Description

Container device and water treatment device

[0001] The present invention relates to a container device and a water treatment device in which a plurality of treatment units are housed within the container device.

[0002] Container devices are known as a means for efficiently transporting various items to their destinations. Some container devices are assembled into a box shape using various steel materials or metal plates, and one of the peripheral walls (a front wall, a rear wall, or a pair of side walls) is configured with adjacently arranged doors (specifically, a pair of doors). In these container devices, various items are stored inside the container device by opening the adjacent doors, and the container device with the stored items is transported to its destination using a transport means such as a container ship, a trailer, or a railway. At the destination, the adjacent doors are opened, and the various items are removed from the container device.

[0003] Recently, container devices have begun to appear that not only function as containers for transporting various items, but also serve to utilize the internal space of the container device. For example, Patent Document 1 (see

[0025] and FIG. 4) shows a container device that is also used as an office, temporary housing, etc. In such uses, items such as office machines, office supplies, and daily necessities are stored in the internal space of the container device according to the intended use, and are maintained in that state.

[0004] In light of this background, the inventors of the present invention wish to at least inform the viewer of a role other than simply serving as a container for transporting various items by applying a pattern to the surface of each adjacent door, taking into account the purpose of the container device and the contents contained therein, and more preferably to allow the viewer to imagine from the appearance that the container device has a specific role other than simply serving as a container for transporting various items. Conventional container devices, because of their role as a container for transporting various items, have been merely bland designs in which the entire surface of the container device is painted in a single color, or in which the single color is further painted with business-related markings such as the name of a shipping company, a logo, or related symbols, and the like, and have not conveyed any message.

[0005] JP 2012-232764 A

[0006] However, when applying a pattern to the surfaces of adjacent doors, if the patterns formed by the surfaces of the doors lack continuity and unity, the viewer will feel uncomfortable, regardless of the significance of applying the pattern. On the other hand, even if the patterns on adjacent doors are continuous and unity, the patterns on the doors that make up such a continuous and unity pattern are generally not identical. Therefore, when manufacturing each adjacent door, a pattern must be individually applied to each door depending on its position. This imposes a significant manufacturing burden on each door. On the other hand, since the doors are frequently opened and closed, the overall bending strength (flexural stiffness) of each door must be increased in order to maintain the proper opening and closing function of each door.

[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and its first object is to provide a container device that can increase the overall bending strength of adjacent doors while reducing the manufacturing burden of each door, even when adjacent doors form a continuous and integrated pattern. The second object is to provide a water treatment device that uses the container device.

[0008] In order to achieve the first object, the present invention has the following configurations (1) to (7).

[0009] (1) A container device formed in a box shape, with any of the peripheral walls formed by adjacently arranged opening / closing doors, wherein the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors are identical, a plurality of step portions are formed on the surface of each of the opening / closing doors at intervals in the vertical direction, the step portions being bent in the thickness direction of the opening / closing door and extending to straddle both lateral ends of the opening / closing door, and at least one of the step portions is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, the step portions of each of the opening / closing doors form the same pattern when the opening / closing doors are in the same vertical orientation, and are set to be connected to each other when the opening / closing doors are in a vertically staggered orientation and the opening / closing doors are arranged side by side, and the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors are configured so that their peripheral walls are oriented in a vertically staggered orientation.

[0010] According to this configuration, adjacently arranged doors are oriented in a staggered vertical position on the peripheral wall of the container device, so that when the adjacently arranged doors are closed, the steps of the doors are connected to each other, and the multiple steps of the adjacently arranged doors form a continuous and unified pattern. This continuous and unified pattern makes it possible for the viewer to associate and imagine that the container device has at least some new role, unlike in the usual case (when the container device is a single color, etc., and can be judged at a glance to simply serve as a container for transporting various items).

[0011] On the other hand, when each door is in the same vertical position, the multiple step portions form the same pattern on each door, so the same door can be used for each door (shared doors). Moreover, because the pattern on the surface of each door is formed by the multiple step portions, the pattern can be easily formed by molding the material (panel) of each door.

[0012] On the other hand, the multiple step portions in each door increase the section modulus due to the relationship between the thickness and the step, and the bending strength (flexural rigidity) of each door as a whole can be increased. Moreover, in this case, since at least one of the multiple step portions crosses each door while being inclined with respect to the lateral direction, the bending strength can be increased in the region where the step portion is displaced in the vertical direction of each door, and in increasing the bending strength of each door, the number of multiple step portions in each door can be reduced by the number of step portions that do not extend in the lateral direction in the above region.

[0013] Therefore, even when adjacent doors form a continuous and integrated pattern on the peripheral wall of the container device, the multiple steps that make up the pattern can increase the overall bending strength of each door, while the shared use of each door can reduce the manufacturing burden for each door. Furthermore, molding can be used to form the pattern based on the multiple steps on the surface of each door, simplifying manufacturing. Furthermore, when using the multiple steps to increase the bending strength of each door, the number of steps can be reduced as much as possible by devising an appropriate arrangement. These factors also contribute to reducing the manufacturing burden for each door.

[0014] (2) In the configuration of (1), the peripheral wall portion is formed by two pairs of opposing wall portions, and the adjacently arranged opening and closing doors are configured as a pair of opening and closing doors, each of which constitutes at least one wall portion in one of the two pairs of opposing wall portions.

[0015] According to this configuration, at least one wall portion of one set is constituted by a pair of doors arranged adjacent to each other, so that the pair of doors form a wide plane when closed, and a pattern based on a plurality of step portions having continuity and unity can be displayed on that wide plane. Therefore, the pattern based on the plurality of step portions having continuity and unity can be enlarged and made conspicuous, and the pattern based on the plurality of step portions having continuity and unity can remind viewers of the role of the container device, etc. Of course, in this case, the pair of doors can be used in common, while the bending strength of each door as a whole can be increased.

[0016] (3) In the configuration of (1), the peripheral wall portion is formed by two pairs of opposing wall portions, one of the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors constitutes one wall portion in one of the two sets, and the other of the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors constitutes a wall portion in the other set of the two sets, and constitutes a wall portion adjacent to one wall portion in one of the sets.

