[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a stator, a stator of a motor, a motor, a hermetic compressor, and a refrigeration cycle device. Background Art

[0002] Generally, there is known a method for winding a stator of a rotating electric machine in which an annular yoke is composed of a plurality of yoke pieces stacked and rotatable with each other, and teeth are formed on the yoke pieces, respectively, and a wire is wound around the yoke pieces (for example, see Patent Document 1). In the method for winding a stator of a rotating electric machine, the annular yoke is deformed into a non-circular shape such as an ellipse, for example, and a portion of a gap formed between adjacent teeth among a plurality of teeth is enlarged compared to other gaps, and the winding is passed through the enlarged gap and wound around the teeth.

[0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2010-98938

[0004] However, the winding method for the stator of the rotating electrical machine described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that since the annular yoke is deformed into a non-circular shape and wound around the teeth, it is not possible to simultaneously wind around a plurality of adjacent teeth using a plurality of winding nozzles. Summary of the invention

[0005] The present disclosure is made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a stator manufacturing method, a motor stator, a motor, a closed compressor and a refrigeration cycle device that can use multiple winding nozzles to simultaneously wind multiple adjacent teeth, thereby shortening the winding time and suppressing the loosening of the overlap line.

[0006] The manufacturing method of the stator disclosed in the present invention is the following stator manufacturing method, wherein the stator comprises: a stator core, which is formed by connecting a plurality of split cores into an annular shape, the split core comprising: a back yoke fixed to the inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical container and extending along the circumferential direction of the container, and teeth protruding radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the back yoke; windings, which are wound around the teeth of the split cores; and an insulating member, which insulates the split cores from the windings, the insulating member comprising: an end face insulating portion, which covers the end face of the split core in the axial direction of the container; an inner flange portion, which extends from the end portion on the inner circumferential side of the end face insulating portion along the circumferential direction The outer flange portion extends outwardly from the end portion of the end surface insulating portion on the outer peripheral side and extends in the direction away from the split core in the axial direction; and an outer flange portion, which extends outwardly from the end portion on the outer peripheral side of the end surface insulating portion in the circumferential direction and extends in the direction away from the split core in the axial direction, the outer flange portion having: a configuration portion for configuring the overlap wire extending from the winding on the outer peripheral surface, and an insulating member recessed portion recessed in the inner peripheral surface, the circumferential width of the insulating member recessed portion being configured to be larger than the circumferential width of the end surface insulating portion and smaller than the circumferential width of the outer flange portion, and the end portion of the insulating member recessed portion on the side away from the split core in the axial direction, i.e., the first end portion, being configured to be larger than the inner flange portion. The end of the portion on the side away from the split core in the axial direction, that is, the second end, is away from the split core, and the end of the recessed portion of the insulating member on the side close to the split core in the axial direction, that is, the third end, is configured to be closer to the split core than the second end, and a step portion is formed at a boundary between the third end and the inner peripheral surface of the outer flange portion, and the manufacturing method of the stator comprises the following steps: a winding step, in which one of the multiple split cores connected in an annular shape is opened into a C shape to widen the interval between the teeth, and a plurality of adjacent teeth are wound simultaneously using a plurality of winding nozzles; and a lap wire step, in which the winding nozzle is opened from the knot When the bundle-wound tooth moves toward the next tooth, the one point where the split core is opened is closed to make the multiple connected split cores become annular, and then the winding nozzle is moved to lay the overlapping wire on the configuration portion, and then the winding nozzle is moved to the next tooth, and the winding process and the overlapping wire process are repeated alternately. In the winding process, when the winding is wound and contacts the portion of the insulating member opposite to the back yoke, the winding led out from the front end of the winding nozzle is laid on the step portion while the front end of the winding nozzle is passed through the recess of the insulating member to wind the winding.

[0008] Furthermore, the electric motor of the present disclosure includes the above-mentioned electric motor stator and the electric motor rotor provided inside the above-mentioned stator.

[0009] Furthermore, the sealed compressor of the present disclosure includes: the above-mentioned electric motor; a compression mechanism that is driven by the above-mentioned electric motor and compresses a fluid sucked from the outside; and a sealed container that accommodates the above-mentioned electric motor and the above-mentioned compression mechanism.

[0010] Furthermore, a refrigeration cycle device of the present disclosure includes the above-mentioned closed-type compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a pressure reducer, and an indoor heat exchanger.

[0011] According to the manufacturing method of the stator disclosed in the present invention, when performing the winding process, a plurality of adjacent teeth are wound simultaneously using a plurality of winding nozzles in a state where one portion of the plurality of connected split cores is opened into a C-shape, thereby shortening the winding time, and when performing the lap wire process, the lap wire is laid on the basis of making one portion of the plurality of connected split cores into a circular ring shape, thereby suppressing the slack of the lap wire. In addition, when winding the winding that contacts the portion of the insulating member facing the back yoke, the winding is wound by laying the winding led out from the front end of the winding nozzle on the step portion while passing the front end of the winding nozzle through the recessed portion of the insulating member, thereby making the winding contact the portion of the insulating member facing the back yoke without slack, thereby improving the winding density. [0038] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described based on the drawings. In addition, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described below. In addition, in the following drawings, the relationship between the sizes of the components may be different from the actual ones.

[0039] Implementation method 1.

[0040] Figure 1 It is a cross-sectional view of the hermetic compressor 100 according to the first embodiment. Figure 2 is Figure 1 A cross-sectional view showing the sealed compressor 100 cut at the line AA' and viewed from above. In the first embodiment, a single-cylinder rotary compressor is described as an example of the sealed compressor 100.

