards 20 constituting the plurality of surface material groups 20A, so that the back sheet 41 is fixed to the lower part of the reinforced gypsum board 20.
[0066] As described above, for one of the two adjacent surface material groups 20A, the upper part of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located at the lower side is fixed to the lower back sheet 41 of the joint base material 40 by the second fixing member 55. On the other hand, for the other side of the surface material group 20A, the lower part of the reinforced gypsum board 20 located at the upper side is fixed to the upper back sheet 41 of the joint base material 40 by the second fixing member 55, and at the same time, the upper and lower reinforced gypsum boards 20 are fixed to the stud 10 by the first fixing member 50. With this construction method, it is possible to prevent the joint base material 40 from falling off or being displaced from the small opening of the reinforced gypsum board 20 during installation, thereby improving the workability of the fire-resistant partition wall 100. In addition, for example, compared with the case where both the upper and lower back sheets 41 of the joint base material 40 are fixed to the upper and lower reinforced gypsum boards 20 by screws, the number of screws can be greatly reduced, and the number of fixing parts can be reduced, thereby reducing the construction cost and further improving the workability.
[0067] Relatively speaking, Figure 6 The example shown is an example in which only the upper reinforced gypsum board 20 is fixed to the back surface sheet 41 by the second fixing member 55 in any of the surface material sets 20A.
[0068] in addition, Figure 7 The example shown is an example in which only the lower reinforced gypsum board 20 is fixed to the back surface sheet 41 by the second fixing member 55 in any of the surface material sets 20A.
[0069] In either case, Figure 1 In the example shown, the bonding base material 40 can be prevented from falling off or being dislocated from the small opening of the reinforced gypsum board 20 during installation. In addition, compared with the case where both the upper and lower back sheets 41 of the bonding base material 40 are fixed to the upper and lower reinforced gypsum boards 20 with screws, the number of screws can be greatly reduced, and the number of fixed parts can be reduced, thereby reducing construction costs and improving construction performance.
[0070] According to the fireproof partition wall 100 shown in the figure, it can be formed using as few face materials 20 as possible, so that good construction performance can be achieved. In addition, one side of the two face materials 20 adjacent in the vertical direction is fixed to the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 by the second fixing member 55, so that the bonding base material 40 can be prevented from falling off or misaligned, and the construction performance can be further improved. In addition, by bonding the base material 40, it is possible to effectively prevent the hot air from leaking from the lateral joint 70 of the fireproof partition wall 100, so as to achieve a fireproof partition wall with excellent fire resistance performance.
[0071] In addition, one side of two adjacent surface materials 20 in the vertical direction is fixed to the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 by the second fixing member 55, so that when the first wall 30A and the second wall 30B of the fireproof partition wall 100 are deformed during an earthquake, the plurality of surface materials 20 constituting each wall will become one, for example, deformed into a parallelogram. Thus, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles in the decorative materials (not shown) constructed on the indoor side surface of the first wall 30A or the second wall 30B.
[0072] In addition, the stud 10, the reinforced gypsum board 20, and the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 do not have a common fixing member to connect and fix them together at the intersection of the three. More specifically, the back sheet 41 of the bonding base material 40 is sandwiched between the stud 10 and the reinforced gypsum board 20. Since they are not an integrally fixed structure, the influence of the distortion stress on the reinforced gypsum board 20 caused by the deformation caused by the thermal expansion of the stud 10 and the deformation caused by the thermal expansion of the bonding base material 40 can be reduced in the event of a fire. As a result, cracks that may occur in the reinforced gypsum board 20 during a fire can be effectively suppressed.
[0073] [Interlaminar deformation tracking performance test and its results]
[0074] The inventors of the present application conducted an interlayer deformation following performance test in accordance with "JIS A 1414-2 Performance Test Methods for Building Boards 5.9 Deformation Following Performance Test". In the test, the deformation angle at the time of cracking was measured for the joints of the reinforced gypsum boards of the four fire-resistant partition wall test bodies of the comparative example and Examples 1 to 3.
[0075] The comparative example is a partition wall using reinforced gypsum board as the surface material, using Easy Wall (registered trademark, manufactured by Yoshino Gypsum Co., Ltd.), and the joint base material is not fixed to both the reinforced gypsum board and the stud, but is sandwiched between the reinforced gypsum board and the stud.
[0076] Example 1 is a partition wall using reinforced gypsum board as the surface material, using Easy Wall, and bonding the base material such as Figure 7The test body of the reinforced gypsum board is only fixed below. Figure 7 As shown, with respect to one reinforced gypsum board 1, the joint base material is fixed at two locations between adjacent studs by screws.
[0077] Example 2 is a partition wall using reinforced gypsum board as the surface material, using Easy Wall, such as Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the test body is a test body in which the bonding base material is alternately fixed to the upper reinforced gypsum board and the lower reinforced gypsum board. Figure 1 As shown, with respect to one reinforced gypsum board 1, the joint base material is fixed at two locations between adjacent studs by screws.
[0078] Example 3 is a test body of a reinforced gypsum board in which the bonding base material is fixed only at the bottom, similarly to Example 1. The difference from Example 1 is that the bonding base material is fixed at one location between adjacent studs with screws for one reinforced gypsum board 1.
[0079] As a common test body mode for comparative examples and embodiments 1-3, the thickness of the reinforced gypsum board used is 25mm, the board width is 606mm, and the interval between the columns is 303mm. All of them are double-sided whole-sheet laying type fire-resistant partition walls. In addition, the joint treatment of the horizontal joint part inserted into the joint base material is only putty treatment, and fiberglass tape is not used. In addition, only half of the left and right sides of the test body were subjected to the final treatment of decorative materials, and the remaining half was not subjected to the laying of decorative materials, and only putty treatment was performed. Here, as a supplementary explanation, cracks are prone to occur in the joint treatment of the final treatment of painting, so fiberglass tape must be used. Relatively speaking, when the final treatment of decorative materials is adopted, cracks, wrinkles, and distortions are not easy to occur compared with the final treatment of painting. In order to reduce material costs, it is common that fiberglass tape is not used in the joint treatment, only putty treatment is implemented, and decorative materials are laid on this basis. This on-site situation is reflected in the above-mentioned test body.
[0080] The interlayer displacement tracking performance test was carried out, and the lateral joint part inserted into the joint base material was observed in each test body. As a result, the comparative example had cracks at a deformation angle of 1 / 100. In contrast, Examples 1, 2, and 3 all had cracks at a deformation angle of 1 / 75.
[0081] The experimental results confirm that, compared to the comparative example in which the joining base material is not fixed to either the gypsum board or the stud at all but is merely sandwiched between the gypsum board and the stud, the deformation amount (deformation angle) when cracks occur in the embodiment in which the joining base material is fixed to either the upper or lower gypsum boards increases, and cracks are less likely to occur during deformation.

In this regard, changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present disclosure, and can be appropriately determined according to its application mode.