[0017] According to this configuration, even when adjacently arranged opening and closing doors constitute wall portions that form corner portions of the peripheral wall portion of the container device, the same effect as (1) can be obtained.

[0018] (4) In the configuration of (1), the plurality of step portions in each of the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors are two step portions, and for one of the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors, the distance between the two step portions is set to be larger on the inner side in the juxtaposition direction of the adjacent opening / closing doors than on the outer side in the juxtaposition direction of the adjacent opening / closing doors, and for the other of the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors, the distance between the two step portions is set to be larger on the inner side in the juxtaposition direction of the adjacent opening / closing doors than on the outer side in the juxtaposition direction of the adjacent opening / closing doors.

[0019] According to this configuration, when the adjacent doors are closed, the two step portions of each door join together, widening the gap between the two step portions toward the mating surface of the doors (the inner side in the direction in which the adjacent doors are arranged). This allows the viewer to associate the structure defined by the two step portions of the doors with a large window through which they can peer inside, and the relatively large plane between the two step portions of the doors can be used as a drawing area. By displaying an image that evokes the contents of the container device in the drawing area, the role of the container device and the specific contents can be effectively recognized.

[0020] (5) In the configuration of (2), the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors are a pair of first and second opening / closing doors, each constituting a pair of wall portions in one of the sets, the pattern based on the plurality of step portions in the pair of first opening / closing doors and the pattern based on the plurality of step portions in the pair of second opening / closing doors are set to overlap with each other with the same shape when the pair of wall portions in one set is viewed from the outside of one side to the other, each pair of wall portions in the other set is constituted by a single third opening / closing door, each third opening / closing door has step portions on its surface that are bent in the thickness direction and extend across both lateral ends, the number of step portions corresponding to the number of step portions in the pair of first and second opening / closing doors, and each step portion in each third opening / closing door is configured to be connected to each step portion in the pair of first and second opening / closing doors.

[0021] With this configuration, when all the opening and closing doors that make up the peripheral wall of the container device are closed, all of the step portions of each opening and closing door are connected to each other, and a continuous pattern can be formed around the entire peripheral wall of the container device.

[0022] In this case, a single common door can be used as the pair of first doors, and a single common door can be used as the pair of second doors. Furthermore, since the pattern based on the multiple step portions on the pair of first doors and the pattern based on the multiple step portions on the pair of second doors overlap with each other and have the same shape when the pair of wall portions in one set is viewed from the outside of either side toward the other, if the same door is used alternately up and down as the third door, the step portions on each third door can be connected to the step portions on the pair of first and second doors, respectively. This allows the first through third doors to be individually shared. Of course, the bending strength of the third door is increased by the multiple step portions.

[0023] (6) In the configuration of (2), the adjacently arranged opening / closing doors are a pair of first and second opening / closing doors, each constituting a pair of wall portions in one set, the pattern based on the plurality of step portions in the pair of first opening / closing doors and the pattern based on the plurality of step portions in the pair of second opening / closing doors are set to be identical when each pattern is viewed from the front, each pair of wall portions in the other set is constituted by a single third opening / closing door, each third opening / closing door has step portions on its surface that are bent in the thickness direction and extend across both lateral ends, the number of step portions corresponding to the number of step portions in the pair of first and second opening / closing doors, and each step portion in each third opening / closing door is configured to be connected to each step portion in the pair of first and second opening / closing doors.

[0024] Even in this configuration, when all the opening and closing doors that make up the peripheral wall of the container device are closed, all of the step portions of each opening and closing door are connected to each other, and a continuous pattern can be formed around the entire peripheral wall of the container device.

[0025] In this case, a single common door can be used for a pair of first and second doors (four doors). Furthermore, because the pattern based on the multiple step portions on the pair of first doors and the pattern based on the multiple step portions on the pair of second doors are identical when viewed from the front, if identical doors are used alternately above and below as the third doors, the step portions on each third door can be connected to the step portions on the pair of first and second doors. Therefore, a single common door can be used for both the first and second doors (four doors), and a single common door can be used for both the pair of third doors. Of course, in this case, the bending strength of the third door is increased by the multiple step portions.

[0026] (7) In the configuration of (5) or (6), the plurality of step portions in each of the adjacently arranged opening and closing doors are configured to be two step portions.

[0027] With this configuration, a continuous recessed pattern can be formed around the entire periphery of the peripheral wall of the container device, and the inner surface of the recess can be used as a drawing area. By displaying an image that evokes the contents inside in the drawing area, the role of the container device and the specific contents can be effectively recognized.

[0028] In order to achieve the second object, the present invention has the following configurations (8) and (9).

[0029] (8) The water treatment device is configured such that a plurality of treatment units for treating the liquid to be treated to produce treated water are housed in the container device according to claim 1.

[0030] With this configuration, the container device can be used as a storage container (storage case) for storing multiple treatment units for the water treatment device, and the container device's ease of transport can be utilized to transport the water treatment device to a wastewater treatment site, allowing wastewater (liquid to be treated) at the wastewater treatment site to be treated flexibly by the water treatment device.

[0031] (9) In the configuration of (8), the peripheral wall of the container device is provided with a front wall, a rear wall disposed behind the front wall and facing the front wall, and a pair of side walls disposed between the front wall and the rear wall and connecting the front wall and the rear wall on both lateral sides thereof, the front wall and the rear wall are each formed by a pair of opening / closing doors disposed adjacent to each other, and the pair of side walls are each formed by a single opening / closing door for the side wall, The container device is provided with: a circulation tank that receives liquid to be treated from the outside; a first treatment unit group that removes the liquid to be treated from the circulation tank, electrolyzes it, and then returns the gas and treated liquid produced by the electrolytic treatment to the circulation tank; a second treatment unit group that receives, from the circulation tank, the treated liquid returned to the circulation tank by the first treatment unit group and adjusts the release of the treated liquid; and a third treatment unit group that receives, from the circulation tank, the generated gas returned to the circulation tank by the first treatment unit group and releases the generated gas to the outside; the circulation tank is located in a front region of the container device, adjacent to a side wall opening / closing door that constitutes one of the pair of side wall portions; the first treatment unit group is located in a rear region of the container device; the second treatment unit group is located in the front region of the container device, sequentially arranged adjacent to the circulation tank but separated from the circulation tank; and the third treatment unit group is located in a region above the first and second treatment unit groups.