[0041] The hermetic compressor 100 of embodiment 1 is as follows: Figure 1 As shown, a compression mechanism 20 for compressing refrigerant gas and a motor 30 for driving the compression mechanism 20 are contained in a cylindrical sealed container 10. The sealed container 10 is composed of an upper container 11 and a lower container 12, the compression mechanism 20 is contained below the sealed container 10, and the motor 30 is contained above the sealed container 10. The compression mechanism 20 and the motor 30 are connected by a rotating shaft 21. The rotating shaft 21 transmits the rotational motion of the motor 30 to the compression mechanism 20, and the refrigerant gas is compressed in the compression mechanism 20 by the transmitted rotational force and discharged into the sealed container 10. The sealed container 10 is filled with the compressed high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas, and refrigeration oil is stored at the bottom of the sealed container 10 for lubrication of the compression mechanism 20. An oil pump (not shown) is provided at the lower part of the rotating shaft 21, and the oil pump draws the refrigeration oil stored at the bottom of the sealed container 10 with the rotation of the rotating shaft 21, and supplies oil to each sliding part of the compression mechanism 20. This ensures the mechanical lubrication of the compression mechanism 20. In addition, a glass terminal 48 for connecting an external power source (not shown) is provided on the upper portion of the closed container 10, and the glass terminal 48 is electrically connected to the motor 30 via a power line 47.

[0042] The rotating shaft 21 is composed of a main shaft portion 21a, an eccentric shaft portion 21b, and a secondary shaft portion 21c, and is formed in the order of the main shaft portion 21a, the eccentric shaft portion 21b, and the secondary shaft portion 21c from the upper side in the axial direction. Here, the axial direction refers to the length direction of the sealed container 10 and the rotating shaft 21. The motor 30 is fixed to the main shaft portion 21a by shrink fit or press fit, and the cylindrical rotary piston 22 is slidably fitted in the eccentric shaft portion 21b.

[0043] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the compression mechanism 20 is composed of a rotary piston 22, a cylinder body 23, an upper bearing 24, a lower bearing 25, and a vane 26. A cylindrical space, i.e., a cylinder chamber 23a, which is open at both ends in the axial direction, is provided inside the cylinder body 23. The cylinder chamber 23a contains: an eccentric shaft portion 21b of the rotary shaft 21 that performs eccentric motion in the cylinder chamber 23a, a rotary piston 22 that is engaged with the eccentric shaft portion 21b, and a vane 26 that partitions a space formed by the inner periphery of the cylinder body 23 and the outer periphery of the rotary piston 22.

[0044] The cylinder body 23 is formed with a blade groove 23c, which is open in the cylinder chamber 23a on one side and is provided with a back pressure chamber 23b on the other side, and a blade 26 is accommodated in the blade groove 23c. The blade 26 reciprocates in the radial direction in the blade groove 23c. The shape of the blade 26 is a roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape that is smaller than the radial length of the cylinder chamber 23a and the axial length of the cylinder chamber 23a when installed in the blade groove 23c. A blade spring (not shown) is provided in the back pressure chamber 23b of the blade groove 23c. Usually, the high-pressure refrigerant gas in the closed container 10 flows into the back pressure chamber 23b, and a force is generated to move the blade 26 radially toward the center of the cylinder chamber 23a by the pressure difference between the pressure of the refrigerant gas in the back pressure chamber 23b and the pressure of the refrigerant gas in the cylinder chamber 23a. The blade 26 is moved radially toward the center of the cylinder chamber 23a by the force based on the pressure difference between the back pressure chamber 23b and the cylinder chamber 23a and the force of the blade spring pressing in the radial direction. The force that moves the blade 26 in the radial direction causes one end of the blade 26, that is, the end on the cylinder chamber 23a side, to abut against the outer periphery of the rotary piston 22. Thus, the space formed by the inner periphery of the cylinder body 23 and the outer periphery of the rotary piston 22 can be partitioned. Even when the pressure difference between the refrigerant gas in the closed container 10, that is, the refrigerant gas in the back pressure chamber 23b and the refrigerant gas in the cylinder chamber 23a is not enough to press the blade 26 against the outer periphery of the rotary piston 22, the one end of the blade 26 can be pressed against the outer periphery of the rotary piston 22 by the force of the blade spring. Therefore, one end of the blade 26 can always abut against the outer periphery of the rotary piston 22.

[0045] like Figure 1As shown, the upper bearing 24 is engaged with the main shaft portion 21a of the rotating shaft 21 to support the main shaft portion 21a so as to be rotatable, and closes the opening portion on one side of the axial direction of the cylinder chamber 23a. Similarly, the lower bearing 25 is engaged with the secondary shaft portion 21c of the rotating shaft 21 to support the secondary shaft portion 21c so as to be rotatable, and closes the opening portion on the other side of the axial direction of the cylinder chamber 23a. The upper bearing 24 is roughly in an inverted T shape when viewed from the side, and the lower bearing 25 is roughly in a T shape when viewed from the side. The cylinder body 23 is provided with a suction port (not shown) for sucking refrigerant gas from the outside of the closed container 10 into the cylinder chamber 23a, and the upper bearing 24 is provided with a discharge port (not shown) for discharging the compressed refrigerant gas to the outside of the cylinder chamber 23a.

