Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to door hole covers. Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, a door hole cover is used to cover the inspection hole formed in the door inner panel of a vehicle door. The door hole cover is attached to the door inner panel from the vehicle inner side by a clip.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a door structure in which a door hole cover for closing a manhole formed in a door inner panel is mounted on the door inner panel. The door hole cover is mounted on the door inner panel by fitting a clip into a mounting hole of the door hole cover.
[0004] In addition, Patent Document 2 describes a clip mounting seat that enables a clip to be easily mounted on an automotive interior component. A clip inserted from an introduction slot of the clip mounting seat is engaged with a circular hole of the clip mounting seat. Anti-dropout protrusions are formed on the clip mounting seat in a manner located on both sides of the introduction slot, and the anti-dropout protrusions abut against the flange of the clip, thereby preventing the clip from falling off from the circular hole. The width of the introduction slot is set to be larger than the width of the clip shaft, and the clip is formed so that the flange of the clip bends when the clip is inserted so as to pass over the anti-dropout protrusion.

[0021] [Overview of door hole covers and installation examples]
[0022] Reference Figure 1 as well as Figure 2 Hereinafter, an overview and an installation example of a door hole cover 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 1 is a schematic diagram showing the structure of the vehicle interior side of the door inner panel D1 to which the door hole cover 1 is attached. Figure 2 Observed from the inside of the car Figure 1 The side view of the door hole cover 1 is shown. Figure 1In the example, facing the paper, the upper side corresponds to the vertical upper side, the lower side corresponds to the vertical lower side, the right side corresponds to the front side (the front side of the vehicle), the left side corresponds to the rear side (the rear side of the vehicle), the near front side corresponds to the inside side (the inside side of the vehicle), and the inside side corresponds to the outside side (the outside side of the vehicle). This is for Figure 2 Also the same. In addition, Figure 1 This is a diagram of the front door D viewed from the inside of the vehicle. However, this does not limit the direction in which the door hole cover 1 is installed on the vehicle, and the door hole cover 1 may be installed in any direction relative to the vehicle.
[0023] The front door D, as an example of a vehicle door, is installed in an opening portion (not shown) for the front door of the vehicle so as to be openable and closable. The front door D includes a door outer panel (not shown) and a door inner panel D1, and a door hole D2 and a speaker installation hole 2 are formed on the door inner panel D1. The door hole D2 is an opening portion for an operator to insert a hand or an operating tool into it to assemble various components arranged inside the front door D, for example. The speaker installation hole 2 is an opening portion for installing a speaker. In addition, Figure 1 The manner in which the front door D is formed is shown as just one example.
[0024] A door hole cover 1 is mounted on the vehicle interior surface of the door inner panel D1. The door hole cover 1 blocks the door hole D2 from the vehicle interior to prevent rainwater or the like that has penetrated into the interior of the front door D from penetrating into the vehicle interior through the door hole D2. In addition, the door hole cover 1 improves the sound insulation of the front door D by blocking the door hole D2.
[0025] like Figure 1 as well as Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the door hole cover 1 includes a cover member 10 and a clip base 20. The cover member 10 is a member that blocks the door hole D2 from the vehicle interior as a part of the door hole cover 1. Figure 2 As shown, a plurality of clip bases 20 are provided on the peripheral edge 101 of the cover member 10. The clips 30 are engaged with the through holes (not shown) formed in the door inner panel D1. The clip base 20 of the door hole cover 1 is mounted on the clip 30 engaged with the door inner panel D1. By mounting the clip 30 on the clip base 20, the door hole cover 1 is mounted on the door inner panel D1. Figure 1 as well as Figure 2 In the drawings, considering the readability of the drawings, the reference numerals of the clip base 20 and the clip 30 are only marked on one of the plurality of clips and the plurality of clip bases, and the reference numerals of the others are omitted.
