[0035] <Structure of Embodiments of the Invention>

[0036] like Figure 1 As shown, symbol 1 indicates a box-type truck (van body) that uses the door locking device according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0037] A container 3, which forms a loading platform, is mounted on the upper side of the rear chassis 2 of truck 1.

[0038] The left and right side doors 4L and 4R, which open to the left and right, are installed at the rear of container 3 via the left and right side flaps 5L and 5R, which open and close freely.

[0039] The left and right doors 4L and 4R are equipped with conventional lock bar type door locking devices 6L and 6R and the latch type door locking device 7 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0040] The door locking devices 6L and 6R on the left and right sides are respectively located at the lower part of the doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides. Each has a locking rod 6La and 6Ra that locks / unlocks the doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides by changing the rotation phase around the axis, and a rod 6Lb and 6Rb that rotates the locking rods 6La and 6Rb.

[0041] The door locking device 7 is provided on the longitudinal frame portions 8L and 8R of the left and right doors 4L and 4R that are in contact with each other.

[0042] like Figure 2 As shown, the door locking device 7 consists of a pin 11R, U-shaped metal fittings 12L and 12R on the left and right sides, U-shaped metal fittings 13L and 13R on the left and right sides, and an operating lever 21.

[0043] The left and right frame portions 8L and 8R pass through the segment 41 (see reference). Figure 4 It is formed by protruding from the middle part 4La, 4Ra of the left and right doors 4L, 4R to the rear side of the vehicle body.

[0044] like Figures 2 to 4 As shown, on the left side frame 8L, the left side ko-shaped metal fitting 12L and the left side ko-shaped metal fitting 13L are fixed sequentially from the top by welding.

[0045] On the right side of the frame 8R, pin 11R, right side コ-shaped metal fitting 12R, and right side コ-shaped metal fitting 13R are fixed by welding.

[0046] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, pin 11R holds the operating lever 21 in a state where the door facing one side can move parallel in the vertical and horizontal directions, as shown. Figure 4 As shown, shaft 11Ra is fixed to the upper side of the middle part of the frame 8R on the right side by welding.

[0047] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, when the doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides are closed, the distance between the ko-shaped metal fittings 12L and 12R on the left and right sides is shorter than the distance between the ko-shaped metal fittings 13L and 13R on the left and right sides.

[0048] The operating lever 21 is formed from a metal plate and has, in sequence from top to bottom, a straight section 22, a tilted section 23 that tilts to the right, a straight section 24, and a lever-side operating section 25.

[0049] An insertion hole 26 is formed on the upper part of the operating lever 21 for inserting the shaft 11Ra with the pin 11R.

[0050] like Figure 4 As shown, when the shaft 11Ra of pin 11R is inserted into the insertion hole 26, the upper part of the operating lever 21 is clamped between the pin head 11Rb of pin 11R and the frame portion 8R on the right side.

[0051] In order to enable the door face of the operating lever 21 facing the right side of the door 4R to move parallel in the vertical and horizontal directions, the insertion hole 26 is formed to be larger than the shaft 11Ra and wider at the bottom than at the top.

[0052] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, a rod-side protrusion 27 extending to the left is formed on the left side of the straight section 22. The rod-side protrusion 27 can be inserted into and detached from the U-shaped metal fittings 12L and 12R on the left and right sides.

[0053] A rod-side protrusion 28 extending to the left is formed on the left side of the straight section 24. The rod-side protrusion 28 can be inserted into and detached from the U-shaped metal fittings 13L and 13R on the left and right sides.

[0054] The rod-side protrusion 28 is composed of a straight section 29 extending to the left and a rod-side locking section 30 extending downward from the straight section 29.

[0055] The lever-side locking portion 30 has a locking piece 31 extending from the lower left to the left. In the locked state, the locking piece 31 locks the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L to prevent the operating lever 21 from moving upwards. Between the locking piece 31 on the left side of the lever-side locking portion 30 and the straight portion 29, there is an inclined portion 32 that slopes to the right. The right side of the lever-side locking portion 30 has an inclined portion 33 that slopes to the left.