[0046] A discharge valve (not shown) is provided at the discharge port of the upper bearing 24 to control the discharge timing of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the cylinder 23 through the discharge port. That is, the discharge valve is closed until the refrigerant gas compressed in the cylinder chamber 23a of the cylinder 23 reaches a predetermined pressure, and when the pressure reaches or exceeds the predetermined pressure, the discharge valve is opened to discharge the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the outside of the cylinder chamber 23a.

[0047] Since the suction, compression and discharge actions are repeated in the cylinder chamber 23a, the refrigerant gas discharged from the discharge port is intermittently discharged, which becomes noise such as pulsation sound. In order to reduce the noise, a discharge muffler 27 is installed on the outer side of the upper bearing 24, that is, on the side of the motor 30, in a manner covering the upper bearing 24. The discharge muffler 27 is provided with a discharge hole (not shown) that connects the space formed by the discharge muffler 27 and the upper bearing 24 with the sealed container 10. The refrigerant gas discharged from the cylinder 23 through the discharge port is temporarily discharged to the space formed by the discharge muffler 27 and the upper bearing 24, and then discharged from the discharge hole into the sealed container 10.

[0048] A suction muffler 101 is provided next to the closed container 10 to prevent the liquid refrigerant from being directly sucked into the cylinder chamber 23a of the cylinder body 23. Usually, low-pressure refrigerant gas and liquid refrigerant are mixed and transported to the closed compressor 100 from the refrigeration circuit connected to the closed compressor 100. If the liquid refrigerant flows into the cylinder body 23 and is compressed by the compression mechanism 20, it will become a cause of failure of the compression mechanism 20. Therefore, in the suction muffler 101, the liquid refrigerant and the refrigerant gas are separated, and only the refrigerant gas is transported to the cylinder chamber 23a. The suction muffler 101 is connected to the suction port of the cylinder body 23 through the suction connecting pipe 101a. Then, the low-pressure refrigerant gas transported from the suction muffler 101 is sucked into the cylinder chamber 23a via the suction connecting pipe 101a.

[0049] The compression mechanism 20 is constructed as described above, and the eccentric shaft portion 21b of the rotating shaft 21 rotates in the cylinder chamber 23a of the cylinder body 23 through the rotational movement of the rotating shaft 21. The volume of the working room separated by the inner periphery of the cylinder body 23, the outer periphery of the rotating piston 22 engaged with the eccentric shaft portion 21b, and the blades 26 increases or decreases with the rotation of the rotating shaft 21. First, the working room is connected to the suction port, and low-pressure refrigerant gas is sucked in. Next, the connection between the working room and the suction port is closed, and as the volume of the working room decreases, the refrigerant gas in the working room is compressed. Finally, the working room is connected to the discharge port, and after the refrigerant gas in the working room reaches a specified pressure, the discharge valve provided at the discharge port is opened, and the refrigerant gas is compressed to the outside of the working room, that is, outside the cylinder chamber 23a, and becomes a high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas to be discharged. The high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas discharged from the cylinder chamber 23a to the sealed container 10 via the discharge muffler 27 passes through the motor 30, rises in the sealed container 10, and is discharged to the outside of the sealed container 10 from the discharge pipe 102 provided at the upper portion of the sealed container 10. Outside the sealed container 10, a refrigeration circuit in which the refrigerant flows is formed, and the discharged refrigerant circulates in the refrigeration circuit and returns to the suction muffler 101 again.

[0050] Figure 3 1 is a schematic diagram of a refrigeration cycle device 200 such as an air conditioner connected to a sealed compressor 100. Figure 3 As shown, the refrigeration cycle device 200 includes a sealed compressor 100, a suction muffler 101 connected to the suction side of the sealed compressor 100, a four-way reversing valve 103 connected to the discharge side of the sealed compressor 100 for switching the flow of the refrigerant from the sealed compressor 100, an outdoor heat exchanger 104, a pressure reducer 105 such as an electric expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger 106, which are sequentially connected by piping to form a refrigeration circuit. In addition, usually, in an air conditioner, the indoor heat exchanger 106 is mounted in the indoor device, and the remaining sealed compressor 100, the suction muffler 101, the four-way reversing valve 103, the outdoor heat exchanger 104 and the pressure reducer 105 are mounted in the outdoor device.

[0051] In the heating operation of the refrigeration cycle device 200, the four-way reversing valve 103 and Figure 3 The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the sealed compressor 100 flows to the indoor heat exchanger 106, and after condensation and liquefaction, it is throttled in the pressure reducer 105 to become a low-temperature and low-pressure two-phase state. After that, the low-temperature and low-pressure two-phase refrigerant flows to the outdoor heat exchanger 104, evaporates and gasifies, and returns to the sealed compressor 100 again through the four-way reversing valve 103 and the suction muffler 101. That is, as Figure 3As shown by the solid arrows, the refrigerant circulates. Through this cycle, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the outside air in the outdoor heat exchanger 104 as an evaporator, and the refrigerant transported to the outdoor heat exchanger 104 absorbs heat. The refrigerant that has absorbed heat is transported to the indoor heat exchanger 106 as a condenser, and exchanges heat with the indoor air to heat the indoor air.

[0052] In addition, when the refrigeration cycle device 200 performs cooling operation, the four-way reversing valve 103 and Figure 3 The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the sealed compressor 100 flows to the outdoor heat exchanger 104, and after condensation and liquefaction, it is throttled in the pressure reducer 105 to become a low-temperature and low-pressure two-phase state. After that, the low-temperature and low-pressure two-phase refrigerant flows to the indoor heat exchanger 106, evaporates and gasifies, and returns to the sealed compressor 100 again through the four-way reversing valve 103 and the suction muffler 101.