[0026] The cover member 10 is made of, for example, vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic resin, composite material or metal. As examples of vulcanized rubber, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber), IR (isoprene rubber), CR (chloroprene rubber), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) can be cited. As examples of thermoplastic elastomers, olefins (TPO) or styrenes (TPS) can be cited. As examples of thermoplastic molding resins, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PS (polystyrene), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) or EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) can be cited. As examples of composite materials, fiber polymers such as glass fiber blends can be cited. As examples of metals, aluminum or iron can be cited.
[0027] In addition, the above-mentioned installation method of the door hole cover 1 is only an example. For example, the vehicle door to which the door hole cover 1 is installed is not limited to Figure 1 The front door D shown in the example of the embodiment can be any type of door if it is a car door. Therefore, the door hole cover 1 can also be installed on, for example, a rear door or a sliding door. In addition, any type of vehicle headed by a hardtop car and a convertible car is also an installation target for the vehicle to which the door hole cover 1 is installed.
[0028] [Structure of Clip Base 20]
[0029] Reference Figure 3 as well as Figure 4 The detailed structure of the clip base 20 of the door hole cover 1 will be described. Figure 3 This is a side view of the clip base 20 of the door hole cover 1 as viewed from the outside of the vehicle. Figure 4 This is a diagram showing the clip base 20 of the door hole cover 1 as viewed from the front ends 222 , 232 of the guide walls 22 , 23 . Figure 4 Reference numeral 1000 shows a state where the clip 30 is accommodated in the clip base 20. Figure 4 Reference numeral 1001 shows a state in which the clip 30 is not accommodated in the clip base 20 .
[0030] In addition, Figure 3 In the figure, the front side corresponds to the outside of the vehicle, and the back side corresponds to the inside of the vehicle. Figure 4 In the figure shown, the upper side corresponds to the vehicle interior and the lower side corresponds to the vehicle exterior. In the following description, the plurality of clip bases 20 provided on the cover member 10 are all of the same configuration, so only one clip base 20 will be described.
[0031] The clip base 20 is a part of the door hole cover 1 and has a structure for mounting the cover member 10 on the door inner panel D1. Figure 3As shown, the clip base 20 has a recess 21 and a pair of guide walls 22, 23. The recess 21 is connected to the peripheral edge 101 of the cover member 10. The recess 21 accommodates a clip 30 for mounting the door hole cover 1 on the door inner panel D1. The recess 21 has a receiving hole 211, which is a portion recessed into an arc shape. In addition, the receiving hole 211 can also be rectangular or polygonal. The clip 30 is accommodated in the receiving hole 211, so that the door hole cover 1 is mounted on the door inner panel D1.
[0032] Here, refer to Figure 4 An example of the structure of the clip 30 is described. Figure 4 As shown in the figure 1000, the clip 30 has a head 31, a shaft 32, a first flange 33, and a second flange 34. The head 31 of the clip 30 is a portion that fits into the through hole of the door inner panel D1. The shaft 32 of the clip 30 is connected to the head 31. When the clip 30 is accommodated in the recess 21, the shaft 32 is located in the accommodation hole 211. The outer diameter of the shaft 32 is smaller than the outer diameter of the head 31.
[0033] A first flange portion 33 is formed at the connection portion between the head portion 31 and the shaft portion 32. The first flange portion 33 extends outward in the radial direction of the shaft portion 32. The first flange portion 33 restricts the movement of the door hole cover 1 relative to the door inner panel D1 toward the vehicle outside by abutting against the surface of the clamp base 20 on the vehicle outside. The second flange portion 34 is formed at the end of the shaft portion 32 on the vehicle inside, and extends outward in the radial direction of the shaft portion 32. The second flange portion 34 restricts the movement of the door hole cover 1 relative to the door inner panel D1 toward the vehicle inside by abutting against the surface of the clamp base 20 on the vehicle inside. The outer diameter of the first flange portion 33 and the outer diameter of the second flange portion 34 are larger than the outer diameter of the receiving hole 211.