[0056] The tip side 34 of the straight section 29 can be inserted into the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L. By inserting the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L into the tip side 34 and the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 12L into the rod side protrusion 27, the door locking device 7 locks the left and right doors 4L and 4R.

[0057] like Figure 5 As shown, the U-shaped metal fitting 13L on the left is formed from bent iron, stainless steel, etc., and has horizontal faces 42 and 43 on the upper and lower sides of the vertical face 41. The front ends of the horizontal faces 42 and 43 are connected and fixed to the frame 8L by welding 44 and 45.

[0058] Figure 4 The ko-shaped metal fittings 12L and 12R on the left and right sides, and the ko-shaped metal fitting 13R on the right side, shown also have the same structure as the ko-shaped metal fitting 13L on the left side.

[0059] <Operation Method of Door Locking Device 7>

[0060] First, let me explain how to switch the left and right doors 4L and 4R from the unlocked state to the locked state.

[0061] like Figure 3 As shown, when the door locking device 7 is in the unlocked state, the operating lever 21 is in the position of rotating to the right, the lever side protrusion 27 is in the state of being inserted into the right-side ko-shaped metal fitting 12R, and in the state of being pulled out from the left-side ko-shaped metal fitting 12L.

[0062] The lever-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R and pulled out from the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L. The lower horizontal portion of the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R is inserted between the locking piece 31 and the tip side 34 of the lever-side locking portion 30, and the lower horizontal portion of the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R is locked against the inclined portion 32 of the lever-side locking portion 30. Through the locking of the lever-side locking portion 30, the operating lever 21 stops at... Figure 3 The state shown.

[0063] When the door locking device 7 changes from the unlocked state to the locked state, the user grabs the lever-side operating part 25 and pulls it to the right, causing the operating lever 21 to rotate further to the right. The tilting part 32 and the locking piece 31 move away from the horizontal surface under the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R, releasing the lever-side locking part 30 from locking the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R.

[0064] Then, by pushing the lever-side operating part 25 upward, the user makes the lever-side locking part 30 of the operating lever 21 so that it can be inserted into the inside of the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R. By pushing the lever-side operating part 25 to the left, the user makes the lever-side locking part 30 insert into the inside of the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R, the tip of the lever-side protrusion 27 inserts into the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 12L, and the tip of the lever-side protrusion 28 34 inserts into the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L.

[0065] Then, by pressing down the lever-side operating part 25, the user moves the lever-side locking part 30 of the operating lever 21 downward from between the horizontal surfaces of the lower sides of the ko-shaped metal fittings 13L and 13R on the left and right sides.

[0066] Then, by pushing the lever-side operating part 25 to the left, the user inserts the lower horizontal part of the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L into the space between the locking piece 31 and the tip side 34 of the lever-side locking part 30. The locking piece 31 of the lever-side locking part 30 is then locked from below to the lower horizontal part of the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L. Thus, the door locking device 7 becomes as follows: Figure 2 In the locked state shown, the left and right doors 4L and 4R, which open to the left and right, are locked by the door locking device 7.

[0067] In this state, the locking piece 31 of the rod-side locking part 30 locks against the horizontal surface of the lower side of the left-side ko-shaped metal fitting 13L, preventing the rod-side locking part 30 from moving above the horizontal surface of the lower side of the left and right ko-shaped metal fittings 13L and 13R, thus making the locking by the door locking device 7 secure.

[0068] Furthermore, when the tip 34 of the rod-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L, and the operating lever 21 is moving downward toward the door surface of the left-side door 4L, when the operating lever 21 rotates toward the left-side door 4L, the tilting part 33 of the rod-side locking part 30, which tilts to the left, locks against the right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R, stopping the rotation of the operating lever 21 toward the left-side door 4L. The tilting part 33 also guides the operating lever 21 downward, preventing the tip 34 of the rod-side protrusion 28 from falling off the left-side U-shaped metal fitting 13L, thus ensuring that the locking by the door locking device 7 is secure.

[0069] After being locked by the door locking device 7, operate the door locking devices 6L and 6R on the left and right sides to double lock the doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides.