[0053] That is, if the operation is changed from heating to cooling, the indoor heat exchanger 106 changes from a condenser to an evaporator, and the outdoor heat exchanger 104 changes from an evaporator to a condenser. Figure 3 As shown by the dotted arrows, the refrigerant circulates. Through this cycle, in the indoor heat exchanger 106 as an evaporator, heat is exchanged with the indoor air, heat is absorbed from the indoor air, that is, the indoor air is cooled, and the refrigerant that has absorbed heat is transported to the outdoor heat exchanger 104 as a condenser, heat is exchanged with the outside air, and heat is dissipated to the outside air.

[0054] At this time, as the refrigerant flowing through the refrigeration circuit, R407C refrigerant, R410A refrigerant, R32 refrigerant, or the like is used.

[0055] Figure 4 is Figure 1 The hermetic compressor 100 is cut at BB' and viewed from the top side. Next, the motor 30 that transmits the rotational force to the compression mechanism 20 will be described. Figure 4 As shown, the motor 30 includes a substantially cylindrical stator 41 fixed to the inner periphery of the closed container 10 , and a substantially columnar rotor 31 disposed inside the stator 41 .

[0056] The rotor 31 is composed of a rotor core 32 formed by laminating iron core materials obtained by punching thin electromagnetic steel sheets. The structure of the rotor 31 includes a structure using permanent magnets such as a brushless DC motor and a structure using secondary windings such as an induction motor. For example, in Figure 4In the case of the brushless DC motor shown in the figure, a magnet insertion hole 33 is provided along the axial direction of the rotor core 32, and a permanent magnet 34 such as a ferrite magnet or a rare earth magnet is inserted into the magnet insertion hole 33. The magnetic poles on the rotor 31 are formed by the permanent magnets 34. The rotor 31 is rotated by the action of the magnetic flux generated by the magnetic poles on the rotor 31 and the magnetic flux generated by the winding 44 of the stator 41 described later. In the case of the induction motor not shown in the figure, a secondary winding is provided on the rotor core 32 instead of the permanent magnet, and the winding 44 of the stator 41 guides the magnetic flux to the secondary winding on the rotor 31 side to generate a rotational force, so that the rotor 31 rotates.

[0057] An axial hole (not shown) through which the rotating shaft 21 passes is provided at the center of the rotor core 32, and the main shaft portion 21a of the rotating shaft 21 is fastened by shrink fit or the like. Thus, the rotational motion of the rotor 31 is transmitted to the rotating shaft 21. Air holes 35 are provided around the axial hole, and the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism 20 located below the motor 30 passes through the air holes 35. In addition to the air holes 35, the refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism 20 also passes through the air gap between the rotor 31 and the stator 41 and the gap between the windings 44.

[0059] Next, the structure of the stator 41 will be described in detail. Moreover, the winding 44 is wound around the teeth 46 protruding radially inward from the circumferential center in the inner circumferential surface of the back yoke 45 fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the sealed container 10 and extending along the circumferential direction of the sealed container 10 via the insulating members 43a and 43b. Fig.17 , Fig.18 as well as Fig. 22 As shown, the insulating members 43a, 43b include: end face insulating portions 43a1, 43b1, which cover the end faces of the stator core 42 in the axial direction; inner flange portions 43a2, 43b2, which extend from the end portions on the inner circumferential side of the end face insulating portions 43a1, 43b1 to both circumferential sides and extend in the axial direction in a direction away from the stator core 42; and outer flange portions 43a3, 43b3, which extend from the end portions on the outer circumferential side of the end face insulating portions 43a1, 43b1 to both circumferential sides and extend in the axial direction in a direction away from the stator core 42. In addition, the winding 44 is composed of three windings 44 wound in each phase of U, V, and W, and is continuously wound around a plurality of teeth 46. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Fig.18As shown, the overlapping line 80 connecting the teeth 46 is arranged along the outer peripheral side surface of the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 of the insulators 43a and 43b.

[0060] The outer flanges 43a3 and 43b3 protrude radially inward from the stator core 42. In addition, the outer flanges 43a3 and 43b3 have a configuration portion 50 on which the lap wires 80 extending from the windings 44 are configured on the outer peripheral surface (the surface on the side opposite to the rotating shaft 21). Fig.19 As shown in FIG. 1 , the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 have a curved surface that gradually deepens from both ends of the circumference toward the circumference center on the inner circumferential surface (the surface on the rotating shaft 21 side), that is, the insulating member recess 49. Since the insulating member recess 49 is formed in a curved shape, it is possible to improve the moldability when the insulating members 43a and 43b are injection molded, compared with a recessed shape with an angular shape. Fig.17 As shown, the circumferential width W1 of the insulator recess 49 is configured to be larger than the circumferential width W2 of the end surface insulating portions 43a1 and 43b1 and smaller than the circumferential width W3 of the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3.

[0061] like Fig.21 As shown in the figure, the end of the insulator recess 49 on the side far from the stator core 42 in the axial direction, that is, the first end E1, is configured to be farther from the stator core 42 than the end of the inner flange parts 43a2 and 43b2 on the side far from the stator core 42 in the axial direction, that is, the second end E2. The end of the insulator recess 49 on the side close to the stator core 42 in the axial direction, that is, the third end E3, is configured to be closer to the stator core 42 than the second end E2 on the side far from the stator core 42 in the axial direction of the inner flange parts 43a2 and 43b2. A step portion G is formed at the boundary between the third end E3 on the side close to the stator core 42 in the axial direction of the insulator recess 49 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer flange parts 43a3 and 43b3.