[0032] According to this configuration, the peripheral walls of the container device, i.e., the front wall, rear wall, and pair of side walls, are all configured as opening / closing doors, while the installation area within the container device is divided into two areas, one in the front and one above them. Therefore, when storing and installing the treatment unit groups of the water treatment device, only those to be installed in the front of the container device need to be taken in through the front opening of the container device, and only those to be installed in the rear of the container device need to be taken in through the rear opening of the container device. This minimizes the amount of movement of the treatment unit groups (first and second treatment unit groups), which are heavy objects, within the container device (reducing the burden of storage and installation work). Furthermore, considering that the generated gas can flow when it is discharged, the area above the first and second treatment unit groups can be effectively used to install the third treatment unit group, thereby making the entire storage area compact and reducing the size of the container device. Furthermore, when the front opening of the container device is opened, only the second processing unit group appears, and the second processing unit group restricts access for work to the first processing unit group behind it, and when the rear opening of the container device is opened, only the first processing unit group appears, and the first processing unit group restricts access for work to the second processing unit group behind it. Therefore, when performing maintenance on the first and second processing unit groups, the layout structure makes it clear that the work should be performed from a predetermined opening of the container device, from the perspective of performing the work accurately.

[0033] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a container device that can increase the overall bending strength of each adjacent opening and closing door while reducing the manufacturing burden of each opening and closing door, even when the adjacent opening and closing doors form a continuous and integrated pattern, and a water treatment device that uses this container device.

[0035] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0036] 1 to 6 , reference numeral 1 denotes a container apparatus 1 according to an embodiment. This container apparatus 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped frame structure 2. The frame structure 2 has pillars 4 fixed in an upright position at the four corners of a rectangular lower frame 3, and four corners of an upper frame 5, which is also rectangular like the lower frame 3, fixed to the upper ends of each pillar 4. Therefore, the frame structure 2 has two pairs of opposing openings formed on its periphery: a front opening 6 and a rear opening 7 (one pair of openings), and a pair of side openings 8 and 9 (the other pair of openings) facing outward (laterally) to the left and right from between the front opening 6 and the rear opening 7. Furthermore, an upper opening 10 and a lower opening 11 are formed on the top and bottom surfaces, respectively. The front opening 6 and the rear opening 7 are each formed into a rectangular shape that extends longer in the horizontal direction (left-right direction in FIGS. 1 and 3 ) than in the vertical direction (top-bottom direction in FIGS. 1 and 3 ), and each of the pair of side openings 8, 9 is formed into a rectangular or square shape that is slightly longer in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction (left-right direction in FIGS. 2 and 4 ). When the horizontal direction of the upper opening 10 and the lower opening 11 is the same as the horizontal direction of the front opening 6, the horizontal lengths of the upper opening 10 and the lower opening 11 correspond to the horizontal length of the front opening 6, and the depth lengths (front-to-back lengths) of the upper openings 10 and 11 are the same as the horizontal length of the side openings. In this case, the inner peripheral edge of the upper surface of the upper frame 5 that defines the upper opening 10 is formed lower than the upper surface of the outer periphery thereof, with a step. Similarly, the inner peripheral edge of the upper surface of the lower frame 3 that defines the lower opening 11 is formed lower than the upper surface of the outer periphery thereof. In addition, multiple reinforcing members 12 are arranged in the upper opening 10 so as to straddle the front and rear of the upper frame 5, and a similar configuration is also provided in the lower opening 11 (see Figures 5 and 6).

[0037] In this embodiment, the frame structure 2 has a horizontal length of 2600 to 2800 mm (preferably 2700 mm), a vertical length of 1500 to 1700 mm (preferably 1600 mm), and a depth length (front-to-back length) of 1400 to 1600 mm (preferably 1500 mm).

[0038] 1, a pair of opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF are disposed adjacent to each other in the front opening 6. In this case, the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF in the front opening 6 have the same configuration, and therefore, the opening / closing door (left opening / closing door) 13LF in the front opening 6 will be described with the subscript "LF" added to the reference numerals of its respective components, and the subscript "RF" will be added to the reference numerals of the other opening / closing door (right opening / closing door) 13RF in the front opening 6 instead of the subscript "LF" used for the components of the opening / closing door 13LF in the front opening 6, and duplicated explanations will be omitted.

[0039] In the configuration of the pair of opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF at the front opening 6, a base end 14LF of one of the opening / closing doors 13LF is rotatably supported on one of the front pillars 4LF(4) that define the front opening 6, and a base end 14RF of the other opening / closing door 13RF is rotatably supported on the other front pillar 4RF(4). As a result, the front opening 6 is opened and closed by the rotation of the left and right opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF. When the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF open the front opening 6, access to the interior of the container apparatus 1 (the interior of the framework structure 2) is possible through the front opening 6, and when both opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF close the front opening 6, both opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF and the front surface of the framework structure 2 cooperate to form a front wall 15F (one wall of one of two pairs of opposing wall portions) of the container apparatus 1. Handles 17LF, 17RF are provided at the vertical center on the surface of the free end portions 16LF, 16RF of the left and right opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, respectively, and workers use the handles 17LF, 17RF to open and close the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF.

[0040] In this embodiment, a reinforcing column 4CF is disposed in the lateral center of the front opening 6 so as to straddle the front of the upper frame 5 and the front of the lower frame 3 (see FIG. 14). This reinforcing column 4CF not only serves to reinforce the container device 1, but also functions to prevent both free end portions 16LF, 16RF from entering too deeply into the container device 1 when the left and right opening doors 13LF, 13RF are closed. Therefore, when the left and right opening doors 13LF, 13RF are closed, this reinforcing column 4CF is hidden by the closed opening doors 13LF, 13RF.

