AI Technical Summary
Electronic atomization devices face inefficiencies in heat utilization due to low thermal conductivity and diffusion coefficients of heaters, leading to increased power consumption, higher device temperatures, and reduced battery life, as well as potential reliability issues with electrical components.
The heating assembly includes a fixing member, a movable member, and a heater, where the heater is detachably arranged to generate heat in a magnetic field, and the aerosol-generating assembly is inserted to drive the movable member from one position to another, allowing the heater to be inserted into the assembly and then separated, thereby maximizing heat transfer to the aerosol-generating substrate while minimizing heat loss to other components.
This configuration enhances heat utilization efficiency, reducing power consumption and extending battery life by ensuring that most of the generated heat is directed towards the aerosol generation, thereby improving the device's operational reliability and aerosol production.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] The present application claims priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202110990780.9, filed on August 26, 2021, and contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entireties.TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic atomization devices, and in particular to an electronic atomization device and a heating assembly thereof.BACKGROUND
[0003] In the art, an electronic atomization device is a heat-not-burning device. Generally, a heating assembly in the electronic atomization device heats a center or a periphery of a to-be-atomized substrate. Since a thermal conductivity and a thermal diffusion coefficient of a heater is relatively low, only a small portion of heat generated by the heater is used to heat the to-be-atomized substrate, and therefore, a small amount of aerosol is generated. Most of the generated heat is conducted to components of the electronic atomization device through solid components that contact the heater. In this way, various components and a housing of the electronic atomization device are heated. In order to increase the amount of the generated aerosol, the amount of heat generated by the heater needs to be increased, which may cause more problems. For example, power consumption of the electronic atomization device may be increased, a temperature of the entire device and the housing may be higher, a battery service life of the electronic atomization device may be short, and a warm-up process may be longer. In addition, as the temperature of the electronic atomization device increases, reliability of an electric core, a circuit board, and other electrical components may be affected.SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0035] The housing 1 has a mounting space 11 and has an opening (not labelled in the figure), allowing the mounting space 11 to be communicated with the outside of the housing 1 through the opening. The heating assembly 2 is received in the mounting space 11. A location where the heating assembly 2 is arranged is corresponding to the opening of the housing 1, and therefore, the heating assembly 2 is exposed or communicated with the outside of the housing 1 through the opening. The heating assembly 2 may be fixedly connected or detachably connected with the housing 1. The heating assembly 2 and the power supply assembly 3 are received in the mounting space 11. The power supply assembly 3 supplies power to the heating assembly 2 and controls the heating assembly 2 to operate. The aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted to the interior of the electronic atomization device through the opening of the housing 1 to allow the heating assembly 2 to heat the aerosol-generating assembly 4 to generate the aerosols. A shape and a size of the housing 1 are not limited herein and can be determined as desired. In order to prevent the housing 1 from generating eddy currents in a magnetic field and generating heat, the housing 1 is made of a non-metallic material. In an embodiment, the housing 1 is rectangular and is made of plastics. The opening is defined in a center of a top wall of the housing 1. The heating assembly 2 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the top wall of the housing 1 and is spaced apart from a side wall of the housing 1. That is, the heating assembly 2 is hung in the mounting space 11 by connecting to the top wall of the housing 1.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 7, FIG. 3 is a structural schematic view of a heating assembly in the electronic atomization device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 4 is a structural schematic view of the fixing member in the heating assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 5 is a structural schematic view of a tubular case of the heating assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 6 is a structural schematic view of a heater of the heating assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; and FIG. 7 is a structural schematic view of an elastic member of the heating assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0037] The heating assembly 2 includes the fixing member 21, a movable member 22, a heater 23, a magnetic-field generating member 24, and an elastic member 25.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 4, the fixing member 21 is barrel shaped. The fixing member 21 has a mounting cavity 211. The fixing member 21 has an opening 215. The mounting cavity 211 is communicated with the outside of the fixing member 21 through the opening 215. In this way, the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted into the mounting cavity 211. An end of the fixing member 21 that is fixedly connected to the top wall of the housing 1 defines the opening 215, and the opening 215 is located correspondingly to and communicated with the opening of the housing 1.