[0034] return Figure 3 The guide wall 22 (one guide wall) and the guide wall 23 (the other guide wall) of the clip base 20 are formed to face each other. Figure 3 In FIG. 1 , the areas corresponding to the guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23 are indicated by oblique lines. The inner surface 221 of the guide wall 22 and the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 are opposite to each other. The guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23 are respectively connected to the end 217 of the recess 21 where the opening 216 of the recess 21 is formed. Figure 3 In the figure, the end 217 of the recess 21 is indicated by a dotted line. More specifically, in the direction in which the inner surface 221 of the guide wall 22 and the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 are opposed to each other, that is, in the opposing direction X, the guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23 are connected to the end 217 of the recess 21 so that the opening 216 is located between the guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23.
[0035] The inner surface 221 of the guide wall 22 and the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 are connected to the inner surface 212 of the recess 21. The inner surface 212 is the inner surface of the recess 21 and is also the surface constituting the receiving hole 211. In addition, the opening 216 is an opening for receiving the clip 30 in the receiving hole 211, and is composed of an end on one side of the receiving hole 211 and an end on the other side of the receiving hole 211. The end on one side of the receiving hole 211 is connected to the inner surface 221 of the guide wall 22, and the other end of the receiving hole 211 is connected to the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23.
[0036] The guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23 guide the clip 30 to the inside of the recess 21. More specifically, the clip 30 is guided to the receiving hole 211 of the recess 21 by moving the shaft portion 32 of the clip 30 inserted from the front end 222 side of the guide wall 22 and the front end 232 side of the guide wall 23 along the inner surface 221 of the guide wall 22 and / or the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23. That is, the clip 30 is guided to the inside of the recess 21 via the inner surface 221 and / or the inner surface 231 through the opening 216.
[0037] The guide wall 22 protrudes in a direction that narrows the space 24 formed between the pair of guide walls 22 and 23 more than the guide wall 23. That is, when viewed from the inside and outside directions of the vehicle, the inner surface 221 is located closer to the center position 215 than the inner surface 231 in the opposing direction X. The center position 215 is the position of the center of the outer diameter of the receiving hole 211 in the opposing direction X. In more detail, if an imaginary line passing through the center position 215 of the receiving hole 211 and orthogonal to the opposing direction X is set as an imaginary line Y, the inner surface 221 is located closer to the imaginary line Y than the inner surface 231 in the opposing direction X. In addition, the inner surface 221 is located on the side of the center position 215 than the end 213 of the receiving hole 211 in the opposing direction X. The end 213 is one of the two ends of the outer diameter of the receiving hole 211 in the opposing direction X, and is located on the guide wall 22 side. The other end 214 of both ends of the outer diameter of the accommodation hole 211 in the facing direction X is located on the guide wall 23 side. In addition, at least a portion of the guide wall 22 may protrude in a direction that narrows the space 24.
[0038] The space 24 is a space formed between the inner surface 221 of the guide wall 22 and the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23. The space 24 is a space through which the shaft portion 32 of the clip 30 passes when the door hole cover 1 is installed or removed from the door inner panel D1. Since the guide wall 22 protrudes in a direction that narrows the space 24, the movement of the clip 30 from the state of being accommodated in the accommodation hole 211 toward the space 24 is restricted by abutting against the protruding portion of the guide wall 22. More specifically, the movement of the clip 30 toward the space 24 is restricted by abutting against the shaft portion 32 of the clip 30 of the portion of the guide wall 22 that protrudes in a direction that narrows the space 24. That is, the guide wall 22 prevents the clip 30 from falling off from the recess 21.
[0039] The inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 may also be flush with the inner surface 212 of the side connected to the guide wall 23. That is, there is no step difference in the connection portion between the guide wall 23 and the receiving hole 211. Since the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 is flush with the inner surface 212 of the recess 21, when the clip 30 is received in the recess 21, the movement of the clip 30 in the receiving direction is not easily hindered on the guide wall 23 side. Thus, by moving the clip 30 along the guide wall 23, the clip 30 can be easily received in the recess 21.
[0040] Here, the "flush" of "the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 is flush with the inner surface 212 of the recess 21" does not mean completely flush. For example, in the molding process of the clip base 20, a small step difference is inevitably generated at the connection between the inner surface 231 and the inner surface 212, or a small concave and convex are inevitably generated on at least one of the inner surface 231 and the inner surface 212, which is also "flush".
