Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a card connector. Background Art

[0002] The card connector described in Japanese Patent No. 4741018 has a function of selectively installing a card of two sizes in a card receiving space. The card connector includes: a locking accessory that detects the width of a large card and moves from a first position to a second position; and an actuator that engages with the locking accessory and can rotate from the first position to the second position. In addition, the card connector includes: a partition component that has at least a partition that can move from a first position to a second position; and a push-up spring that applies force to the partition component toward the first position.

[0003] When a wide card (wide card) is inserted, the wide card causes the locking fitting to move from the first position to the second position. Further insertion of the wide card causes the actuator to rotate from the first position to the second position, causing the partition to move from the first position to the second position. As a result, the wide card is guided to the upper portion of the card receiving space.

[0004] On the other hand, when a narrow card (narrow card) is inserted, the narrow card is guided to the lower part of the card accommodation space by the partition plate which is pushed up by the push-up spring and located at the first position.

[0005] The card connector described in Japanese Patent No. 4741018 requires a locking fitting, an actuator, a partition member, and a push-up spring in order to distribute the inserted card to the upper and lower parts of the card receiving space, resulting in a large number of parts. Summary of the invention

[0006] One embodiment of the present invention provides a card connector capable of reducing the number of components required for distribution of a card.

[0007] One embodiment of the present invention provides a card connector 1, 1P, 1Q, which includes a housing H, a partition member 5, a first contact 6, a second contact 7, 8, and a biasing spring 9, 9Q. The housing has three perpendicular directions, namely, an insertion direction X1, a width direction W, and a height direction HT, and has an insertion recess S, into which a narrow card NC and a wide card WC having a width wider than the narrow card can be selectively inserted in the insertion direction. The partition member includes a partition portion 50 that selectively separates a narrow card insertion space S1 and a wide card insertion space S2 in the insertion recess. The partition member is supported by the housing and can be displaced in the height direction between a first position where the narrow card insertion space is separated by the partition portion and a second position where the wide card insertion space is separated by the partition portion. The first contact includes a first contact portion 63 that can elastically contact with a conductor portion NCg1 of the narrow card inserted into the narrow card insertion space. The second contact includes a second contact portion 73, 83 that can elastically contact the conductor portion WCg1, WCg2 of the wide card inserted into the wide card insertion space. The force spring includes a first drive portion 96, an interference portion 93, and a second drive portion 97 that applies force to the partition member toward the first position. The interference portion is arranged in the insertion recess at a position closer to the partition member in the opposite direction X2 of the insertion direction, and can only interfere with the wide card. The second drive portion shifts the partition member to the second position as the interference portion interferes with the wide card. The force spring has elasticity in the height direction, is supported by the housing, and is formed integrally by a single component.

[0008] According to this structure, before the wide card is inserted into the insertion recess, the partition component is forced toward the first position by the first driving portion of the force spring, and a narrow card insertion space is separated by the partition portion of the partition component. The narrow card inserted into the insertion recess does not interfere with the interference portion of the force spring, and is therefore directly inserted into the narrow card insertion space. On the other hand, as the wide card inserted into the insertion recess interferes with the interference portion of the force spring, the second driving portion of the force spring shifts the partition component to the second position. Thus, the wide card insertion space is separated by the partition portion, and the wide card can be inserted into the separated wide card insertion space. The allocation of wide cards and narrow cards can be achieved by a few components such as the force spring and the partition component.

[0009] In addition, the alphanumeric characters in the parentheses indicate corresponding components in the embodiments described later, but this does not necessarily mean that the present invention should be limited to these embodiments.

[0010] In a preferred embodiment, when the wide card is not inserted, the interference portion extends in an extension direction Y1 that is inclined relative to the insertion direction when viewed from the width direction. In the middle of inserting the wide card, before the end WCe of the wide card in the insertion direction passes through the end 93b of the interference portion in the insertion direction, the partition member is shifted to the second position by the second driving unit. According to this structure, the wide card and the narrow card can be reliably allocated to the wide card insertion space and the narrow card insertion space.

[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the card connector further comprises an ejection spring 12, and the ejection spring 12 ejects the wide card and the narrow card inserted into the insertion recess in opposite directions from the insertion recess. When the wide card inserted into the insertion completion position of the wide card insertion space is urged to move in the opposite direction by the ejection spring, the partition part of the partition member urged by the urging spring can elastically slide in contact with the wide card.

[0012] According to this structure, the partition part of the partition member urged by the urging spring applies frictional resistance to the wide card. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the wide card from accidentally flying out during ejection. The partition member has the function of suppressing the wide card from accidentally flying out during ejection. Therefore, compared with the case where a component having this function is separately provided, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of components.

[0013] In a preferred embodiment, the card connector further comprises an ejection spring 12, wherein the ejection spring 12 ejects the wide card and the narrow card inserted into the insertion recess in the opposite direction from the insertion recess. The partition member comprises a spring piece 60, and when the partition member is located at the first position, when the narrow card is moved in the opposite direction by the ejection spring, the spring piece 60 can elastically slide in contact with the narrow card.

[0014] According to this structure, when the narrow card is ejected by the ejection spring, the spring piece of the partition member applies friction resistance to the narrow card. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the narrow card from accidentally flying out during ejection. The partition member has the function of suppressing the narrow card from accidentally flying out during ejection. Therefore, compared with the case where a component having this function is separately provided, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of components.

[0015] In a preferred embodiment, the partition member includes: a side plate arm 54, which is extended from the partition portion toward the insertion direction when the partition member is located in the second position; a rotation center plate 55, which is supported by the housing so as to be rotatable and parallel to the side plate arm; and a connecting plate 57, which connects the extended end 54b of the side plate arm and the rotation center plate in a U shape. The partition member is integrally formed of a single sheet metal material and can be rotated and displaced between the first position and the second position with the rotation center plate as the center. According to this structure, in the partition member integrally formed of a single sheet metal material, a structure that functions as a rotation axis can be easily realized by punching and bending.

[0016] In a preferred embodiment, the partitioning portion includes: a first partitioning plate 51, which partitions the narrow card insertion space in a state parallel to the insertion direction when viewed from the width direction when the partitioning member is located at the first position; and a second partitioning plate 52, which partitions the wide card insertion space in a state parallel to the insertion direction when viewed from the width direction when the partitioning member is located at the second position. According to this structure, the wide card and the narrow card can be smoothly distributed using the first partitioning plate and the second partitioning plate.