[0039] In an embodiment, the fixing member 21 specifically includes a second annular sidewall 212 and a second bottom wall 213 connected to an end of the second annular sidewall 212. The second annular sidewall 212 and the second bottom wall 213 cooperatively define the mounting cavity 211. The fixing member 21 may further include a second top wall connected to the other end of the second annular sidewall 212. The second top wall defines the opening 215. It is understood that the fixing member 21 may not include the second top wall, and the other end of the second annular side wall 212 is opened to define the opening 215. The second top wall may be detachably connected to the second annular sidewall 212, allowing the movable member 22 to be inserted into the mounting cavity 211. Alternatively, the second bottom wall 213 may be detachably connected to the second annular sidewall 212, allowing the movable member 22 to be inserted into the mounting cavity 211. The second bottom wall 213 may define an air inlet. The shape and the size of the fixing member 21 are not limited herein and can be determined as desired. In order to prevent the fixing member 21 from generating eddy currents in a magnetic field and generating heat, the fixing member 21 is made of a non-metallic material, such as plastics. In an embodiment, the fixing member 21 is a cylindrical plastic barrel. A surface of the second bottom wall 213 near the second annular sidewall 212 is arranged with a fixing portion 214. The fixing portion 214 is configured to fix the heater 23 to keep the heater 23 to stay in an upright state. The fixing portion 214 may be a groove or a protrusion. The groove is defined to receive an end of the heater 23, and the heater 23 is snapped to a wall of the groove. The protrusion is inserted into a groove of the end of the heater 23 and is snapped to a wall of the groove.
[0040] The heater 23 includes an insertion portion 231 and a blocking portion 232. The blocking portion 232 is fixedly connected to an end of the insertion portion 231. An end of the insertion portion 231 away from the blocking portion 232 serves as a first end 233 of the heater 23. An end of the blocking portion 232 away from the insertion portion 231 serves as a second end 234 of the heater 23, or the blocking portion 232 directly serves as the second end 234 of the heater 23. The first end 233 of the heater 23 is a tip, which may be inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4 easily. The second end 234 of the heater 23 is detachably arranged on the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211. The first end 233 of the heater 23 is configured to be inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4. The heater 23 is configured to be heated in the magnetic field to heat the aerosol-generating assembly 4 to generate the aerosols to be inhaled by the user. A cross-sectional area of the insertion portion 231 is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the blocking portion 232. The heater 23 is made of a metallic material. For example, the heater 23 may be made of copper or aluminum or an alloy. The heater 23 may be a metal post or a metal sheet. Specifically, the heater 23 may be a T-shaped structure, an L-shaped structure, or a conical structure, as long as the blocking portion 232 is formed at the second end 234 of the heater 23. In an embodiment, the heater 23 is a bar-shaped metal sheet. An end of the bar-shaped metal sheet is an inverted triangular tip, and a side edge of the other end has a flange to serve as the blocking portion 232.
[0041] In an embodiment, an inner surface of the second bottom wall 213 has a receiving slot 2142, and the receiving slot 2142 serves as the above-described fixing portion 214. The receiving slot 2142 is defined to receive and fix the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23. The receiving slot 2142 can be formed either by the inner surface of the second bottom wall 213 being recessed or by arranging a slot on the inner surface of the second bottom wall 213. In other embodiments, a surface of the second bottom wall 213 near the second annular sidewall 212 is arranged with an annular protrusion 2141. The annular protrusion 2141 defines the receiving slot 2142. The receiving slot 2142 serves as the above-described fixing portion 214. The receiving slot 2142 is defined to receive and fix the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23. The shape and the size of the groove / receiving slot 2142 may match the shape and the size of the blocking portion 232. In this way, the blocking portion 232 can be received and fixed easily, allowing the insertion portion 231 of the heater 23 to be maintained at the upright state, allowing the insertion portion 231 to be inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4 easily. In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a surface of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 away from the insertion portion 231 defines a positioning groove 2144. The surface of the second bottom wall 213 connecting to the second annular sidewall 212 is arranged with a positioning post 2143. The positioning post 2143 serves as the fixing portion 214. The shape of the positioning post 2143 matches with the shape of the positioning groove 2144. When the heater 23 is in contact with the second bottom wall 213, the positioning post 2143 is inserted in the positioning groove 2144. In this way, detachable connection between the heater 23 and the second bottom wall 213 is achieved, allowing the insertion portion 231 to be maintained at the upright state.