[0041] A single common door is used for each pair of doors 13LF, 13RF that make up the front wall 15F. The left door 13LF that makes up the front wall 15F will be described with reference to Figures 7 to 11. The door 13LF includes a panel 29LF and an inner frame 30LF disposed inside the panel 29LF. The panel 29LF includes a rectangular panel portion 31LF that is longer in the vertical direction (vertical direction in Figure 7) than in the horizontal direction (left-right direction in Figure 7), and a peripheral wall portion 32LF that is bent from the entire periphery of the panel portion 31LF toward the rear side, forming a box shape. The inner frame 30LF has a rectangular inner frame main body 33LF that is the same thickness as the peripheral wall portion 32LF of the panel 29LF but slightly smaller than the panel portion 31LF of the panel 29LF, and a flange portion 34LF that protrudes inward from one thickness direction side of the inner frame main body 33LF around the entire periphery. The inner frame 30LF is integrated with the panel portion 31LF by inserting the inner frame main body 33LF into the panel 29LF so that the flange portion 34LF abuts against the back surface of the panel portion 31LF of the box-shaped panel 29LF, and welding the flange portion 34LF to the back surface of the panel portion 31LF. This forms a groove 35LF between the peripheral wall portion 32LF of the panel 29LF and the inner frame main body 33LF, and a weatherstrip (not shown) is fitted into the groove 35LF.

[0042] 7, 10, and 11, three hinge bases 36LF are attached to the back surface of the base end 14LF of the panel 29LF, spaced apart in the vertical direction. One of the three hinge bases 36LF is located in the vertical center, and the other two hinge bases 36LF are located equally spaced apart in the vertical direction from the first hinge base 36LF. Each hinge base 36LF is provided with two spaced-apart cylindrical shaft portions 37LF, and a cylindrical shaft portion of a hinge base (not shown) previously attached to one of the front pillars 4LF of the frame structure 2 is interposed between each of the two cylindrical shaft portions 37LF, and a hinge pin (not shown) is inserted into the cylindrical shaft portions. As a result, the door 13LF rotates around a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction along one of the front pillars 4LF of the framework structure 2 as described above to open and close the front opening 6 as the left door. In contrast, the door 13RF on the right side is a door with the left door 13LF oriented in a vertically staggered position. In this case, even if the left door 13LF is oriented in a vertically staggered position, the vertical positional relationship of the hinge base 36F does not change, and therefore the right door (hinge base 36F) is rotatably supported on the other front pillar 4RF of the framework structure.

[0043] As shown in Figures 1, 7, 8, and 9, a plurality of step portions 40LF, 41LF are formed on the surface of the panel portion 31LF of the left-side door 13LF at intervals in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, two step portions 40LF, 41LF are formed, and each step portion 40LF, 41LF extends across both lateral ends of the door 13LF while being slightly bent toward the rear side of the panel portion 31LF in the thickness direction. Specifically, one of the two step portions 40LF, 41LF has one end (the right end in Figure 1) located at the bottom of the base end (the right end in Figure 1) of the panel portion 31LF and extends from there toward the top of the free end (the left end in Figure 1). The other step portion 41LF is located lower than the first step portion 40LF, and one end (the right end in FIG. 1) of the other step portion 41LF is located below the base end of the panel portion 31LF and extends directly to the free end from there. Therefore, the distance between the other end (the left end in FIG. 1) of the other step portion 41LF and the bottom end of the panel portion 31LF is equal to the distance between one end of the other step portion 41LF and the bottom end of the panel portion 31LF. As a result, a recess 42LF is formed between the two step portions 40LF, 41LF, the vertical distance between which gradually increases from the base end to the free end of the panel portion 31LF, and the two step portions 40LF, 41LF form a three-dimensional pattern. In this case, the distance h1 between the other end of one step portion 40LF and the upper end of the panel portion 31LF is set equal to the distance h2 between the other end of the other step portion 41LF and the lower end of the panel portion 31LF, and the distance h3 between one end of the other step portion 41LF and the lower end of the panel portion 31LF (see FIG. 1). Also, the distance h4 between one end of the other step portion 41LF and one end of one step portion 40LF is set in advance (see FIG. 1).

[0044] In contrast, the right-side door 13RF is the same as the left-side door 13LF, but its orientation is staggered up and down, as described above. Therefore, although the pattern formed by the two step portions 41RF, 40RF of the right-side door 13RF appears different from that of the left-side door 13LF at first glance, when the left and right doors 13LF, 13RF are closed, the distance h1 between the upper end of the left-side door 13LF and the other end of one step portion 40LF is equal to the distance h2 between the lower end of the left-side door 13LF and the other end of the other step portion 41LF, so that the step portions 40LF, 41LF of the left-side door 13LF and the step portions 41RF, 40RF of the right-side door 13RF are continuous with each other. As a result, the left and right doors 13LF, 13RF form a relatively large recess 42F (combined with 42LF and 42RF) that gradually widens from the base end toward the free end of each door 13LF, 13RF, and the left and right doors 13LF, 13RF form a new recess 42F pattern that is different from the recess 42LF, 42RF patterns formed by each door 13LF, 13RF. The recess 42F pattern formed by the doors 13LF, 13RF crosses the entire lateral length of the front opening 6 and resembles a diamond shape overall, and the pattern is recognized by the viewer as having continuity and unity. Furthermore, because the diamond-shaped recess 42F pattern has a three-dimensional appearance due to the two step portions 40LF, 41LF (40RF, 41RF), the recess 42F pattern can be imagined as a relatively large window through which the inside of the container device 1 can be seen, and the relatively large recess bottom surface (panel surface) 42FA between the two step portions 40LF, 40RF, 41LF, 41RF can be used as a drawing area (reference numeral 42FA) for drawing an image related to the contents inside the container device 1. As a result, by drawing an image in the drawing area 42FA, the role of the container device 1 can be effectively recognized. In this embodiment, as will be described later, the water treatment device is constructed by storing multiple treatment units, etc. that treat wastewater within the container device 1, so the drawing area 42FA depicts an image of ``bubbling (aeration) in water'' that evokes the state of water purification treatment, in order to give the impression that the container device 1 stores a water treatment device or its related equipment (see Figures 13 and 14).