[0017] In a preferred embodiment, the first partition plate and the second partition plate are connected to each other via a U-shaped guide protrusion 53 protruding in the opposite direction of the insertion direction. When the partition member is located at the first position, the guide protrusion plays a function of guiding the narrow card to the first partition plate. When the partition member is located at the second position, the guide protrusion plays a function of guiding the wide card to the second partition plate. According to this structure, by connecting the guide protrusion of the first partition plate and the second partition plate, the wide card and the narrow card can be smoothly guided and distributed.

[0018] In a preferred embodiment, when a card XWC having a width that can interfere with the interference portion and having a thickness XWT thinner than the thickness WT of the wide card is being inserted, and when the card XWC having a thickness that can interfere with the interference portion interferes with the terminal end of the interference portion, the guide protrusion can restrict the insertion of the card XWC having a thickness that is thinner than the thickness WT of the wide card. According to this structure, it is possible to suppress the card XWC having a thickness that is thinner than the wide card from being inserted into the interference portion.

[0019] In a preferred embodiment, the partition member includes: a first engaged plate 58, which is extended from the first partition plate to the outside in the width direction and can be engaged with the second driving portion; and a second engaged plate 59, which is extended from the second partition plate to the outside in the width direction and can be engaged with the first driving portion. According to this structure, the first driving portion of the force spring is engaged with the first engaged portion extending from the first partition plate, and the second driving portion of the force spring is engaged with the second engaged portion extending from the second partition plate, thereby enabling the partition member to smoothly move in conjunction with the force spring.

[0020] In a preferred embodiment, the card connector further includes an ejection spring, which ejects the wide card and the narrow card selectively inserted into the insertion recess from the insertion recess to the opposite direction. The biasing spring 9Q includes: a first spring portion SP1, which includes the first drive portion, the interference portion, and the second drive portion, and has elasticity in the height direction; and a second spring portion SP2, which is supported by the first spring portion and has elasticity in the width direction. When the narrow card is biased by the ejection spring to move in the opposite direction during ejection, the second spring portion can elastically slide in contact with the side surfaces NCc and NCd of the narrow card.

[0021] According to this structure, when the narrow card is ejected by the ejection spring, the second spring part elastically slides in contact with the side of the narrow card, thereby applying friction resistance to the narrow card. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the narrow card from accidentally flying out during ejection. The force spring has the function of suppressing the wide card from accidentally flying out during ejection. Therefore, compared with the case where a component having this function is separately provided, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of components.

[0022] In a preferred embodiment, when the wide card is not inserted, the interference portion extends in an extension direction Y1 that is inclined relative to the insertion direction when viewed from the width direction. The second spring portion includes: an elastic bent portion EB that extends in the extension direction along an inner edge 93c in the width direction of the interference portion; and a pressing contact portion 200 that can press-contact the side surface of the narrow card by means of the bending elasticity of the elastic bent portion. According to this structure, the pressing contact portion can be elastically pressed-contacted with the side surface of the narrow card by using the bending elasticity of the elastic bent portion of the second spring portion.

[0023] In a preferred embodiment, the second spring portion includes a first guide portion 201, and the first guide portion extends from the pressing contact portion to the opposite direction of the insertion direction. When the narrow card is inserted into the insertion recess, the first guide portion can guide the side surface of the narrow card to the pressing contact portion. According to this structure, when the narrow card is inserted, the side surface of the narrow card can be smoothly guided to the pressing contact portion of the second spring portion by the first guide portion.

[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the second spring portion includes a second guide portion 202, the second guide portion extends in the extension direction along the outer edge 200d in the width direction of the pressing contact portion, is inclined relative to the width direction when viewed along the extension direction, and is connected to the interference portion via the elastic bending portion. When the narrow card is inserted into the insertion recess in an inclined posture, the second spring portion abuts against the side of the front end of the narrow card, thereby being able to correct and guide the narrow card to a standard posture.

[0025] According to this structure, the second guide portion can correct and guide the narrow card inserted in an inclined posture to a standard posture. In addition, the second spring portion of the biasing spring includes the second guide portion, so compared with the case where a separate component for guiding is provided, an increase in the number of components can be suppressed.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the force spring includes a rigid bent portion RB and a third guide portion 203. The rigid bent portion extends in the extension direction along the inner edge of the interference portion in the width direction and leaves the elastic bent portion in the opposite direction of the insertion direction. The third guide portion is connected to the interference portion via the rigid bent portion, leaves the second guide portion in the opposite direction of the insertion direction and extends in the extension direction, and is inclined relative to the width direction when viewed along the extension direction. When the narrow card is inserted into the insertion recess in an inclined posture, the third guide portion abuts against the side portion of the front end of the narrow card, thereby being able to correct and guide the narrow card to the standard posture.

[0027] According to this structure, the third guide portion can correct and guide the narrow card inserted in an inclined posture to a standard posture. In addition, since the biasing spring includes the third guide portion, the increase in the number of components can be suppressed compared to the case where a component for guiding is separately provided. [0107] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0108] Figure 1 (A) is a perspective view of the card connector 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1 Middle (B) is a perspective view of the card connector 1 viewed from another angle. Figure 2 It is a perspective view of the card connector 1 as seen diagonally from below. Figure 3 It is an exploded perspective view of the card connector 1 .

[0109] like Figure 1 Middle (A), Figure 1 Middle (B) and Figure 2 As shown, the card connector 1 includes a metal frame 2, a housing H including a first housing 3 made of resin and a second housing 4 made of resin, a partition member 5, a plurality of conductive first contacts 6, a plurality of conductive second front contacts 7, a plurality of conductive second rear contacts 8, and a biasing spring 9 (see Figure 3 ).

[0110] In addition, if Figure 3As shown, the card connector 1 includes an ejector 10, a card detection switch 17, a terminal switch 18, and a write protection switch 19. The card connector 1 is a substrate connector mounted on a surface of a base member such as a circuit substrate (not shown). Hereinafter, the second front contact 7 and the second rear contact 8 are collectively referred to as second contacts.

[0111] like Figure 1 As shown in (A), the housing H includes an insertion recess S, which can insert a narrow card NC (see Figure 4 Medium (A) to (D)) and narrower than the NC card (refer to Figure 5 A wide card WC having a width of (A) to (D) is selectively inserted into the insertion recess S in an insertion direction X1 perpendicular to the width direction W. The housing H has the insertion direction X1, the width direction W, and the height direction HT as three perpendicular directions.

[0112] Next, the narrow card NC and the wide card WC are described. Hereinafter, when the narrow card NC and the wide card WC are collectively referred to, they are simply referred to as cards.