[0062] like Figure 6 As shown, the stator core 40 includes a plurality of stator cores 42. The stator core 42 as a split core includes teeth 46 and a back yoke 45. The stator core 42 is a plate-shaped core of a magnetic material, and is formed by protruding the teeth 46 toward the rotating shaft 21. The plurality of stator cores 42 are connected in a circular ring shape to form the stator core 40.

[0063] The stator core 42 is composed of Figure 7 The first core member 61 is formed by continuously arranging a plurality of chips via the end faces 60c and 60d, and Figure 8 The second core member 62 is composed of a plurality of core pieces arranged continuously via the end faces 60c and 60d. The core pieces of the first core member 61 are provided with a stator core protrusion 60a and a stator core recess 60b (see FIG. 1 ) as a connection means (i.e., a connection mechanism) on the front and back surfaces of the core pieces at one end side edge. Fig. 9). In addition, the second core component 62 has a stator core protrusion 60a and a stator core recess 60b (see FIG. 1 ) formed on the front and back surfaces of the edge portion of the other end side of the core as a connection means (i.e., a connection mechanism). Fig. 9 Here, the stator core recess 60b of the first core member 61 and the second core member 62 is as shown in FIG. Fig. 9 As shown, it is formed on the back side of the stator core protrusion 60a. In addition, an end face 60c formed in a convex arc shape with the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b as the center is formed on one end side of the first core component 61 and the second core component 62. In addition, an end face 60d formed in a concave arc shape that can be embedded with the end face 60c of the adjacent core chip is formed on the other end side of the first core component 61 and the second core component 62.

[0064] like Fig. 9 As shown, the first core component 61 and the second core component 62 are alternately stacked, and the positions between the chips of the first core component 61 (i.e., the positions between the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b) and the positions between the chips of the second core component 62 (i.e., the positions between the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b) are aligned in the length direction ( Fig. 9 The chips are not staggered in the left-right direction, but are stacked so that the edges of the chips that are adjacent in the stacking direction overlap each other. Moreover, the edges of the chips that are adjacent in the stacking direction are connected to each other so as to be rotatable by interlocking the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b of the edge of one end side of the chip of the first core component 61 and the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b of the edge of the other end side of the chip of the second core component 62.

[0065] The edges of the adjacent core pieces of the stator core 42 in the stacking direction are connected to each other so as to be rotatable by fitting the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b of the one end side edge of the core piece of the first core member 61 with the stator core protrusion 60a and the stator core recess 60b of the other end side edge of the core piece of the second core member 62. Fig.10 As shown, the stator circumferential end portions 52 and 53 of the stator core 42 are open. Therefore, the interval between the inner circumferential portions of the adjacent teeth 46 of the stator core 42, that is, the width of the slot opening 54 can be freely changed.

[0066] Next, use Fig.16 A method for manufacturing the stator 41 will be described.

[0067] First, a winding process is performed. In this winding process, first, a plurality of stator cores 42 connected in an annular shape are opened at one point to form a C-shape, thereby expanding the intervals between the teeth 46 , and a plurality of adjacent teeth 46 are wound simultaneously using a plurality of winding nozzles 90 .

[0068] Specifically, if Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown, before winding, in order to make the plurality of teeth 46 (in Fig.10 and Fig.11 The inner circumference of the teeth 46 (three teeth 46 in the middle) and the interval between the inner circumference of the adjacent teeth 46, i.e., the slot opening 54, are enlarged relative to the interval between the inner circumference of the other adjacent teeth 46, i.e., the slot opening 54, so that the stator core 40 is deformed into a C-shape for fixing ( Fig.16 Step S1).

[0069] Next, if Fig.14 As shown, the winding nozzle 90 passes through the enlarged slot opening 54 to wind the winding wire 44 around a plurality of adjacent teeth 46 (at Fig.10 and Fig.11 Here, the width of the slot opening 54 is equal to the outer diameter of the winding nozzle 90 = the diameter of the winding wire 44 × 1.5 + 0.6 mm or more. After the winding wire 44 is wound around a plurality of adjacent teeth 46, Fig.13 The status shown ( Fig.16 Step S2).

[0070] In addition, Fig.16 In the winding process of step S2, when winding the winding wire 44 that contacts the insulating members 43a and 43b that face the back yoke 45, the winding nozzle 90 is wound by passing through the insulating member recess 49. Therefore, the winding wire 44 can be brought into contact with the insulating members 43a and 43b that face the back yoke 45 without any slack, thereby improving the winding density.

[0071] If this is elaborated, Fig.19 1 is a diagram showing insulators 43a, 43b and a back yoke 45 according to the first embodiment. Insulator recesses 49 are formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of outer flanges 43a3, 43b3 of the insulators 43a, 43b. Fig. 20 1 and 2 are diagrams showing an insulator 43a and a back yoke 45 according to a comparative example. Insulator recesses 49 are not formed in outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 of the insulators 43a and 43b.

[0072] exist Fig.19 , Fig. 22 , Fig.23 , Fig.24 as well as Fig.25In the manufacturing method of the stator 41 shown, that is, the manufacturing method of the stator 41 of embodiment 1, when winding the winding 44 that contacts the insulating parts 43a, 43b opposite to the back yoke 45, the winding 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is laid on the step portion G while the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is passed through the insulating part recess 49 to wind the winding 44. Therefore, the winding 44 can be brought into contact with the insulating parts 43a, 43b opposite to the back yoke 45 without any slack, thereby improving the winding density.