[0045] 3, a pair of opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB are also arranged adjacent to each other at the rear opening 7. In this case, the configuration of the opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB at the rear opening 7 is basically the same as the configuration of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF at the front opening 6. Therefore, the configuration of the opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB at the rear opening 7 will be denoted by the subscripts "LB" and "RB" instead of the subscripts "LF" and "RF" of the components of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF at the front opening 6, and features and differences will be particularly described.

[0046] Regarding the configuration of the pair of opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB at the rear opening 7, one of the opening / closing doors (left opening / closing door) 13LB has its base end (right end in Figure 3) 14LB supported by one of the rear pillar members 4LB that define the rear opening 7 so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction along that one rear pillar member 4LB, and the other opening / closing door (right opening / closing door) 13RB has its base end (left end in Figure 3) 14RB supported by the other rear pillar member 4RB that define the rear opening 7 so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction along the other rear pillar member 4RB. As a result, the rear opening 7 is opened and closed by rotating each of the opening and closing doors 13LB, 13RB, and when each of the opening and closing doors 13LB, 13RB opens the rear opening 7, access to the inside of the container device 1 (inside the framework structure 2) becomes possible through the rear opening 7, and when both opening and closing doors 13LB, 13RB close the rear opening 7, the both opening and closing doors 13LB, 13RB and the rear surface of the framework structure 2 cooperate to form the rear wall portion 15B of the container device 1 (the other wall portion of one of two pairs of opposing wall portions).

[0047] 3, the left and right doors 13LB, 13RB at the rear opening 7 are also of the same configuration and are staggered vertically. Therefore, recesses 42LB, 42RB are formed by the step portions 41LB, 40LB (40RB, 41RB) of the doors 13LB, 13RB, respectively, and when the doors 13LB, 13RB close the rear opening 7, the step portions 41LB, 40LB (40RB, 41RB) of the doors 13LB, 13RB are connected to form a recess 42B pattern in which the recesses 42LB, 42RB are connected. However, in this embodiment, the arrangement of each step portion 41LB, 40LB (40RB, 41RB) in each opening / closing door 13LB, 13RB is arranged upside down relative to each step portion 41LF, 40LF (40RF, 41RF) in each opening / closing door 13LF, 13RF used in the front opening 6 (the arrangement when each opening / closing door 13LF, 13RF is turned upside down and the step portions 41LF, 40LF on their surfaces are viewed from the back), and the recess 42B pattern formed by the opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB and the recess 42F pattern formed by the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF overlap with each other and have the same shape when viewed from the outside of either the front wall portion 15F or the rear wall portion 15B to the other side (inward in the direction of parallel installation). This is to create a pattern that evokes the same image as that evoked by the recess 42F pattern, while also creating a pattern that is preferable from the standpoint of continuity and unity in relation to the recess 45SL, 45SR patterns on the left and right side opening doors 19SL, 19SR described below.

[0048] 2 and 4, one opening / closing door (opening / closing door for side wall portion) is disposed in each of the pair of side openings 8, 9. The opening / closing doors 19SL, 19SR in each of the pair of side openings have the same configuration, and the configuration of one opening / closing door (left opening / closing door) 19SL will be described by adding the suffix "L" to the reference numerals of the components, while the configuration of the other opening / closing door (right opening / closing door) will be described by adding the suffix "R" instead of the suffix "L" to the reference numerals of the components of one opening / closing door, and redundant description will be omitted.

[0049] One of the opening / closing doors 19SL has its base end 20SL supported by one of the rear pillars 4RB that define the rear opening 7 so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction along that one rear pillar 4RB, and the other opening / closing door 19SR has its base end 20SR supported by the other rear pillar 4LB that defines the rear opening 7 so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction along the other rear pillar 4LB. As a result, the side openings 8, 9 are opened and closed by pivoting the doors 19SL, 19SR, and when the doors 19SL, 19SR open the side openings 8, 9, access to the interior of the container device 1 (the interior of the framework 2) is possible through the side openings 8, 9. When the doors 19SL, 19SR close the side openings 8, 9, the doors 19SL, 19SR cooperate with the side surfaces of the framework 2 to form side wall portions 21SL, 21SR (the other pair of wall portions out of two pairs of opposing wall portions) of the container device 1. Handles 23SL, 23SR are provided on the surfaces of the free ends 22SL, 22SR of the doors 19SL, 19SR at the vertical center, and an operator uses the handles 23SL, 23SR to open and close the doors 19SL, 19SR.

[0050] The specific configuration of each of the opening / closing doors 19SL, 19SR and the configuration for attaching it to the framework structure 2 are basically the same as those of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF (13LB, 13RB) used for the front opening 6 and the rear opening 7. On the other hand, each of the opening / closing doors 19SL, 19SR (surface of panel portions 31SL, 31SR) has a plurality of steps formed thereon that differ from the plurality of steps 40LF, 41LF (40RB, 41RB) formed on the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF (13LB, 13RB) used for the front opening 6 and the rear opening 7.