[0113] Figure 4 (A), (B), (C) and (D) are respectively the top view, side view, front view and rear view of the narrow card NC. Figure 5 (A), (B), (C) and (D) are respectively a top view, a side view, a front view and a rear view of the wide card WC.

[0114] The narrow card NC and the wide card WC are both memory cards. The narrow card NC is, for example, a CFexpress (registered trademark) type A card. The wide card WC is, for example, an SD card.

[0115] like Figure 4 As shown in (A) to (D), the narrow card NC includes a front NCa, a back NCb, a pair of side surfaces NCc and NCd, a front end NCe, a rear end NCf, a conductor configuration area NCg provided in a recessed portion of the back NCb, and a locking recess NCh. In the conductor configuration area NCg, a plurality of conductor portions NCg1 (see Fig.11 (B)) is exposed at predetermined intervals in the width direction W and extends from a position close to the front end NCe to a predetermined length.

[0116] A pair of side surfaces NCc and NCd include side recesses NCk in the half of the back NCb side from the front end NCa to the position close to the back end NCf. The width between the pair of side surfaces NCc and NCd includes a first width N1 (equivalent to the width of the narrow card NC) of the half (wide width portion) on the front NCa side and a second width N2 of the half (narrow width portion) on the back NCb side. The second width N2 is smaller than the first width N1 (N1>N2).

[0117] like Figure 5 As shown in (A) to (D), the wide card WC includes a front WCa, a back WCb, a pair of side faces WCc, WCd, a front end WCe, a rear end WCf, a conductor configuration area WCg provided in a recessed portion of the back WCb, and a locking recess WCh. In the conductor configuration area WCg, a plurality of conductors WCg1, WCg2 (see Fig.12 The middle (B) is exposed and arranged at predetermined intervals in the width direction W, and extends from a position close to the front end WCe to a predetermined length.

[0118] The pair of side surfaces WCc and WCd each include a side recess WCk in the half on the back WCb side. The width between the pair of side surfaces WCc and WCd includes a first width W1 (equivalent to the width of the wide card WC) in the half on the front WCa side (wide width portion) and a second width W2 in the half on the back WCb side (narrow width portion). The second width W2 is smaller than the first width W1 (W1>W2).

[0119] The width of the wide card WC, i.e., the first width W1, is wider than the width of the narrow card NC, i.e., the first width N1 (W1>N1). In the present embodiment, the total length WL (the distance between the front end WCe and the rear end WCf) of the wide card WC is longer than the total length NL (the distance between the front end NCe and the rear end NCf) of the narrow card NC (WL>NL). In addition, the thickness WT (the distance between the front WCa and the back WCb) of the wide card WC is thinner than the thickness NT (the distance between the front NCa and the back NCb) of the narrow card NC (WT<NT). However, regarding the size relationship between the total length of the narrow card NC and the wide card WC, either one may be larger, and regarding the size relationship between the thickness of the narrow card NC and the wide card WC, either one may be larger.

[0120] Next, the frame 2 will be described.

[0121] like Figure 3 As shown, the frame 2 includes an upper plate 21, a pair of side plates 22, a rear plate 23, a reinforcing sheet 24 and a reinforcing sheet 25. The upper plate 21 includes a front edge 21a, a rear edge 21b and a pair of side edges 21c. The pair of side plates 22 are vertically extended from the pair of side edges 21c of the upper plate 21. The rear plate 23 is vertically extended from the rear edge 21b of the upper plate 21. The reinforcing sheet 24 is a protrusion protruding from the lower edge of each side plate 22, and is welded to the conductor portion of the surface 101 of the circuit substrate 100. The reinforcing sheet 25 is a protrusion protruding from the lower edge of the rear plate 23, and is welded to the conductor portion of the surface 101 of the circuit substrate 100.

[0122] Next, the first housing 3 will be described.

[0123] like Figure 3As shown, the first housing 3 includes an upper wall 31, a pair of side walls 32, a rear wall 33 and a pair of front frames 34. Each front frame 34 includes a front side frame 35 extending from the upper wall 31 and a front bottom frame 36 extending from the front side frame 35 to the inner side in the width direction W. Fig.10 As shown in (A), a pair of first guide paths G1 at an upper level, a pair of second guide paths G2 at a middle level, and a pair of third guide paths G3 at a lower level are arranged inside the pair of front frames 34. The first guide paths G1, the second guide paths G2, and the third guide paths G3 are parallel to the height direction.

[0124] The pair of first guide paths G1 in the upper layer are opposite to each other in the width direction W. The width between the pair of first guide paths G1 is substantially the same as or slightly larger than the second width W2 of the wide card WC in the inverted state. The width between the pair of second guide paths G2 in the middle layer is substantially the same as or slightly larger than the first width W1 of the wide card WC in the inverted state. The width between the pair of third guide paths G3 in the lower layer is substantially the same as or slightly larger than the first width N1 of the narrow card NC.

[0125] like Fig.10 As shown in (A), a recess 35a is formed on the outer side surface of each front side frame 35. A recess 36a is formed on the bottom surface of each front bottom frame 36. The corresponding angular front frame 44 of the second housing 4 is fitted into the recess 35a of each front side frame 35 and the recess 36a of the front bottom frame 36.

[0126] Next, the second contact will be described.

[0127] Figure 6 : is a three-dimensional diagram of the second front contact 7, the second rear contact 8 and the reinforcing plates R1, R2, and R3. Figure 6 As shown, the second front contact 7 includes a fixed sheet portion 71, an elastic sheet portion 72, a second contact portion 73 and a pin portion 74. The elastic sheet portion 72 is extended from the fixed sheet portion 71 and supported by the fixed sheet portion 71 in a cantilever shape. The second contact portion 73 is arranged at the top of the downward convex portion arranged at the extended end of the elastic sheet portion 72. The second contact portion 73 can elastically contact with the conductor portion of the wide card WC inserted into the wide card insertion space S2.

[0128] The second rear contact 8 includes a fixed sheet portion 81, an elastic sheet portion 82, a second contact portion 83 and a pin portion 84. The elastic sheet portion 82 is extended from the fixed sheet portion 81 and supported by the fixed sheet portion 81 in a cantilever shape. The second contact portion 83 is arranged at the top of the downward convex portion arranged at the extended end of the elastic sheet portion 82. The second contact portion 83 can elastically contact with the conductor portion of the wide card WC inserted into the wide card insertion space S2.