[0042] In an embodiment, the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 or the entire heater 23 is made of iron, or the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 is made of a magnetic attractive material. Accordingly, a portion of the second bottom wall 213 corresponding to the fixing portion 214 is arranged with a magnetic attraction member 216. The magnetic attraction member 216 is configured to be magnetically connected with the heater 23, allowing the heater 23 to be connected to the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211 by magnetic attraction. An attraction force between the magnetic attraction member 216 and the heater 23 is less than a friction force between the insertion portion 231 and the aerosol-generating assembly 4 after the insertion portion 231 is inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4. In this way, the aerosol-generating assembly 4 takes the friction force to separate the heater 23 from the second bottom wall 213. The magnetic attraction member 216 may be disposed on the inner surface of the second bottom wall 213, such as on a bottom surface of the receiving slot 2142 or on an outer surface of the second bottom wall 213 or received in a recess in the outer surface of the second bottom wall 213. The magnetic attraction member 216 may be embedded in the second bottom wall 213 to fix the heater 23 by magnetic attraction. The magnetic attraction member 216 may be a magnet. In another embodiment, one end of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 is configured as the magnet, and the magnetic attraction member 216 may be iron.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 5, the movable member 22 is received in the mounting cavity 211, and the movable member 22 is slidably connected to the fixing member 21. Specifically, the movable member 22 is slidable in a direction in which the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted into or taken out of the mounting cavity 211. The movable member 22 has a through hole 225, and the first end 233 of the heater 23 is allowed to pass through the through hole 225 to be inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4. In some embodiments, the first end 233 of the heater 23 is allowed to pass through the through hole 225, and the second end 234 of the heater 23 cannot pass through the through hole 225. In this way, when the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is being taken out of the device, the aerosol-generating assembly 4 can be separated from the heater 23. Understandably, in a case where the through hole 225 does not enable the aerosol-generating assembly 4 to be separated from the heater 23, the heater 23 may be taken out when the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is replaced, and the heater 23 needs to be manually placed back and mounted on the second bottom wall 213, and therefore, the device cannot be used conveniently. Specifically, an inner diameter of the through hole 225 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the insertion portion 231 and is less than the cross-sectional area of the blocking portion 232. Since the inner diameter of the through hole 225 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the insertion portion 231, the heater 23, after being inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4, is spaced apart from an inner surface of the through hole 225. In this way, the heat generated by the heater 23 is prevented from being transmitted directly to the movable member 22, and therefore, the heat generated by the heater 23 is used to heat the aerosol-generating assembly 4 as much as possible. In order to prevent the movable member 22 from generating the eddy currents in the magnetic field and generating the heat, the movable member 22 is made of the non-metallic material, such as plastics.