[0073] If we elaborate further, Fig.24 As shown, the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is located closer to the stator core 42 than the first end E1 and farther from the stator core 42 than the second end E2, so that the winding wire 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is laid on the step portion G and the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is passed through the insulator recess 49 to wind the winding wire 44. Therefore, compared with the case where the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is located farther from the stator core 42 than the first end E1 to wind the winding wire 44, the length from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 to the winding wire 44 not wound around the insulators 43a and 43b is shortened. As a result, the winding wire 44 can be more appropriately brought into contact with the insulators 43a and 43b portions facing the back yoke 45 without slack.

[0074] In addition, if Fig.24 As shown in FIG. 1 , if the recessed depth D of the insulator recess 49 (the radial length of the insulator recess 49) is not equal to or greater than the diameter of the winding 44×1.5, even if the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is passed through the insulator recess 49, the winding 44 cannot be brought into contact with the insulators 43a and 43b portions facing the back yoke 45 without any looseness. Therefore, the recessed depth D of the insulator recess 49 is formed equal to or greater than the diameter of the winding 44×1.5. Although the description is omitted, the insulator 43b also has the same structure as the insulator 43a described above.

[0075] In addition, if Fig.24 As shown, if the distance between the insulator recess 49, which is axially close to the third end E3 on one side of the stator core 42 and the end face insulating portions 43a1 and 43b1 (i.e., the height H of the step G) is not greater than the diameter of the winding 44, then even if the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is located in the insulator recess 49, the winding 44 cannot be laid on the step G. In other words, the winding 44 cannot be brought into contact with the insulator 43a, 43b portions facing the back yoke 45 without any slack. Therefore, the height H of the step G is formed to be greater than the diameter of the winding 44. In addition, as Fig.24 As shown, in the first embodiment, the insulating members 43a and 43b are formed so that the height H of the step portion G is equal to the diameter of the winding 44×3, but the present invention is not limited to this. Fig.26As shown in FIG. 1 , as another configuration of the first embodiment, the insulating members 43 a and 43 b may be formed so that the height H of the step portion G becomes the same as the diameter of the winding 44 .

[0076] Thus, the radial length D of the insulator recess 49 is set to be equal to or greater than the diameter of the winding 44×1.5. Thus, the winding state of the winding 44 can be easily confirmed by visual observation from the gap between the insulator recess 49 and the winding 44, and the quality of the winding 44 can be easily confirmed.

[0077] In addition, the distance between the third end E3 of the insulator recess 49 on the side close to the stator core 42 in the axial direction and the end surface insulating portions 43a1 and 43b1 is formed to be greater than the diameter of the winding 44. Thus, the strength of the portion close to the stator core 42 in the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 can be maintained, and the winding state of the winding 44 can be confirmed by visual observation from the gap between the insulator recess 49 and the winding 44.

[0078] In addition, if Fig.25 As shown in FIG. 1 , the insulator recess 49 is a curved surface of the inner circumferential surface of the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 that gradually deepens from both ends in the circumferential direction toward the circumferential center. Therefore, if the front end of the winding nozzle 90 passes through the insulator recess 49 along the curve of the insulator recess 49, the winding 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 can be laid through the step G more easily.

[0079] Furthermore, by providing the insulator recess 49 , a person can visually check the winding state of the winding 44 from a gap between the insulator recess 49 and the winding 44 , and the quality of the winding 44 can be easily checked.

[0080] On the other hand, Fig. 20 In the manufacturing method of the comparative example shown, when winding the winding wire 44 that contacts the insulating members 43a and 43b facing the back yoke 45, the winding nozzle 90 is wound so as to be close to the surface of the insulating member 43a that is not recessed. Therefore, the winding wire 44 is wound in a state of being loose relative to the insulating members 43a and 43b facing the back yoke 45, and Fig.19 Compared with the case of , the winding density becomes smaller.

[0081] Next, when the winding nozzle 90 is moved from the tooth 46 where winding is completed to the next tooth 46, the opened part of the stator core 42 is closed to make the plurality of connected stator cores 42 into a ring shape. Then, a lap wire process is performed, in which the winding nozzle 90 is moved, the lap wire 80 is laid on the arrangement portion 50, and then the winding nozzle 90 is moved to the next tooth 46.

[0082] Specifically, the stator core 42 after the winding 44 is wound is Fig.13 and Fig.14 The C-shaped deformation shown Figure 5 and Fig.15 The circular ring shown is used to fix ( Fig.16 Then, the winding nozzle 90 is arranged along the outer peripheral side of the insulating members 43a and 43b to arrange the lap wire 80 (see Fig.18 )( Fig.16 Step S4).

[0083] Next, the stator core 42 after the overlapping wires 80 are arranged is connected from Figure 5 and Fig.15 The circular shape shown is transformed again into Fig.13 and Fig.14 The winding wire 44 is then wound around the plurality of adjacent teeth 46 that are not wound around.

[0084] After the wiring process is completed, the winding process and the wiring process are repeated alternately for a predetermined number of times. Fig.16 Then, if the winding wire 44 is wound around all teeth 46 and the overlap wire 80 is arranged ( Fig.16 If the step S5 is yes), the winding process and the wiring process are completed.