[0129] like Figure 3 and Fig.10As shown in (B), a portion of the plurality of second front contacts 7 (fixing piece 71) and a portion of the plurality of second rear contacts 8 (fixing piece 81) are embedded and fixed to the first housing 3 by insert molding. A portion of each reinforcement plate R1 to R3 is embedded and fixed to the first housing 3 by insert molding.

[0130] like Fig.10 As shown in (B), the second contact portion 73 of the elastic sheet portion 72 of the second front contact 7 and the second contact portion 83 of the elastic sheet portion 82 of the second rear contact 8 enter the wide card insertion space S2 of the insertion recess S. The plurality of second rear contacts 8 are arranged at positions closer to the insertion direction X1 (rear side) than the plurality of second front contacts 7. Figure 6 As shown, when viewed along the width direction W, the second contact portions 73 of the plurality of second front contacts 7 and the second contact portions 83 of the plurality of second rear contacts 8 are alternately shifted in position in the insertion direction X1 and arranged in a staggered manner.

[0131] Next, the second housing 4 will be described.

[0132] like Figure 3 As shown, the second housing 4 includes a first side wall 41, a second side wall 42, a rear wall 43, a pair of front frames 44, a pair of fixing holes 45, a pair of guide grooves 46, and an ejector accommodating space 47. The rear wall 43 connects the rear ends of the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42. The pair of front frames 44 are respectively connected to the front ends of the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42. Each front frame 44 includes: a front side frame 48 connected to the front ends of the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42; and a front bottom frame 49 extending from the front side frame 48 to the inner side in the width direction W.

[0133] A pair of fixing holes 45 are formed to open at the front ends of the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42, respectively. The fixing portion 90 of the biasing spring 9 is fixed to the pair of fixing holes 45 by insert molding. A pair of guide grooves 46 are formed on the upper surfaces of the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42, respectively. The pair of guide grooves 46 play the function of guiding the pair of side plate arms 54 of the partition member 5, respectively. The ejector accommodating space 47 is provided on the first side wall 41, and accommodates the ejector 10.

[0134] Next, the first contact 6 will be described.

[0135] Figure 7 is a three-dimensional diagram of the first contact 6 and a pair of force springs 9. Figure 7 As shown, the plurality of first contacts 6 are arranged at equal intervals in the width direction W. Fig.10 As shown in (B), the first contact 6 includes a fixing piece 61, an elastic piece 62, a first contact portion 63, and a pin portion 64. The first contact 6 is supported by the second housing 4. The fixing piece 61 is embedded and fixed to the second housing 4 by insert molding.

[0136] The elastic sheet 62 is extended from the fixed sheet 61 and supported in a cantilevered shape by the fixed sheet 61. The first contact portion 63 is disposed at the top of the elastic sheet 62 which protrudes upward at the extended end. Fig.10 As shown in (B), when the narrow card NC is not inserted, the first contact portion 63 enters the narrow card insertion space S1. Fig.11 As shown in (B), the first contact portion 63 can elastically contact the conductor portion of the narrow card NC inserted into the narrow card insertion space S1.

[0137] Next, the partition member 5 will be described.

[0138] like Figure 8 As shown in (A) and (B), the partition member 5 includes: a partition portion 50, which includes a first partition plate 51 and a second partition plate 52; a pair of guide protrusions 53; a pair of side plate arms 54; a pair of rotation center plates 55; a pair of R-shaped (arc-shaped) connecting plates 56; a pair of U-shaped connecting plates 57; a pair of first clamped plates 58; a pair of second clamped plates 59; and a pair of spring leaves 60 (at Figure 2 Only one spring leaf 60 is shown).

[0139] The partition 50 has the function of selectively partitioning the narrow card insertion space S1 and the wide card insertion space S2 in the insertion recess S. The partition member 5 is supported by the housing H. The partition member 5 can be in the first position (refer to FIG. 1 ) in the height direction HT where the narrow card insertion space S1 is partitioned by the partition 50. Fig.10 Middle (B), Fig.11 The middle (B). Corresponding to the upper position) and the second position (refer to Fig.12 (B). Equivalent to the lower position).

[0140] When the partition member 5 is in the first position, Fig.10 As shown in (B), the first partition plate 51 partitions the narrow card insertion space S1 in a state parallel to the insertion direction X1 when viewed from the width direction W. When the partition member 5 is in the second position, as shown in FIG. Fig.12 As shown in (B) , the second partition plate 52 partitions a wide card insertion space S2 in a state parallel to the insertion direction X1 when viewed from the width direction W.

[0141] like Figure 8As shown in (A), a pair of guide protrusions 53 connect the first partition plate 51 and the second partition plate 52 to each other. The pair of guide protrusions 53 are separated in the width direction W and protrude in a U-shape in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1. The pair of guide protrusions 53 guide the narrow card NC to the first partition plate 51 when the partition member 5 is in the first position (upper position). In addition, when the partition member 5 is in the second position (lower position), the pair of guide protrusions 53 guide the wide card WC to the second partition plate 52.

[0142] like Figure 8 Middle (A) and Figure 8 As shown in (B), the second partition plate 52 is a rectangular plate including a front edge 52a, a rear edge 52b and a pair of side edges 52c. From the rear half of each side edge 52c, a corresponding side plate arm 54 is vertically connected to the second partition plate 52 via a corresponding R-shaped (arc-shaped) connecting plate 56. Each side plate arm 54 includes a base end 54a connected to the second partition plate 52 and an extended end 54b. The extended end 54b of each side plate arm 54 is connected to the corresponding rotation center plate 55 via a corresponding U-shaped connecting plate 57.

[0143] The rotation center plate 55 has a supported surface 55a which is a punched surface in an arc shape when viewed from the width direction W. Fig. 9 As shown, the housing H includes a fitting recess H1 fitted and supported by the supported surface 55a of the rotation center plate 55. The fitting recess H1 is formed by combining the recess 42a of the second side wall 42 of the second housing 4 and the recess 32a of the side wall 32 of the first housing 3.

[0144] The rotation center plate 55 functions as a rotation shaft supported by the housing H so as to be rotatable. That is, the partition member 5 can be centered at the first position (see Fig.13 middle (A)) and second position (ref. Fig.13 (C)) to rotate and shift between.

[0145] The first partition plate 51 is a rectangular plate including a front edge 51a, a rear edge 51b, and a pair of side edges 51c. A pair of guide protrusions 53 connect the front edge 51a of the first partition plate 51 and the front edge 52a of the second partition plate 52. Figure 2 as well as Fig.10 As shown in (B), a pair of spring pieces 60 (only one is shown in the figure) are cantilevered from a recess provided at the rear edge 51b of the first partition plate 51. The pair of spring pieces 60 are separated in the width direction W. A single spring piece 60 may also be provided.