[0044] The fixing member 21 and / or the movable member 22 has a limiting portion (not shown). The limiting portion is configured to limit the movable member 22 to slide between a first position and a second position. The second position is located between the first position and the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211. In an embodiment, when the movable member 22 is in the first position and the heater 23 is in the second position, the heater 23 is partially inserted into the through hole 225. When the movable member 22 is in the second position and the heater 23 is in the second position, the end surface of the movable member 22 is spaced apart from the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 to prevent the heat generated by the heater 23 from being transmitted to the movable member 22. In this way, heat loss is prevented effectively. The heater 23 is partially inserted into the through hole 225 when the movable member 22 is in the first position. Therefore, in a process of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 being inserted into the mounting cavity 211 and abutting against the movable member 22, the heater 23 is fixed and limited, due to being partially inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4, by the aerosol-generating assembly 4. In this way, in the process of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 pushing the movable member 22 from the first position to the second position, the heater 23 is prevented from being shifted. When the movable member 22 is in the second position, the end surface of the movable member 22 is spaced apart from the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23. Therefore, it is ensured that, after the movable member 22 is reset from the second position to the first position, the heater 23 is separated from the second bottom wall 213 and remains being inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly 4, and the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 remains being spaced apart from the movable member 22. In this way, the heat generated by the heater 23 is further prevented from being directly transmitted to the movable member 22, and the heat generated by the heater 23 is used to heat the aerosol-generating assembly 4 as much as possible. In the present disclosure, after the movable member 22 drives the heat-generating member 23 to be reset from the second position to the first position, the heater 23 contacts the aerosol-generating assembly 4 only and does not contact any other solid element, such that a heating efficiency of the heater 23 heating the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is increased.
[0045] In an embodiment, a bump is arranged on a side wall of the mounting cavity 211. A distance between the bump and the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211 is greater than a height of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 and is less than an overall height of the heater 23. The bump is spaced apart from the heater 23. The bump serves as the limiting portion to limit the movable member 22 to stay at the second position. In an embodiment, the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211 is arranged with the bump. A height of the bump is greater than the height of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 and is smaller than the overall height of the heater 23. The bump is spaced apart from the heater 23. The bump serves as the limiting portion to limit the movable member 22 to stay at the second position. In an embodiment, a depth of the receiving slot 2142 in the second bottom wall 213 is greater than the height of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 and is less than the overall height of the heater 23. A side wall of the receiving slot 2142 serves as the limiting portion to limit the movable member 22 to stay at the second position. In an embodiment, a surface of the movable member 22 facing towards the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211 is arranged with the bump. The height of the bump is greater than the height of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 and is less than the overall height of the heater 23. The bump is arranged at a position avoiding the heater 23. The bump serves as the limiting portion to limit the movable member 22 to stay at the second position. In an embodiment, the surface of the movable member 22 facing towards the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211 is arranged with a first bump, and the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211 is arranged with a second bump. A position where the first bump is arranged on the movable member 22 corresponds to a position where the second bump is arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211. A total height of the first bump and the second bump is greater than the height of the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 and is less than the overall height of the heater 23. Each of the first bump and the second bump is spaced apart from the heater 23. The first bump and the second bump cooperatively serve as the limiting portion to limit the movable member 22 to stay at the second position.
[0046] The shape of the movable member 22 is not limited herein and can be determined as desired. For example, the movable member 22 can be plate-shaped or a tubular. In an embodiment, the movable member 22 is a tubular case 221. The tubular case 221 has an insertion cavity 222 to receive the aerosol-generating assembly 4. An end of the tubular case 221 has an insertion port 229. The aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted into the insertion cavity 222 through the insertion port 229. The insertion port 229 on the tubular case 221 corresponds to the opening 215 in the fixing member 21. When the tubular case 221 is located at the first position, the end of the tubular case 221 having the insertion port 229 abuts against the inner surface of the top wall of the mounting cavity 211. Specifically, a center axis of the insertion port 229 coincides with a center axis of the opening 215 of the fixing member 21 and a center axis of the opening of the housing 1. Specifically, the tubular case 221 includes a first annular sidewall 223 and a first bottom wall 224 connected to an end of the first annular sidewall 223. The first bottom wall 224 defines the through hole 225. The through hole 225 is opposite to the insertion port 229. The through hole 225 is located at a center of the first bottom wall 224. The first bottom wall 224 further defines an air inlet 226. The air outside of the device may be transmitted to the insertion cavity 222 through the air inlet 226, such that an airflow may carry the heat generated by the heater 23 to heat the aerosol-generating assembly 4 to generate the aerosols and to transmit the aerosols to the user. Specifically, the tubular case 221 is a cylindrical plastic tube. The through hole 225 is defined at the center of the first bottom wall 224, and a plurality of air inlets 226 are located circumferentially around the through hole 225.