[0070] When the doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides are switched from the locked state to the unlocked state, the operation is the opposite of the operation when switching from the unlocked state to the locked state.

[0071] <Summary of the Structure and Effects of the Embodiments of the Invention>

[0072] The following summarizes the structure and effects of this embodiment of the present invention. The door locking device 7 is provided at one side and the other side of a door that opens to the left and right (doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides). It is a device for locking and unlocking the doors on these two sides. It includes an operating lever 21, an insertion part (the U-shaped metal fitting 13L on the left side), and an anti-fall-off device (the U-shaped metal fitting 13R on the right side and a lever-side locking part 30). The operating lever 21 has a lever-side protrusion 28 and a lever-side operating part 25. It is located at the door on one side (door 4R on the right side) and can rotate about the vertical direction of the door surface on that side, and can move vertically and horizontally towards the door surface on that side. The direction can be moved parallel; the insertion part (the ko-shaped metal fitting 13L on the left) is provided on the door (the door 4L on the left) on the other side, and the rod-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the insertion part in a state in which it can move parallel in the up and down and left and right directions toward the door surface of the other side. The insertion part prevents the inserted rod-side protrusion 28 from moving in the direction of opening to the left and right. When the rod-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the insertion part, and the operating lever 21 moves downward toward the door surface of the door on one side, the anti-dislodgement device prevents the rod-side protrusion 28 from falling out of the insertion part.

[0073] Furthermore, the door locking device 7 is located on one side and the other side of the doors that open to the left and right (doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides). It is a door locking device for locking and unlocking the doors on one side and the other side. It has an operating lever 21, an insertion part (the U-shaped metal fitting 13L on the left side), and a door-side locking part (the U-shaped metal fitting 13R on the right side). The operating lever 21 has a lever-side protrusion 28, a lever-side locking part 30, and a lever-side operating part 25. It is located on the door on one side (door 4R on the right side) and can rotate about the vertical direction of the door surface on that side. It can also move parallel to the door surface on that side in the up-down and left-right directions. The insertion part (the U-shaped metal fitting 13L on the left side) is located on the door on the right side. L) On the other side of the door (left door 4L), the rod-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the insertion part in a state where it can move parallel to the door surface of the other side in the up-down and left-right directions. The insertion part prevents the inserted rod-side protrusion 28 from moving in the direction of opening to the left and right. The door-side locking part (right-side U-shaped metal fitting 13R) is provided on the door on one side. When the rod-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the insertion part and the operating rod 21 moves downward toward the door surface of the one side of the door, it is locked by the rod-side locking part 30 when the operating rod rotates toward the door side of the other side, preventing the rod-side protrusion 28 from falling out of the insertion part.

[0074] Door locking device 7 is installed on one side of the door of the container 3 that opens to the left and right on the loading platform of the box-shaped truck 1, and on the other side of the door (doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides).

[0075] According to this embodiment, in the locked state, by using the anti-dislodgement device (the right-side ko-shaped metal fitting 13R and the rod-side locking part 30), the rod-side protrusion 28 is inserted into the insertion part (the left-side ko-shaped metal fitting 13L), and the operating lever 21 moves downward toward the door surface of the door on that side (the left-side door 4L), preventing the rod-side protrusion 28 from dislodging from the insertion part. Therefore, the engagement and locking of the door locking device 7 and the engagement of the rotating part do not need to be too tight, and locking and unlocking the door does not require much force, making smooth operation possible and convenient for user use.

[0076] <Construction of variations of the embodiments of the present invention>

[0077] Figure 6 This is an enlarged rear view of a door locking device in a locked state and its surrounding area, according to a modified embodiment of the present invention.

[0078] Figure 7 This is an enlarged rear view of the door locking device in the unlocked state and its surrounding area, according to a modified embodiment of the present invention.

[0079] like Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, in a modified embodiment of the present invention, door locking devices 7R and 7L are provided on the frame portions 8L and 8R of the doors 4L and 4R on the left and right sides.

[0080] Door locking device 7R has the same as Figures 1 to 5 The door locking device 7 shown has the same structure.