[0146] like Fig.11As shown in (B), when the partition member 5 is located at the first position, the spring piece 60 can elastically contact the front surface NCa of the narrow card NC inserted into the narrow card insertion space S1. Therefore, when the partition member 5 is located at the first position, when the narrow card NC is moved in the ejection direction (opposite direction X2) by the ejection spring 12 during ejection, the spring piece 60 can elastically slide in contact with the narrow card NC.

[0147] like Figure 8 As shown in FIG. 1A , a pair of second drive portions 97 (see FIG. 1A ) that can engage with the biasing spring 9 are respectively provided extending outward (outward in the width direction W) from the front half of the pair of side edges 51c of the first partition plate 51. Fig.10 In addition, a pair of first drive portions 96 (see FIG. 1 ) that can engage with the biasing spring 9 are respectively provided extending from the front half of the pair of side edges 52c of the second partition plate 52 toward the outside (outside in the width direction W). Fig.10 A pair of second engaged plates 59 engaged in (B).

[0148] Next, the urging spring 9 will be described.

[0149] like Figure 7 As shown, the urging spring 9 includes a fixing portion 90, a protruding portion 91, a curved spring portion 92, an interference portion 93, an intermediate portion 94, a mountain-shaped portion 95, a first driving portion 96, and a second driving portion 97. The urging spring 9 is formed by a housing H (see Fig. 9 ) is supported and is integrally formed by a single component.

[0150] The fixing portion 90 is fixed to the second housing 4 by insert molding (see Fig. 9 The fixing portion 90 is a long plate extending in the insertion direction X1 and is fixed to the fixing hole 45 of the second housing 4 (see Figure 3 The protruding portion 91 is an extended plate extending from the fixing portion 90 in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1.

[0151] The interference portion 93 is an inclined plate inclined relative to the insertion direction X1 in the free state of the biasing spring 9. That is, in the state where the wide card WC is not inserted, the interference portion 93 extends in the extension direction Y1 inclined relative to the insertion direction X1 when viewed from the width direction W. The interference portion 93 is a rectangular plate extending along the extension direction Y1 and the width direction W.

[0152] When viewed from the width direction W, the curved spring portion 92 connects the protruding portion 91 and the interference portion 93 in a V-shape. The interference portion 93 includes a starting end 93a connected to the curved spring portion 92 and a terminal end 93b connected to the middle portion 94. The curved spring portion 92 elastically supports the interference portion 93 in a cantilever shape. The curved spring portion 92 is preferably embedded and fixed to the second housing 4 (see FIG. 1 ) by insert molding in the fixing portion 90. Fig. 9 ) and then bend to form.

[0153] The middle portion 94 is an intermediate plate between the terminal end 93b of the interference portion 93 and the mountain-shaped portion 95. The mountain-shaped portion 95 includes a first inclined surface 95a on the interference portion 93 side, a second inclined surface 95b inclined in the opposite direction to the first inclined surface 95a, and a top portion 95c. When viewed from the width direction W, the interference portion 93, the middle portion 94, the first inclined surface 95a, and the second inclined surface 95b are connected in sequence in a zigzag manner.

[0154] The first drive portion 96 and the second drive portion 97 are arranged on the mountain-shaped portion 95. Specifically, the first drive portion 96 is arranged on the top 95c of the mountain-shaped portion 95. The second drive portion 97 is arranged on the back side 95d of the first inclined surface 95a. The middle portion 94 is connected in a curved shape from the terminal end 93b of the interference portion 93, so that the entire mountain-shaped portion 95 on which the first drive portion 96 and the second drive portion 97 are arranged can be arranged at a low position. As a result, the height of the card connector 1 can be suppressed to be relatively low.

[0155] like Fig.10 As shown in (B), when the wide card WC is not inserted, the first driving part 96 pushes up the second engaged plate 59 of the partition member 5, thereby exerting the function of supporting the partition member 5 at the first position. Fig.13 As shown in (C), as the wide card WC inserted into the insertion recess S interferes with the interference portion 93, the second drive portion 97 pushes down the first engaged plate 58 of the partition member 5, thereby functioning to shift the partition member 5 to the second position.

[0156] like Fig.10 As shown in (B), the interference portion 93 is arranged in the insertion recess S at a position closer to the partition portion 50 in the opposite direction X2 of the insertion direction X1. The interference portion 93 can only interfere with the wide card WC inserted into the insertion recess S. Fig.10 As shown in (B) in the middle, when viewed from the width direction W, the interference portion 93 is inclined so as to enter the insertion recess S as it approaches the insertion direction X1 in a state where the wide card WC is not inserted.

[0157] And, when the card is inserted to the insertion completion position of the wide card insertion space S2 (refer to Fig.13 The wide card WC in (D) is ejected by the spring 12 (refer to Figure 3) is forced to move in the opposite direction X2 (ejection direction) (not shown), the second partition plate 52 (partition portion 50) of the partition component 5 urged by the urging spring 9 can elastically slide in contact with the front side WCa of the wide card WC.

[0158] Next, the catapult 10 will be described.

[0159] like Figure 3 As shown, the ejector 10 includes a slider 11, an ejection spring 12, and a locking mechanism 13. The ejector 10 is a so-called push / push type ejector, which functions to insert a Figure 1 The card ejection function in (A)).

[0160] The slider 11 is supported by the housing H so as to be slidable in the insertion direction X1 and the opposite direction X2 (ejection direction). The slider 11 includes an end portion (see Figure 4 The front end NCe and Figure 5 The ejection spring 12 is, for example, a coil spring, and urges the slider 11 in the ejection direction (the opposite direction X2).

[0161] The locking mechanism 13 locks the slider 11 at the locked position when the card insertion is completed by overcoming the force of the ejection spring 12. The locking mechanism 13 includes a heart-shaped cam groove 14 provided on the slider 11, and a cam pin 15. The cam pin 15 includes one end 15a rotatably supported on the second housing 4 and the other end 15b engaged with the heart-shaped cam groove 14.

[0162] When inserting a card, the front end of the card inserted into the insertion recess S abuts against the abutment portion 11a of the slider 11, and the slider 11 slides in the insertion direction X1 to a locked position when the card insertion is completed. On the other hand, when ejecting (when ejecting the card), the slider 11 slides in the ejection direction and ejects the card via the abutment portion 11a.