[0047] In another embodiment, the movable member 22 may also be a slidable plate. The aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted into the mounting cavity 211, and the insertion end of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 abuts against the slidable plate. The slidable plate defines the through hole 225 and the air inlet 226. Specific structures, positions and functions of the through hole 225 and the air inlet 226 are the same as those of the through hole 225 and the air inlet 226 of the tubular case 221, and will not be repeated herein.
[0048] The elastic member 25 is disposed between the fixing member 21 and the movable member 22. The elastic member 25 is configured to provide a resetting force to reset the movable member 22 from the second position of the mounting cavity 211 to the first position. Further, the elastic member 25 further maintains the movable member 22 at the first position, preventing the elastic member 25 from shaking. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 25 is a spring 251. The spring 251 may be disposed in the mounting cavity 211 of the fixing member 21. An end of the spring 251 abuts against the movable member 22, and the other end of the spring 251 abuts against the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211. The movable member 22 slides in the mounting cavity 211 via the spring 251, such that sliding connection between the movable member 22 and the fixing member 21 may be achieved. In an embodiment, an outer surface of the first annular sidewall 223 near the first bottom wall 224 is arranged with an annular protrusion 228. A surface of the annular protrusion 228 near the second bottom wall 213 defines a mounting groove 227. An end of the spring 251 away from the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211 sleeves the outside of the first annular sidewall 223 and is received in the mounting groove 227. In this way, the spring 251 is prevented from being shifted when being compressed. In another embodiment, an annular groove is defined in an inner wall of the mounting cavity 211, and a convex ring is arranged on an outer wall of the tubular case 221. The convex ring is received in the annular groove. An end of the spring 251 abuts against a surface of the convex ring near the first bottom wall 224, and the other end of the spring 251 abuts against a surface of the annular groove near the second bottom wall 213. The tubular case 221 slides in the mounting cavity 211 via the spring 251 along the direction in which the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted and taken out, such that the tubular case 221 can slide relative to the fixing member 21.
[0049] In order to prevent the spring 251 from being heated due to the magnetic field generated by the magnetic-field generating member 24, which may affect elasticity and the service life of the spring 251, the spring 251 is made of a non-metallic material, such as rubber. In order to prevent the height of the spring 251, when being compressed to reach a limit of compression, from affecting the distance between the movable member 22 and the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, the spring 251 may be configured as a flared structure, and in this way, the spring 251 may not contact or collide itself when being compressed. Understandably, when the spring 251 is columnar, the height of the spring 251, when being compressed to reach the limit of compression, is higher than the height of the blocking portion 232. In this case, the columnar spring 251 may serve as the limiting portion to limit the movable member 22 to stay at the second position.
[0050] In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the elastic member 25 includes a first magnetic body 252 and a second magnetic body 253, and the first magnetic body 252 and the second magnetic body 253 have same magnetic polarity. The first magnetic body 252 is disposed on a bottom surface of the tubular case 221, and the second magnetic body 253 is disposed on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211. The second magnetic body 253 is spaced apart from the fixing portion 214 arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211. Since the first magnetic body 252 and the second magnetic body 253 have the same magnetic polarity, as the tubular case 221 slides in a direction approaching the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, a repulsive force between the first magnetic body 252 on the tubular case 221 and the second magnetic body 253 on the fixing portion 214 increases. The repulsive force between the first magnetic body 252 and the second magnetic body 253 generates the resetting force to drive the tubular case 221 to move from the second position of the mounting cavity 211 to the first position.
[0051] The magnetic-field generating member 24 sleeves an outer surface of the fixing member 21 and is electrically connected to the power supply assembly 3. The magnetic-field generating member 24 generates, when being supplied with the power, a magnetic field to heat the heater 23. The magnetic-field generating member 24 includes a coil 241 and a shield 242 sleeves a side of the coil 241 away from the fixing member 21. Specifically, the coil 241 is disposed at and sleeves a middle of the fixing member 21. When the movable member 22 is located at the first position and the aerosol-generating assembly 4 abuts against the movable member 22, an aerosol-generating portion 42 of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is located inside the coil 241, and the insertion portion 231 of the heater 23 is inserted into the aerosol-generating portion 231 and is also disposed inside the coil 241.