[0041] In addition, the above-mentioned formation method of the guide wall 23 is only an example. It is not limited to the structure in which the inner surface 231 of the guide wall 23 is flush with the inner surface 212 of the recessed portion 21. For example, it is also possible to configure that at least a portion of the guide wall 23 protrudes in the direction of narrowing the space 24. That is, when viewed from the inside and outside directions of the vehicle, the inner surface 231 may also be located on the opposite direction X, closer to the center position 215 side than the end 214 of the receiving hole 211 in the opposite direction X. In this case, the guide wall 22 protrudes in the direction of narrowing the space 24 more than the guide wall 23. That is, when viewed from the inside and outside directions of the vehicle, the inner surface 221 is located at a position closer to the center position 215 in the opposite direction X than the inner surface 231.
[0042] like Figure 3 as well as Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 2 , a protrusion 25 protruding toward the outside of the vehicle is formed on the vehicle outside surface of the guide wall 23. Figure 3 As shown, the protrusion 25 is preferably formed near the front end 232 of the guide wall 23. Figure 4As shown in the figure 1000, the protrusion 25 can abut against the first flange 33 of the clip 30. The protrusion 25 abuts against the first flange 33 of the clip 30, thereby restricting the movement of the clip 30 from the state of being accommodated in the recess 21 through the space 24 to the outside of the space 24. That is, the protrusion 25 of the guide wall 23 prevents the clip 30 from falling off from the recess 21.
[0043] like Figure 4 As shown, a base rib 27 for reinforcing the clip base 20 may be formed on the surface of the clip base 20 on the vehicle inner side. A plurality of base ribs 27 are formed, and each is connected to a peripheral edge rib 11 formed on the peripheral edge 101 of the cover member 10. The peripheral edge rib 11 is a rib for reinforcing the cover member 10. The base rib 27 extending from the peripheral edge rib 11 is formed from the recess 21 to the front ends 222 and 232 of each guide wall 22 and 23.
[0044] According to the configuration of the clip base 20 of the door hole cover 1, the protrusion 25 is not formed on the guide wall 22 of the pair of guide walls 22 and 23. Therefore, by using a tool for removing the door hole cover 1 from the door inner panel D1 from the guide wall 22 side where the protrusion 25 is not formed, the door hole cover 1 can be removed from the door inner panel D1 without the protrusion 25 and the tool interfering with each other. As a result, the operation efficiency of the removal operation of the door hole cover 1 from the door inner panel D1 can be improved. The removal operation of the door hole cover 1 is performed, for example, when repairing or inspecting the air conditioner in the front door D, or replacing or inspecting the wiring harness (also referred to as a cable) connected to the speaker, etc.
[0045] In addition, according to the configuration in which the protrusion 25 is formed on the guide wall 23, the clip 30 abuts against at least a portion of the guide wall 22 that protrudes in a direction that narrows the space 24 formed between the pair of guide walls 22 and 23, and the clip 30 abuts against the protrusion 25 formed on the guide wall 23, thereby restricting the movement of the clip 30 toward the outside of the recess 21. As a result, the clip 30 can be more reliably prevented from falling off from the recess 21.
[0046] In addition, the protrusion 25 is formed on the vehicle outer side surface of the guide wall 23. Therefore, a reinforcement part such as the base rib 27 of the guide wall 23 for reinforcing the clip base 20 can be formed on the vehicle inner side surface of the guide wall 23. Thus, a certain degree of freedom is created for the shape of the vehicle inner side of the guide wall 23.
[0047] In addition, the above-mentioned formation method of the guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23 is only an example. For example, an inclined surface for facilitating the insertion of the clip 30 into the space 24 may be formed on at least one of the front end 222 of the guide wall 22 and the front end 232 of the guide wall 23. More specifically, the inclined surface formed on at least one of the front end 222 and the front end 232 is inclined in a direction that narrows the space 24 as it moves from the front end 222 and / or the side of the front end 232 toward the recess 21. That is, the guide wall 22 and the guide wall 23 may also be configured to increase the interval between the front end 222 and the front end 232 in the opposing direction X.