[0163] According to this embodiment, Fig.10 As shown in (B), before the wide card WC is inserted into the insertion recess S, the partition member 5 is urged toward the first position (upper position) by the first driving portion 96 of the urging spring 9, and the partition portion 50 of the partition member 5 is used to separate the narrow card insertion space S1. Fig.11 As shown in FIG. 1A , the narrow card NC inserted into the insertion recess S does not interfere with the interference portion 93 of the biasing spring 9 (see FIG. 1A ). Figure 7 and Fig.10 (B)) interferes, so if Fig.11 As shown in (B), the narrow card NC is directly inserted into the narrow card insertion space S1.

[0164] On the other hand, Fig.13As shown in (A), as the wide card WC is inserted into the insertion recess S, Fig.13 As shown in (B), the interference portion 93 of the urging spring 9 interferes, and the second driving portion 97 of the urging spring 9 displaces the partition member 5 to the second position (lower position) (refer to Fig.13 Thus, the wide card insertion space S2 is separated by the partition 50, and the wide card WC can be inserted into the separated wide card insertion space S2 (see Fig.13 In this way, the wide cards WC and the narrow cards NC can be allocated by a small number of components such as the biasing spring 9 and the partition member 5.

[0165] And, if Fig.10 As shown in (B), when viewed from the width direction W, the interference portion 93 is inclined so as to enter the insertion recess S as it approaches the insertion direction X1 when the wide card WC is not inserted. Fig.13 As shown in (C), in the middle of inserting the wide card WC, before the front end WCe, which is the end in the insertion direction X1 of the wide card WC, passes through the terminal end 93b, which is the end in the insertion direction X1 of the interference portion 93, the partition member 5 is shifted to the second position by the second driving portion 97. Therefore, the wide card WC and the narrow card NC can be reliably allocated to the wide card insertion space S2 and the narrow card insertion space S1.

[0166] And, when the wide card WC (refer to Fig.13 (D)) is ejected by the spring 12 (refer to Figure 3 ) is forced to move in the opposite direction X2 (ejection direction) (not shown), the second partition plate 52 (partition portion 50) of the partition component 5 which is biased by the biasing spring 9 can elastically slide in contact with the wide card WC. Thus, the second partition plate 52 (partition portion 50) of the partition component 5 which is biased by the biasing spring 9 can apply frictional resistance to the wide card WC during ejection. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the wide card WC from accidentally flying out during ejection. The partition component 5 has the function of suppressing the wide card WC from accidentally flying out during ejection. Therefore, compared with the case where a component having this function is separately provided, the increase in the number of components can be suppressed.

[0167] In addition, the narrow card NC is ejected by the spring 12 (refer to Figure 3 ) is ejected (not shown), the spring piece 60 (refer to Figure 2 as well as Fig.11(B)) applies frictional resistance to the narrow card NC. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the narrow card NC from accidentally flying out during ejection. In addition, the partition component 5 has the function of preventing the narrow card NC from accidentally flying out during ejection. Therefore, compared with the case where a component having this function is separately provided, the increase in the number of components can be suppressed.

[0168] In addition, if Figure 8 Middle (A) and Figure 8 As shown in (B), the partition member 5 includes: a side plate arm 54, which is extended from the partition portion 50 in the insertion direction X1 when the partition member 5 is in the second position (lower position); a rotation center plate 55, which is supported by the housing H so as to be rotatable and parallel to the side plate arm 54; and a connecting plate 57, which connects the extended end 54b of the side plate arm 54 and the rotation center plate 55 into a U shape. The partition member 5 is integrally formed of a single sheet metal material and can be centered at the first position (refer to Fig.13 middle (A)) and the second position (refer to Fig.13 According to this structure, in the partition member 5 integrally formed from a single sheet metal material, a structure that functions as a rotation axis can be easily realized by punching and bending.

[0169] In addition, if Figure 8 Middle (A) and Fig.10 As shown in (B), the partition 50 includes a first partition plate 51 and a second partition plate 52. When the partition member 5 is located at the first position (refer to Fig.13 When the partition member 5 is in the second position (refer to the upper position), the first partition plate 51 is parallel to the insertion direction X1 when viewed from the width direction W to separate a narrow card insertion space S1 below the first partition plate 51. Fig.13 When the card is in the middle (B) and lower position, the second partition plate 52 separates the wide card insertion space S2 above the second partition plate 52 in a state parallel to the insertion direction X1 when viewed from the width direction W. According to this structure, the wide card WC and the narrow card NC can be smoothly distributed using the second partition plate 52 and the first partition plate 51.

[0170] In addition, the second partition plate 52 and the first partition plate 51 are connected to each other via a U-shaped guide protrusion 53 protruding in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1. The guide protrusion 53 plays a function of guiding the narrow card NC to the first partition plate 51 when the partition member 5 is located in the first position (upper position). And, when the partition member 5 is located in the second position (lower position), the guide protrusion 53 plays a function of guiding the wide card WC to the second partition plate 52. According to this structure, the wide card WC and the narrow card NC can be smoothly guided and distributed by the guide protrusion 53 connecting the first partition plate 51 and the second partition plate 52.

[0171] In addition, if Figure 8 As shown in (A), the partition member 5 includes: a first engaged plate 58, which is extended from the first partition plate 51 to the outside in the width direction W and can be engaged with the second driving portion 97; and a second engaged plate 59, which is extended from the second partition plate 52 to the outside in the width direction W and can be engaged with the first driving portion 96. According to this structure, Fig.13 As shown in (B), the second driving portion 97 of the urging spring 9 is engaged with the first engaged plate 58 extending from the first partition plate 51. Fig.11 As shown in (B) , the first driving portion 96 of the biasing spring 9 is engaged with the second engaged plate 59 extending from the second partition plate 52 , so that the partition member 5 can smoothly operate in conjunction with the biasing spring 9 .

[0172] Fig.14 The figure shows a state where the card XWC with different thickness interferes with the terminal 93b of the interference portion 93 during the insertion of the card XWC with different thickness. The card XWC with different thickness has a width that can interfere with the interference portion 93 (the width can be the same as or different from the width of the wide card WC) and has a thickness XWT that is thinner than the thickness WT of the wide card WC. At this time, the partition member 5 is arranged at an intermediate position between the first position and the second position (see FIG. 1 ) by the biasing spring 9. Fig.14 ), the guide protrusion 53 abuts against the front end XWCe of the card XWC with different thicknesses, thereby limiting the further insertion of the card XWC with different thicknesses. That is, it is possible to suppress the erroneous insertion of the card XWC with different thicknesses.