[0051] As shown in FIG. 2, the multiple steps in the left-side door 19SL are formed as two steps 43SL and 44SL. The two steps 43SL and 44SL extend horizontally between the base end (right end in FIG. 2) and the free end (left end in FIG. 2) of the surface of the panel portion 13LB, maintaining a predetermined vertical distance h5. One step 43SL is positioned higher than the other step 44SL by the predetermined distance h5, and the distance between the other step 44SL and the lower end of the surface of the panel portion 31SL is set to a predetermined distance h6. In this case, the predetermined distance h6 is equal to the distance h3 between one end of the other step 41LF of the door 13LF used for the front opening 6 and the lower end of the surface of the panel portion 31LF, and the predetermined distance h5 is equal to the distance h4 between one end of one step 40LF and one end of the other step 41LF of the door 13LF. Therefore, when this opening / closing door 19SL is attached to one of the rear pillars 4RB and the left side opening 8 is closed, the ends of each step portion 43SL, 44SL at the free end (left end in Figure 2) of the opening / closing door 19SL are connected to the ends of each step portion 40LF, 41LF at the base end of the left opening / closing door 13LF at the front opening 6 via one of the front pillars 4LF, and the ends of each step portion 43SL, 43SL at the base end (right end in Figure 2) of this opening / closing door 19SL are connected to the ends of each step portion 40RB, 41RB at the base end of the opening / closing door 13RB at the rear opening 7 via one of the rear pillars 4RB, so that the recessed portion 42LF pattern of the opening / closing door 13LF used for the front opening 6 and the recessed portion 42RB pattern of the opening / closing door 13RB used for the rear opening 7 are continuously connected by the recessed portion 45SL pattern of a constant width formed at the bottom of the opening / closing door 19SL. In this door 19SL, the space between the two steps 43SL and 44SL can be visualized as a peephole due to its three-dimensionality, and therefore, to correspond to the image of the imaged area 42FA in the doors 13LF and 13RF (13LB and 13RB) used in the front wall 15F and the rear wall 15B, an image of "bubbling (aeration) in water" is depicted on the bottom surface (imaged area) 45SLA of the recess between the two steps 43SL and 44SL, evoking a water purification process. Of course, in this case, the two steps 43SL and 44SL increase the section modulus and thus the bending strength of the door 19SL.

[0052] The right-side opening / closing door 19SR is attached to the other rear pillar 4LB with the left-side opening / closing door 19SL in a staggered position, and therefore, at the top of the surface of the panel portion 31SR of the opening / closing door 19SR, two step portions 44SR, 43SR extend horizontally with a gap between them in the vertical direction, and cross parallel between the base end (left end in Figure 4) and the free end (right end in Figure 4) of the surface of the panel portion 31SR. Since the positional relationship of these two step portions 44SR, 43SR on the surface of panel portion 31SR is the same as when the left-side opening / closing door 19SL is turned upside down, when the opening / closing door 19SR is closed, the ends of each step portion 44SR, 43SR at the free end of the opening / closing door 19SR are connected to the ends of each step portion 41RF, 40RF at the base end of the right-side opening / closing door 13RF used for the front opening 6 via the other front pillar member 4RF, and the ends of each step portion 44SR, 43SR at the base end of the opening / closing door 19SR are connected to the ends of each step portion 41LB, 40LB at the base end of the left-side opening door 13LB used for the rear opening 7 via the other rear pillar member 4LB, so that the recess 42RF pattern of the opening / closing door 13RF used for the front opening 6 and the recess 42LB pattern of the opening / closing door 13LB used for the rear opening 7 are continuously connected by the recess 45SR pattern of a constant width formed at the top of the opening / closing door 19SR. In this door 19SR, the space between the two steps 44SR and 43SR can be visualized as a viewing window due to its three-dimensionality, and similarly to the door 13SL, an image of "bubbling in water (aeration)" is depicted on the bottom surface (drawing area) 45SR of the recess between the two steps 44SR and 43SR, evoking a water purification process. Of course, in this case too, the two steps 44SR and 43SR increase the section modulus and thus the bending strength of the door 19SR.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 5 , the upper opening 10 is covered with a plurality of panels 24U (three in this embodiment), and the plurality of panels 24U and the upper frame 5 form an upper wall portion 25U of the container device 1. In this case, the plurality of panels 24U are supported by reinforcing members 12 and sequentially arranged laterally from one side to the other on the inner peripheral edge of the upper surface of the upper frame 5, and the upper surfaces of the plurality of panels 24U are flush with the outer peripheral upper surface of the upper frame 5. A plurality of rings 26 for hooking hooks of a lifting device (not shown) are attached to the upper wall portion 25U. In this embodiment, two rings 26 are provided on the front and rear upper surfaces of the upper wall portion 25U, spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction, and the rings 26 are arranged symmetrically about the horizontal center of the container device 1.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 6 , the lower opening 11, like the upper opening 10, is covered with a plurality of panels 24D, and the plurality of panels 24D and the lower frame 3 form a bottom wall 25D of the container device 1. Casters 27 are attached to the four corners of the outer surface of the bottom wall 25D (the lower surface of the lower frame 3). These casters 27 facilitate movement of the container device 1. In this case, it is preferable to provide casters 27 at the front and rear ends of the outer surface of the bottom wall 25D, as well as at the lateral center thereof, in addition to the four corners (see FIG. 1 , etc.). This is to effectively suppress deflection of the bottom wall 25D due to the weight of the contents stored in the container device 1 and to facilitate smooth movement of the container device 1 on the floor surface.

[0055] Therefore, in the container device 1, all of the step portions 40LF, 41LF, 40RF, 41RF, 40LB, 41LB, 40RB, 41RB, 44SL, 45SL, 44SR, 45SR formed in the opening and closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, 19SR constituting the front wall portion 15F, the rear wall portion 15B, and the left and right side wall portions 15SL, 15SR are connected to one another, and recessed portions 42F, 42B, 45SL, 45SR patterns that are continuous and integrated all around the peripheral wall portions (front wall portion 15F, rear wall portion 15B, and left and right side wall portions 21SL, 21SR) of the container device 1. Therefore, at a glance, the viewer can imagine that the container device 1 has some new role, unlike the normal case (where it can be determined that the container device 1 simply serves as a receptacle for transporting various articles). In particular, in this embodiment, taking into consideration the items stored in the container device 1 (multiple processing units), an image showing ``bubbling (aeration) in water'', which evokes water purification processing, is drawn on the bottom surface (drawing area) 42FA, 42BA, 45SLA, 45SRA of the recess between each of the two step portions of each of the opening and closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, 19SR, so that it can be immediately recognized from the outside that the container device 1, including the stored items, is related to a water treatment device.

[0056] On the other hand, even if the doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR are formed with continuous, integrated recessed patterns, a common door can be used for the pair of doors 13LF and 13RF that make up the front wall 15F and the pair of doors 13LB and 13RB that make up the rear wall 15B, and another common door can be used for the doors 19SL and 19SR that make up the left and right side walls 21SL and 21SR. This reduces the manufacturing burden (reducing the number of parts) of the doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR.