[0052] The aerosol-generating assembly 4 includes the aerosol-generating section 42 and a nozzle portion 41. The nozzle portion 41 includes a hollow section 412 and a filtration section 411. The filtration section 411 is disposed at an end of the hollow section 412. The aerosol-generating portion 42 is disposed at an end of the hollow section 412 away from the filtration section 411. The aerosol-generating section 42 is received in the mounting cavity 211. At least the end of the filtration section 411 away from the hollow section 412 is exposed outside the housing 1 to be contacted by the user. The aerosol-generating portion 42 is heated to atomize the to-be-atomized substance to generate the aerosols, and the aerosols are transported along with the airflow to an air outlet channel of the hollow section 412 and further flows through and filtered by the filtration section 411 to reach the user. In an embodiment, the aerosol-generating assembly 4 includes a receiving tube. A filtering material is arranged at an end of the receiving tube to form the filtration section 411. An aerosol-generating matrix is disposed at the other end of the receiving tube to form the aerosol-generating portion 42. An intermediate section of the receiving tube serves as the hollow section 412. In an embodiment, a first mark 43 and a second mark 44 are arranged on an outer wall of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 and are spaced apart from each other. The second mark 44 is disposed near the filtration section 411. The first mark 43 is disposed on a side of the second mark 44 away from the filtration section 411. When the first mark 43 aligns with the opening of the housing 1, it indicates that the aerosol-generating assembly 4 abuts against the movable member 22 and the movable member 22 is located at the first position. When the second mark 44 aligns with the opening of the housing 1, it indicates that the movable member 22 is located at the second position. Each of the first mark 43 and the second mark 44 is a marking line. When the first mark 43 / the second mark 44 aligns with the opening of the housing 1, the first mark 43 / the second mark 44 also aligns with an outer surface of the housing 1. When an end opening of the mounting cavity 211 or the insertion cavity 222 is aligned with the opening of the housing 1, alignment between the first mark 43 or the second mark 44 and the end opening of the mounting cavity 211 or the insertion cavity 222 may be observed to determine the first position and the second position.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 10, FIG. 8 is a structural schematic view of the electronic atomization device being in a first state according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 9 is a structural schematic view of the electronic atomization device being in a second state according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; and FIG. 10 is a structural schematic view of the electronic atomization device being in a third state according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0054] In an application scenario, as shown in FIG. 8, when the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is not inserted , the tubular case 221 is located at the first position of the mounting cavity 211, the heater 23 is located at the second position, and the spring 251 is in a first compressed state. When the electronic atomization device 100 needs to be used, the aerosol-generating portion 42 of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 needs to be directed towards the tubular case 221 to pass through the insertion port 229 to be inserted into the insertion cavity 222, until the end of the aerosol-generating portion 42 away from the nozzle portion 41 abuts against the bottom wall of the insertion cavity 222. In this case, the first mark 43 on the aerosol-generating assembly 4 aligns with the opening of the housing 1, the tubular case 221 remains at the first position of the mounting cavity 211, the heater 23 remains at the second position, a portion of the insertion portion 231 that has passed through the through hole 225 is inserted into the aerosol-generating portion 42, the second end 234 of the heater 23 is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 214 arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, and the insertion portion 231 of the heater 23 is spaced apart from the inner wall of the through hole 225.