[0173] Fig.15 Middle (A) and Fig.15 (B) is a front view and a cross-sectional view of a card connector 1P according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig.16 Middle (A) and Fig.16 Middle (B) is a front view and a cross-sectional view of the card connector 1P when a narrow card is inserted. Fig.17 Middle(A) and Fig.17 Middle (B) is a front view and a cross-sectional view of the card connector 1P when a wide card is inserted.

[0174] Fig.15 The card connector 1P of the second embodiment of the present invention is Fig.12The main differences of the card connector 1 of the first embodiment in (B) are as follows. That is, in the second embodiment, when viewed from the width direction W, the partition member 5 and the force spring 9 are respectively configured in the up and down directions opposite to those of the first embodiment. In addition, the first position of the partition member 5 corresponds to the lower position, and the second position of the partition member 5 corresponds to the upper position. In addition, the up and down relationship between the first contact 6 and the second contact (the second front contact 7, the second rear contact 8) is opposite. Fig.15 Middle (A)~ Fig.17 In the structure of the card connector 1P of the second embodiment (B), Fig.10 Middle (A)~ Fig.12 The same components as those of the card connector 1 of the first embodiment in (B) are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0175] like Fig.15 Middle(A) and Fig.15 As shown in (B), when the partition member 5 is located at the first position (lower position), a narrow card insertion space S1 is partitioned above the first partition plate 51. Fig.16 Middle(A) and Fig.16 As shown in (B), the narrow card NC is inserted into the narrow card insertion space S1 in a reversed state with the back side NCb facing upward.

[0176] Although not shown, when the wide card WC is inserted, the wide card WC interferes with the interference portion 93 of the biasing spring 9, and the partition member 5 is driven to shift to the second position (see Fig.17 Middle (A) and Fig.17 In the state where the partition member 5 is located at the second position (upper position), a wide card insertion space S2 is partitioned below the second partition plate 52. The wide card WC is inserted into the wide card insertion space S2 with the front side WCa facing upward.

[0177] The second embodiment can also achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment, such as being able to reduce the number of components required for card distribution.

[0178] Fig.18 It is a perspective view of the first contact 6 and a pair of biasing springs 9Q in the third embodiment of the present invention. Fig.19 It is an enlarged perspective view of the biasing spring 9Q. Fig. 20 It is a partially cutaway enlarged front view of a card connector 1Q according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig.21 It is a cross-sectional view of the urging spring 9Q in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction Y1. Fig. 22 Center (A) is a front view of the card connector 1Q when the narrow card NC is not inserted. Fig. 22 The middle (B) is a front view of the card connector 1Q when the narrow card NC is inserted.

[0179] Fig.18 and Fig.19 The third embodiment of Figure 7 The main difference of the first embodiment is the structure of the urging spring 9Q. That is, the urging spring 9Q includes: a first spring portion SP1 having elasticity in the height direction HT, which is Figure 7 The urging spring 9Q has the same structure as the urging spring 9 of the first embodiment; a second spring portion SP2 supported by the first spring portion SP1 and having elasticity in the width direction W; a rigid bent portion RB; and a third guide portion 203. The urging spring 9Q is integrally formed of a single member.

[0180] The first spring portion SP1 includes a fixing portion 90, a protruding portion 91, a curved spring portion 92, a first driving portion 96, an interference portion 93, and a second driving portion 97. The interference portion 93 is a rectangular plate extending in the extension direction Y1 and the width direction W. The second spring portion SP2 is supported in a cantilevered manner by the interference portion 93 of the first spring portion SP1. When the narrow card NC is moved in the opposite direction X2 (ejection direction) by the ejection spring 12 during ejection, the second spring portion SP2 can contact the side surfaces NCc and NCd (see FIG. Fig. 22 Middle (B)) elastic sliding contact.

[0181] Specifically, if Fig.19 As shown, the second spring portion SP2 includes an elastic bending portion EB, a pressing contact portion 200, a first guide portion 201 and a second guide portion 202. The elastic bending portion EB extends in the extension direction Y1 along the inner edge 93c of the width direction W of the interference portion 93, and in a cross section perpendicular to the extension direction Y1 (refer to Fig.21 ) has a curved shape and can bend elastically.

[0182] The pressing contact portion 200 can be in contact with the side surfaces NCc and NCd (see FIG. Fig. 22 By adjusting the length of the elastic bending portion EB in the extension direction Y1, the elastic bending portion EB has appropriate bending elasticity, and as a result, the second spring portion SP2 is set to have appropriate elasticity in the width direction W.

[0183] like Fig.19 and Fig.21 As shown, the pressing contact portion 200 includes a main pressing contact portion 200a and a sub-pressing contact portion 200b. The main pressing contact portion 200a is in contact with the side surfaces NCc and NCd of the narrow card NC (see Fig. 22The auxiliary pressing contact portion 200b has a recess NCh (see FIG. 1 ) for preventing a portion of the second spring portion SP2 from being embedded in the side surfaces NCc and NCd for locking the narrow card NC. Figure 4 Function in (B).

[0184] like Fig.19 As shown in FIG. 1 , the main pressing contact portion 200a extends parallel to the extending direction Y1 in which the interference portion 93 of the first spring portion SP1 extends. Fig.21 As shown, when viewed along the extension direction Y1, the main pressing contact portion 200a is a rectangular plate inclined relative to the width direction W in a manner of being located low toward the inside of the width direction W. That is, the main pressing contact portion 200a is a rectangular plate extending in a direction inclined relative to the width direction W and in the extension direction Y1.

[0185] The auxiliary pressing contact portion 200b is a rectangular plate, which is connected to the main pressing contact portion 200a in a bent shape via a first bending line BL1 arranged at the inner edge 200c of the main pressing contact portion 200a and extending in the extension direction Y1, and extends in the height direction TH. That is, the auxiliary pressing contact portion 200b is a rectangular plate extending in the extension direction Y1 and the height direction HT.

[0186] like Fig.19 , Fig. 20 as well as Fig.21 As shown, when viewed in the extension direction Y1, the second guide portion 202 is inclined relative to the width direction W so as to be located low toward the inside of the width direction W. The second guide portion 202 is a rectangular plate extending in a direction inclined relative to the width direction W and in the extension direction Y1.

[0187] The second guide portion 202 and the main pressing contact portion 200a are connected in a bent shape via a second bending line BL2 extending in the extension direction Y1. The second bending line BL2 is arranged at an outer edge 200d in the width direction W of the pressing contact portion 200 (equivalent to an outer edge in the width direction W of the main pressing contact portion 200a). The main pressing contact portion 200a is inclined relative to the width direction W at an inclination angle greater than the inclination angle of the second guide portion 202.