[0085] In this way, in the stator 41 of the motor 30 of the first embodiment, one of the multiple connected stator cores 42 can be opened to form a C-shape, and the winding 44 can be wound in a state where the interval between the inner circumferences of the adjacent teeth 46, that is, the width of the slot opening 54, is enlarged. Therefore, the movable area of the winding nozzle 90 is increased and the winding density is improved. In addition, by using multiple winding nozzles 90 to simultaneously wind multiple adjacent teeth 46, the winding time can be shortened. In addition, when the winding diameter is large, the outer diameter of the winding nozzle 90 also increases, so it is necessary to widen the width of the slot opening 54. However, for the stator 41 of the first embodiment, since the open state of one of the stator cores 42 can be easily changed, it can be handled even if the winding diameter increases. Furthermore, when winding the winding wire 44 that contacts the insulating members 43a and 43b that face the back yoke 45, the winding wire 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 can be laid on the step portion G while the front end of the winding nozzle 90 passes through the insulating member recess 49 to wind the winding wire 44. Therefore, the winding wire 44 can be brought into contact with the insulating members 43a and 43b that face the back yoke 45 without any slack, thereby improving the winding density.

[0086] On the other hand, when the overlapping wire 80 is implemented, it can be easily formed into a ring shape by closing the opened portion of the plurality of connected stator cores 42 , and the overlapping wire 80 can be laid in a ring shape, so that loosening of the overlapping wire 80 can be suppressed.

[0087] The manufacturing method of the stator 41 of the first embodiment is the following manufacturing method of the stator 41, wherein the above-mentioned stator 41 comprises: a stator core 40, the stator core 40 having a back yoke 45 fixed to the inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical container and extending along the circumferential direction of the container, and a plurality of split cores connected in a circular ring shape with teeth 46 protruding radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the back yoke 45; a winding 44, the winding 44 is wound around the above-mentioned teeth 46 of the split core; and insulating members 43a, 43b, the insulating members 43a, 43b insulate the split core from the above-mentioned winding 44, the insulating members 43a, 43b having: end surface insulating portions 43a1, 43b1, the end surface insulating portions 43a1, 43b1 covering the end surfaces of the split cores in the axial direction of the container; an inner flange portion 43a 2, 43b2, the inner flange portion 43a2, 43b2 protrudes from the end portion on the inner circumference side of the end surface insulating portion 43a1, 43b1 in the circumferential direction and extends in the axial direction in the direction away from the split core; and the outer flange portion 43a3, 43b3 protrudes from the end portion on the outer circumference side of the end surface insulating portion 43a1, 43b1 in the circumferential direction and extends in the axial direction in the direction away from the split core, the outer flange portion 43a3, 43b3 has a configuration portion 50 for configuring the overlap wire 80 extending from the winding 44 on the outer circumferential surface, and an insulating member recess 49 recessed in the inner circumferential surface, the circumferential width of the insulating member recess 49 is configured to be larger than the circumferential width of the end surface insulating portion 43a1, 43b1 and larger than the outer flange portion 43 a3, 43b3 has a small circumferential width, the end of the insulating member recess 49 on the side far from the split core in the axial direction, that is, the first end E1 is configured to be farther away from the split core than the end of the inner flange portion 43a2, 43b2 on the side far from the split core in the axial direction, that is, the second end E2, and the end of the insulating member recess 49 on the side close to the split core in the axial direction, that is, the third end E3 is configured to be closer to the split core than the second end E2, and a step portion G is formed at the boundary between the third end E3 and the inner circumferential surface of the outer flange portion 43a3, 43b3, wherein the manufacturing method of the stator 41 comprises: a winding step, in which one of the plurality of split cores connected in an annular shape is opened to form a C shape, and the intervals between the teeth 46 are widened, and a plurality of winding nozzles 90 are used to wind the teeth 46. A plurality of adjacent teeth 46 are wound simultaneously; and a lap wire process, in which, when the winding nozzle 90 is moved from the tooth 46 where the winding is completed to the next tooth 46, an open part of the split core is closed to make the plurality of connected split cores into a circular ring shape, and then the winding nozzle 90 is moved to lay the lap wire 80 toward the configuration portion 50, and then the winding nozzle 90 is moved to the next tooth 46, and the winding process and the lap wire process are repeated alternately. In the winding process, when the winding wire 44 is wound and partially in contact with the insulating member 43a, 43b opposite to the back yoke 45, the winding wire 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is laid on the step portion G, and the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is passed through the insulating member recess 49 to wind the winding wire 44.

[0088] According to the manufacturing method of the stator 41 of the first embodiment, when performing the winding process, the winding of the plurality of adjacent teeth 46 is performed simultaneously by using the plurality of winding nozzles 90 in a state where one of the plurality of connected split cores is opened to form a C-shape, thereby reducing the winding time, and when performing the overlapping wire process, the overlapping wire 80 is laid after one of the plurality of connected split cores is formed into a circular ring shape, thereby suppressing the loosening of the overlapping wire 80. In addition, when winding the winding 44 that contacts the insulating member 43a, 43b portion facing the back yoke 45, the winding 44 is wound while the winding 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is laid on the step portion G and the front end of the winding nozzle 90 is passed through the insulating member recess 49, thereby making the winding 44 contact the insulating member 43a, 43b portion facing the back yoke 45 without loosening, thereby improving the winding density.

[0089] In the method of manufacturing the stator 41 according to the first embodiment, the insulator recessed portion 49 is a curved surface that gradually deepens from both ends in the circumferential direction toward the circumferential center in the inner circumferential surface of the outer flange portions 43 a 3 , 43 b 3 .