[0057] In this case, to form the recesses 42LF, 42RF, 42LB, 42RB, 45SL, 45SR patterns in each of the doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, 19SR, two step portions 40LF, 41LF, 40RF, 41RF, 40LB, 41LB, 40RB, 41RB, 44SL, 45SL, 44SR, 45SR are used, which can be easily formed by molding, such as pressing, the material of the doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, 19SR. Furthermore, the two step portions 40LF, 41LF, 40RF, 41RF, 40LB, 41LB, 40RB, 41RB, 44SL, 45SL, 44SR, 45SR increase the section modulus and thereby the bending strength of each door (panel portion) while maintaining the shape (plate-like body) of each door. Furthermore, since at least one of the step portions 40LF, 40RF, 40LB, 40RB of each of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB is arranged at an angle to the horizontal direction, the step portion can increase the bending strength by the area where the step portion 40LF, 40RF, 40LB, 40RB is displaced in the vertical direction of each of the opening / closing doors. In increasing the bending strength of each of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, the number of step portions in each of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB can be reduced by the number of step portions that do not extend horizontally in the above area.

[0058] The container apparatus 1 is used as a storage box (storage case) to configure a water treatment device 51. If the water treatment device 51 is configured by storing multiple treatment units and the like that configure the water treatment device 51 inside the container apparatus 1, it becomes easy to transport and move, and the liquid to be treated can be treated flexibly. In this embodiment, for example, in order to treat leachate from a waste landfill, the container apparatus 1 stores multiple treatment units and the like for the water treatment device 51 that removes nitrogen from wastewater containing a large amount of ammoniacal nitrogen. Accordingly, as mentioned above, in order to effectively indicate that the container device 1 constitutes a water treatment device 51, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, recesses 42LF, 42RF, 42LB, 42RB, 45SL, and 45SR patterns are formed in the opening and closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR of the container device 1, and an image depicting the water treatment device 51 is drawn in color in the drawing areas 42FA, 42BA, 45LSA, and 45RSA, which form the bottom of the recesses.

[0059] 15 shows a system diagram of the water treatment device 51. In this water treatment device 51, chloride ions Cl - and sodium ions Na + Wastewater Rw containing ammonia nitrogen is supplied as the liquid to be treated to a deep portion of the solution in the circulation tank 52 where the ammonia nitrogen exists. The solution in the circulation tank 52 in this state is taken out from the bottom wall of the circulation tank 52 by a pump P and a circulation pipe 53, and is then supplied to an electrolytic tank 54 installed in the circulation pipe 53. There, electrolysis is carried out, and the treated liquid after the electrolysis is returned to the circulation tank 52. In the electrolytic tank 54, electrolytic denitrification is carried out, and at the anode, Cl - is oxidized to chlorine Cl2 and electrons e - is released (2Cl - →Cl2 + 2e - ), at the cathode, Na + and water H2O and 2e - This produces sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and hydrogen (H2) (2Na + + 2H2O + 2e -→ 2NaOH + H2). Therefore, sodium hypochlorite NaClO is produced by Cl2 produced at the anode and NaOH produced at the cathode. This NaClO reacts with ammonia contained in the wastewater to produce monochloroamine (NH2Cl) and dichloroamine (NHCl2) (NH3 + NaClO → NH2Cl + NaOH, NH2Cl + NaClO → NHCl2 + NaOH). The NH2Cl and NHCl2 react to produce harmless nitrogen (N2) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) (NH2Cl + NHCl2 → N2 + 3HCl). This series of reactions is supplied from the electrolytic cell 54 to the circulation tank 52. The mixed gas of Cl2 (unreacted), N2, and H2 that enters the circulation tank 52 is supplied to the exhaust gas treatment tower 56 via the exhaust pipe 55. After treatment in the exhaust gas treatment tower 56, the harmless treated gas Tg is released into the atmosphere via the treated gas release pipe 57. On the other hand, the treated liquid that has entered the circulation tank 52 from the electrolytic tank 54 is supplied to the neutralization / reduction tank 58 by overflowing the increased amount resulting from the supply of wastewater into the circulation tank 52. In this neutralization / reduction tank 58, pH adjustment (neutralization adjustment) and oxidation-reduction potential adjustment are carried out by supplying an alkaline liquid from an alkaline liquid supply device 59, an acidic liquid from an acidic liquid supply device 60, and a liquid reducing agent from a reducing agent supply device 61, and the adjusted liquid is discharged to the outside via a wastewater tank 62 as treated water Tw.

[0060] Figure 16 is a simplified plan view showing the arrangement of components such as the treatment units in a water treatment device 51. As is clear from Figure 16, in this water treatment device 51, the circulation tank 52, which is the starting point or center, is located on the other lateral side of the front region within the container device 1, and as described above, wastewater Rw, which is the liquid to be treated, is supplied to the circulation tank 52 from a wastewater supply port 69.

[0061] The circulation piping 53, electrolytic bath 54, pump P, etc. are arranged in the rear region of the container apparatus 1 as a first treatment unit group A1. The circulation piping 53 consists of a discharge pipe section 53a and a return pipe section 53b connected to the discharge pipe section 53a. The discharge pipe section 53a extends rearward from the bottom of the circulation bath 52, then bends laterally inward of the container apparatus 1, and extends near the exhaust gas treatment tower 56, where it is reversed upward. The return pipe section 53b continues to the discharge pipe section 53a and extends laterally toward the other side of the container apparatus 1 above the discharge pipe section 53a. When it reaches the rear of the circulation bath 52, it bends toward the circulation bath 52 and is connected to the upper part of the circulation bath 52. A tubular electrolytic bath 54 is used, and by utilizing this shape, the electrolytic bath 54 is inserted into the return pipe section 53b with its axis aligned with the axis of the return pipe section 53b. Reference numeral 71 denotes a support member for supporting the circulation pipe 53 (53a, 53b) and the electrolytic cell 54.