[0055] When a force is further applied to the aerosol-generating assembly 4, the tubular case 221 slides from the first position of the mounting cavity 211 to the second position of the mounting cavity 211. A larger portion of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is inserted into the mounting cavity 211. Therefore, the aerosol-generating assembly 4 drives the tubular case 221 to slide in a direction approaching the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, the spring 251 is compressed to be in a second compressed state, and a larger portion of the insertion portion 231 of the heater 23 is inserted into the aerosol-generating portion 42. In this case, when the second mark 44 on the outer wall of the aerosol generating assembly 4 aligns with the opening of the housing 1, it indicates that the bottom surface of the casing 221 abuts against an end surface of the side wall of the receiving slot 2142 defined in the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, and the tubular case 221 is located at the second position of the mounting cavity 211, as shown in FIG. 9. When the tubular case 221 is located at the second position of the mounting cavity 211, the heater 23 is still located at the second position and the insertion portion 231 is inserted into the aerosol-generating portion 42. A length of the insertion portion 231 inserted into the aerosol-generating portion 42 is equal to the height of the aerosol-generating portion 42. The tubular case 221 is spaced apart from the end face of the blocking portion 232 near the insertion portion 231, and the spring 251 is still compressed.
[0056] When the force applied to the aerosol generating assembly 4 is released, the spring 251 in the second compressed state generates a resetting force to push the tubular case 221 to slide in a direction away from the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211, enabling the tubular case 221 to slide to be reset from the second position to the first position of the mounting cavity 211. At the same time, the tubular case 221 and the aerosol-generating section 42 drive the heater 23 to slide from the second position to the first position. Specifically, the tubular case 221 drives the aerosol generating assembly 4 to slide in a direction away from the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, and the heater 23 that is inserted into the aerosol-generating portion 42 also moves along with the aerosol generating assembly 4 in the direction away from the second bottom wall 213 of the mounting cavity 211. In this way, the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 is separated from the fixing portion 214. When the first mark 43 on the outer wall of the aerosol-generating assembly 4 is again aligned with the opening of the housing 1, it indicates that the tubular case 221 abuts against the top wall of the mounting cavity 211, i.e., tubular case 221 is reset to the first position, and the spring 251 is reset to the first compressed state. In this case, the insertion portion 231 is the only part of the heater 23 that contacts the aerosol-generating portion 42, as shown in FIG. 10. The heater 23 does not contact the fixing member 21 or the tubular case 221, and the heater 23 contacts the aerosol-generating portion 42 only. In this way, the heater 23 is being hung, and all of the heat generated by the heater 23 is transmitted to the aerosol-generating portion 42, preventing heat loss.
[0057] Power is supplied to the coil 241 through the power supply assembly 3, enabling the coil 241 to generate the magnetic field. The heater 23 generates the eddy currents in the magnetic field to further generate heat to heat the aerosol-generating portion 42, such that the aerosols are generated at the aerosol-generating portion 42. The outside air enters the insertion cavity 222 through the air inlet 226, and the airflow carries the generated aerosols to flow to the hollow section 412 and the filtration section 411 to be further transmitted to the mouth of the user.
[0058] When the aerosol-generating assembly 4 needs to be replaced, a pulling force is applied to move the aerosol-generating assembly 4 in the direction away from the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211, the aerosol-generating assembly 4 drives the heater 23 to slide in the direction away from the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211 until the blocking portion 232 abuts against the bottom surface of the tubular case 221. The pulling force is continuously applied to separate the heater 23 from the aerosol-generating assembly 4. The heater 23 falls, due to gravity, in the direction approaching the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211. Due to the limitation of the through hole 225 and / or the attraction of the magnetic attraction member 216, the blocking portion 232 of the heater 23 falls into the fixing portion 214 defined in the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211. Further, due to the magnetic attraction member 216, the insertion portion 231 of the heater 23 remains in the upright state.
[0059] According to the electronic atomization device of the present disclosure, the heating assembly includes the fixing member, the movable member, and the heater. The fixing member has the mounting cavity to receive the aerosol-generating assembly. The movable member is received in the mounting cavity and slidably connected to the fixing member. In the present disclosure, the aerosol-generating assembly is inserted into the tubular case and drives the movable member to move from the first position to the second position, and the heater is inserted into the aerosol-generating assembly. The movable member is reset from the second position to the first position, the heater is inserted in the aerosol-generating assembly and is separated from the bottom wall of the mounting cavity, and the heater is spaced apart from the tubular case, in this way, the increased amount of the heat generated by the heater is used to heat the aerosol-generating assembly, the loss of the heat generated by the heater is reduced, and the heat utilization rate is improved.