[0090] According to the method for manufacturing the stator 41 of the first embodiment, since the insulator recessed portion 49 is formed in a curved shape, the moldability can be improved when the insulators 43a and 43b are injection molded, compared with forming the insulators 43a and 43b in an angular recessed shape.

[0091] In the manufacturing method of the stator 41 of the first embodiment, the radial length D of the insulator recess 49 is formed to be greater than the diameter of the winding 44×1.5, and the distance between the third end E3 and the end surface insulating portions 43a1 and 43b1 is formed to be greater than the diameter of the winding 44.

[0092] According to the manufacturing method of the stator 41 of the first embodiment, the radial length D of the insulator recess 49 is formed to be greater than the diameter of the winding 44×1.5. Thus, a person can easily confirm the winding state of the winding 44 by visual observation from the gap between the insulator recess 49 and the winding 44, so it is easy to confirm the quality of the winding 44. In addition, the distance between the third end E3 and the end surface insulating portions 43a1 and 43b1 is formed to be greater than the diameter of the winding 44. Thus, the strength of the portion of the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 close to the stator core 42 side can be maintained, and a person can confirm the winding state of the winding 44 by visual observation from the gap between the insulator recess 49 and the winding 44.

[0093] Implementation method 2.

[0094] Embodiment 2 will be described below, but description of contents overlapping with those of Embodiment 1 will be omitted, and portions identical to or corresponding to those of Embodiment 1 will be denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0095] A method for manufacturing the stator 41 according to the second embodiment will be described.

[0096] The manufacturing method of the stator 41 of the second embodiment is different from the manufacturing method of the stator 41 of the first embodiment in that the boundary portion between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 of the stator core 42 forms a right angle.

[0097] Next, the structure of the stator 41 will be described in detail. Figure 5 , Figure 6 as well as Fig.17 As shown in FIG. 1 , the winding 44 is wound around the teeth 46 extending from the back yoke 45 toward the inner circumference of the stator 41 via the insulators 43a and 43b. Fig.17 , Fig.18 as well as Fig. 22 As shown, the insulating members 43a, 43b include: end face insulating portions 43a1, 43b1, which cover the axial end faces of the stator core 42; inner flange portions 43a2, 43b2, which extend from the end portions on the inner circumferential side of the end face insulating portions 43a1, 43b1 to both circumferential sides and extend in the axial direction in a direction away from the stator core 42; and outer flange portions 43a3, 43b3, which extend from the end portions on the outer circumferential side of the end face insulating portions 43a1, 43b1 in the circumferential direction and extend in the axial direction in a direction away from the stator core 42. In addition, the winding 44 is composed of three windings 44 wound in each phase of U, V, and W, and is continuously wound around a plurality of teeth 46. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Fig.18 As shown, the overlapping line 80 connecting the teeth 46 is arranged along the outer peripheral side surface of the outer flange portions 43a3 and 43b3 of the insulators 43a and 43b.

[0098] The outer flanges 43a3 and 43b3 protrude further in the axial direction than the stator core 42. In addition, the outer flanges 43a3 and 43b3 have a configuration portion 50 on which the lap wires 80 extending from the windings 44 are configured on the outer peripheral surface (the surface on the opposite side to the rotating shaft 21).

[0099] In the stator 41 of the motor 30 of the second embodiment, the stator core 42, in which the boundary portion between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 is at right angles, has outer flange portions 43a3, 43b3 extending in the axial direction in the direction away from the stator core 42. In addition, the outer flange portions 43a3, 43b3 have a configuration portion 50 for configuring the lap wire 80 extending from the winding 44 on the outer peripheral surface (the surface on the side opposite to the rotating shaft 21). In addition, the outer flange portions 43a3, 43b3 have a curved surface that gradually deepens from both ends in the circumferential direction toward the circumferential center on the inner peripheral surface (the surface on the rotating shaft 21 side), that is, an insulator recess 49. Insulators 43a, 43b are provided in the stator core 42. In addition, the winding 44 is wound around the teeth 46 extending from the back yoke 45 to the inner peripheral side of the stator 41 via the insulators 43a, 43b.

[0100] Therefore, even when the stator core 42 is used in which the boundary between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 is at a right angle, the winding 44 led out from the front end of the winding nozzle 90 can be laid on the step portion G while the front end of the winding nozzle 90 passes through the insulator recess 49 to wind the winding 44. As a result, the winding 44 can be brought into contact with the insulators 43a and 43b portions facing the back yoke 45.

[0101] In the second embodiment, since the stator core 42 can be used in which the boundary between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 is at a right angle, the iron loss can be reduced, and a high-efficiency motor 30 can be realized. In addition, in order to ensure the winding track of the winding nozzle 90, the boundary between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 of the prior art example is not at a right angle but in an arc shape.

[0102] As described above, in the method of manufacturing the stator 41 according to the second embodiment, the boundary portion between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 forms a right angle.

[0103] According to the method of manufacturing the stator 41 of the second embodiment, since the boundary portion between the back yoke 45 and the teeth 46 is at a right angle, it is possible to reduce iron loss and realize a highly efficient electric motor 30 .

[0104] In addition, in the first and second embodiments, the number of teeth 46 forming the stator core 42 is nine, and the winding wires 44 are wound around three adjacent teeth 46 using the winding nozzle 90, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Even if a configuration is adopted in which the number of teeth 46 and the number of winding nozzles 90 are combined in another manner (for example, the number of teeth 46 is 3n (n≥2), and the number of winding nozzles 90 is 3n (n≥1)), the same effects as those of the first and second embodiments can be obtained.