[0048] In addition, the formation method of the above-mentioned protrusion 25 is only an example. The protrusion 25 is not limited to the configuration formed on the vehicle outer side surface of the guide wall 23 as in the present embodiment. For example, the protrusion 25 may protrude from the vehicle inner side surface of the guide wall 23 toward the vehicle inner side. In this case, the protrusion 25 restricts the movement of the clip 30 by abutting against the second flange portion 34 of the clip 30. In addition, the protrusion 25 may not be formed on the guide wall 23, but may be formed to protrude from the vehicle inner side or vehicle outer side surface of the guide wall 22 toward the vehicle inner and outer sides.
[0049] (Summarize)
[0050] The door hole cover involved in the first aspect of the present invention is a door hole cover installed on the door inner panel of a vehicle door, comprising: a cover member, the cover member blocking the door hole formed in the above-mentioned door inner panel from the vehicle inner side; a plurality of recessed portions, the recessed portions are provided at the peripheral edge of the above-mentioned cover member, and the clips used for mounting the above-mentioned door hole cover on the above-mentioned door inner panel are received therein; a pair of guide walls opposed to each other, the pair of guide walls are respectively connected to the ends of the above-mentioned recessed portions where the opening of the above-mentioned recessed portions is formed, and the above-mentioned clips are guided to the inside of the above-mentioned recessed portions; and a protrusion, the protrusion protruding from either side of the above-mentioned pair of guide walls, at least a portion of one guide wall of the above-mentioned pair of guide walls protruding in a direction that narrows a space formed between the above-mentioned pair of guide walls more than the other guide wall, the movement of the above-mentioned clip from a state accommodated in the inside of the above-mentioned recessed portions toward the above-mentioned space is restricted by at least a portion of the above-mentioned one guide wall abutting against the above-mentioned clip, and the movement of the above-mentioned clip from a state accommodated in the inside of the above-mentioned recessed portions through the above-mentioned space and toward the outside of the above-mentioned space is restricted by the abutment of the above-mentioned protrusion against the above-mentioned clip.
[0051] According to the door hole cover involved in the first embodiment, no protrusion is formed on any of the pair of guide walls. Therefore, by using a tool for removing the door hole cover from the door inner panel from the guide wall side where the protrusion is not formed, the door hole cover can be removed from the door inner panel without the protrusion formed on the guide wall and the tool interfering with each other. Thus, the efficiency of the removal operation of removing the door hole cover from the door inner panel can be improved.
[0052] In the door hole cover according to aspect 2 of the present invention, in aspect 1, the inner surface of the other guide wall is flush with the inner surface of the recessed portion on the side connected to the other guide wall.
[0053] According to the door hole cover of the second embodiment, since the inner surface of the other guide wall is flush with the inner surface of the recess, when the clip is accommodated in the recess, the movement of the clip in the accommodation direction is not easily hindered by the guide wall side of the other side. Thus, by moving the clip along the other guide wall, the clip can be easily accommodated in the recess.
[0054] In the door hole cover according to aspect 3 of the present invention, in the aspect 1 or 2, the protrusion is formed on the other guide wall.
[0055] According to the door hole cover of the third embodiment, at least a portion of one guide wall protruding in a direction to narrow the space formed between the pair of guide walls abuts against the clip, and a protrusion formed on the other guide wall abuts against the clip, thereby limiting the movement of the clip toward the outside of the recess. Thus, the clip can be more reliably prevented from falling off from the recess.
[0056] In the door hole cover according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect, the protrusion protrudes from a surface on the vehicle outer side of the other guide wall.
[0057] According to the door hole cover involved in the fourth aspect, the protrusion is formed on the vehicle outer side surface of the other guide wall. Therefore, a reinforcing portion such as a rib for reinforcing the guide wall can be formed on the vehicle inner side surface of the other guide wall. Thus, a certain degree of freedom is created for the shape of the vehicle inner side of the other guide wall.
[0058] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