[0188] like Fig.19 As shown, the first guide portion 201 extends from the pressing contact portion 200 in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1. The first guide portion 201 extends obliquely forward from the front end portions of the main pressing contact portion 200a and the auxiliary pressing contact portion 200b (the ends in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1). The first guide portion 201 is inclined relative to the insertion direction X1 and the width direction W. The first guide portion 201 can guide the side surfaces NCc and NCd of the inserted narrow card NC to the pressing contact portion 200.

[0189] The second guide portion 202 is connected to the interference portion 93 via the elastic bent portion EB. Specifically, the second guide portion 202 connects the main pressing contact portion 200a and the inner edge 93c of the rear portion of the interference portion 93 of the first spring portion SP1.

[0190] The second guide portion 202 is inserted into the narrow card NC by contacting the front end NCe (see Figure 4 The side contact of the middle (A) can correct the narrow card NC to the standard posture and guide the side NCc and NCd (refer to Fig. 22 The narrow card NC is in contact with the pressing contact portion 200 (surface contact) in the middle (B). Here, the inclined posture of the narrow card NC is the posture of the narrow card NC when the side surfaces NCc and NCd are inclined relative to the insertion direction X1. The standard posture of the narrow card NC is the posture of the narrow card NC when the side surfaces NCc and NCd are parallel to the insertion direction X1 and the side surfaces NCc and NCd can be pressed and contacted with the main pressing contact portion 200a.

[0191] like Fig.19 As shown, the rigid bent portion RB extends in the extension direction Y1 along the inner edge 93c of the width direction W of the interference portion 93. The rigid bent portion RB has a curved shape in a cross section (not shown) perpendicular to the extension direction Y1. The rigid bent portion RB is separated from the elastic bent portion EB in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1. In the extension direction Y1, the length of the rigid bent portion RB is longer than the length of the elastic bent portion EB.

[0192] The third guide portion 203 is connected to the interference portion 93 via the rigid bent portion RB. The third guide portion 203 is separated from the second guide portion 202 in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1 by a small gap. The third guide portion 203 is a rectangular plate extending in a direction inclined relative to the width direction W and in the extension direction Y1. The third guide portion 203 is inserted by contacting the front end NCe of the narrow card NC when it is inserted in an inclined posture (refer to Figure 4 The side of the middle (A)) abuts against the second guide portion 202, and can guide the narrow card NC together to correct it to a standard posture.

[0193] The second guide portion 202 and the third guide portion 203 are arranged on the same plane when viewed along the extending direction Y1 , and are inclined at the same inclination with respect to the width direction W so as to be located at a low position toward the inside of the width direction W.

[0194] In addition, the third guide portion 203 has a front end NCe (see Figure 4 The corner of the middle (A) and the front end WCe of the wide card WC (refer to Figure 5 The function is to cause the corner portion of the middle (A) to interfere with the front end portion of the second guide portion 202 (the end portion in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1).

[0195] According to the present embodiment, the biasing spring 9Q includes the first spring portion SP1 having the same structure as the biasing spring 9 of the first embodiment, and thus can achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment. In addition, the following effects can be achieved.

[0196] That is, when the narrow card NC is ejected, the second spring portion SP2 of the force spring 9Q elastically slides in contact with the side surfaces NCc and NCd of the narrow card NC, thereby applying frictional resistance to the narrow card NC. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the narrow card NC from accidentally flying out during ejection. The force spring 9Q has a function of suppressing the narrow card NC from accidentally flying out during ejection. Therefore, compared with the case where a component having this function is separately provided, an increase in the number of components can be suppressed.

[0197] In addition, if Fig.19 As shown, the second spring portion SP2 includes: an elastic bending portion EB, which extends in the extension direction Y1 along the inner edge 93c of the width direction W of the interference portion 93; and a pressing contact portion 200, which can press and contact with the side surface of the narrow card NC by means of the bending elasticity of the elastic bending portion EB. Therefore, by using the bending elasticity of the elastic bending portion EB of the second spring portion SP2, the pressing contact portion 200 can be elastically pressed and contacted with the side surfaces NCc and NCd of the narrow card NC.

[0198] In addition, the second spring portion SP2 includes a first guide portion 201 extending from the pressing contact portion 200 in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1. Therefore, when the narrow card NC is inserted, the side surfaces NCc and NCd of the narrow card NC can be smoothly guided to the pressing contact portion 200 of the second spring portion SP2 by the first guide portion 201.

[0199] In addition, the second spring portion SP2 includes a second guide portion 202, which extends in the extension direction Y1 along the outer edge 200d of the width direction W of the pressing contact portion 200, is inclined relative to the width direction W, and is connected to the interference portion 93 via the elastic bending portion EB. Therefore, when the narrow card NC is inserted into the insertion recess S in a posture inclined relative to the insertion direction X1, the second guide portion 202 and the front end NCe of the narrow card NC in the inclined posture (refer to Figure 4 The side of the middle (A)) abuts against the narrow card NC in an inclined posture, thereby being able to correct and guide the narrow card NC to a standard posture. In addition, the second spring portion SP2 of the urging spring 9Q includes the second guide portion 202, so compared with the case where a component for guiding is separately provided, the increase in the number of components can be suppressed.

[0200] In addition, the biasing spring 9Q includes a third guide portion 203 connected to the interference portion 93 via the rigid bent portion RB. The third guide portion 203 is separated from the second guide portion 202 in the direction X2 opposite to the insertion direction X1, extends in the extension direction Y1, and is inclined relative to the width direction W. Therefore, when the narrow card NC is inserted into the insertion recess S in a posture inclined relative to the insertion direction X1, the third guide portion 203 and the front end NCe of the narrow card NC in an inclined posture (see Figure 4 The side of the middle (A) is abutted, and the narrow card NC in an inclined posture can be corrected and guided to a standard posture by the second guide part 202 and the third guide part 203. Since the biasing spring 9Q includes the third guide part 203, the increase in the number of components can be suppressed compared with the case where a component for guiding is separately provided.

[0201] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and for example, the biasing spring 9Q of the third embodiment may also be applied to the second embodiment. In addition, the second contacts may be arranged in the width direction W without being divided into the second front contacts 7 and the second rear contacts 8 .

[0202] The present invention has been described in detail above in a specific manner, but those skilled in the art who understand the above contents can easily conceive of its changes, modifications and equivalents. Therefore, the present invention should be within the scope of the claims and their equivalents.