[0062] The neutralization / reduction tank 58, the wastewater tank 62, the alkaline liquid supply device 59, the acidic liquid supply device 60, and the installation stand 63 for installing the reducing agent supply device 61 are arranged as the second treatment unit group A2 in the front region of the container apparatus 1, adjacent to the circulation tank 52 but spaced apart from the circulation tank 52. This is because, while it is necessary to appropriately replenish the pH adjusting solution (alkaline liquid, etc.) and monitor the neutralization / reduction state of the treatment solution, the front opening 6 of the container apparatus 1 is primarily used as an access opening for maintenance. From a similar perspective, a control panel 64 for controlling various control targets is also arranged in the front region of the container apparatus 1, next to the installation stand 63 for the alkaline liquid supply device 59, etc. In this embodiment, taking into consideration the presence of the control panel 64, an opening is formed at the top of the opening / closing door 13LF and a transparent window 70 is formed by covering the opening with a transparent plate so that the measurement display on the control panel 64 can be checked under normal circumstances without opening the opening / closing door 13LF (see Figures 1, 13, and 14).

[0063] The exhaust pipe 55, exhaust gas treatment tower 56, treated gas discharge pipe 57, etc. are arranged as a third treatment unit group A3 in the upper region of the first and second treatment unit groups A1 and A2 and in the rear region of the control panel 64. This embodiment aims to effectively utilize the upper region of the container apparatus 1 by focusing on the ease of flow (i.e., the ability to pipe anywhere) of the mixed gas (Cl, N, H) discharged from the circulation tank 52. In this embodiment, the exhaust gas treatment tower 56 is arranged behind (in the rear region of) the control panel 64, and the exhaust gas treatment tower 56 and the upper portion of the circulation tank 52 are connected by an exhaust pipe 55 that crosses the upper space between the first and second treatment unit groups A1 and A2. A treated gas discharge pipe 57 is connected to the top of the exhaust gas treatment tower 56 for discharging treated gas after exhaust gas treatment, and the treated gas discharge pipe 57 extends to the outside from the top of the left side opening 8.

[0064] In this case, each of the side doors 19SL, 19SR has a notch cut out at its upper portion to form a notched opening 65, and a closing plate 66 is fixed to the upper frame 5 of the framework structure 2 to cover the notched opening 65 when the left door 19SL is closed. A through-hole 67 is formed in the closing plate 66, and the process gas discharge pipe 57 passes through the through-hole 67 to support the process gas discharge pipe 57 without interfering with the opening and closing of the left door 19SL. On the other hand, the right door 19SR also has a notched opening at its bottom, and a bulging closing cover 68 is attached to the door 19SR to close the notched opening. As shown in FIG. 6 , the closing cover 68 has a lower opening 68a on its underside, the interior of which is connected to the exterior, and the lower opening 68a is in communication with the notched opening. For this reason, when treating wastewater, a wastewater supply hose is inserted into the container device 1 through the lower opening 68a of the closing cover 68 and the notched opening in the opening / closing door 19SR, and the wastewater supply hose is connected to the wastewater supply port 69 of the circulation tank 52. The notched opening in the opening / closing door 19SR and the lower opening 68a of the closing cover 68 are also used to release the treated water Tw from the drainage tank 62, and during this release, a treated water release hose 75 for releasing the treated water to the outside extends to the outside through the notched opening in the opening / closing door 19SR and the lower opening 68a of the closing cover 68.

[0065] For this reason, in the water treatment device 51, all of the peripheral walls of the container device, namely the front wall 15F, the rear wall 15B and the pair of side wall 21SL, 21SR, are constructed as opening / closing doors, while the installation area within the container device 1 is divided into two areas in the front-to-rear direction and an area above them. Therefore, when storing and installing the treatment unit groups A1 to A3 of the water treatment device 51, only those to be placed on the front side of the container device 1 (the second treatment unit group A2) need to be taken in through the front opening 6 of the container device 1, and only those to be placed on the rear side of the container device 1 (the first treatment unit group A1) need to be taken in through the rear opening 7 of the container device 1, and the amount of movement of the heavy treatment unit groups (the first and second treatment unit groups A1, A2) within the container device 1 can be minimized (reducing the burden of storage and installation work). Furthermore, in consideration of facilitating the flow of the produced gas when discharging the produced gas, the upper region of the first and second treatment unit groups A1, A2 is effectively utilized for arranging the third treatment unit group A3. This allows the entire contents to be compact, thereby achieving a more compact container apparatus. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first treatment unit group A1 has a circulation piping 53 with a two-tiered upper and lower structure consisting of a discharge pipe section 53a and a return pipe section 53b, and the electrolytic cell 54 is tubular and is interposed within the return pipe 53b with its axis aligned with the axis of the return pipe 53b. This reduces the length of the contents in the front-to-rear direction, which contributes to reducing the length of the container apparatus 1 in the front-to-rear direction.

[0066] In addition, when the front opening 6 of the container apparatus 1 is opened, only the second processing unit group A2 appears, and the second processing unit group A2 restricts access for work to the first processing unit group A1 behind it. On the other hand, when the rear opening 7 of the container apparatus 1 is opened, only the first processing unit group A1 appears, and the first processing unit group A1 (particularly the upper and lower two-tier configuration of the discharge pipe section 53a and the return pipe section 53b) restricts access for work to the second processing unit group A2 behind it. Therefore, with regard to maintenance of the first and second processing unit groups A1 and A2, the layout structure makes it clear that the work should be performed from a predetermined opening of the container apparatus 1, from the perspective of performing the work accurately.

[0067] Although the above describes the embodiment, the present invention also encompasses the following aspects: (1) The pair of opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, and 13RB that constitute the peripheral wall of the container device 1 are sliding doors. (2) The pillars 4 of the framework structure 2 are hidden by the free ends and base ends of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR. (3) Adjacent opening / closing doors form wall sections (front wall section 15F or rear wall section 15B and side wall sections) that constitute corners of the peripheral wall. (4) The opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR may be formed not only entirely but also partially in the walls of the container device 1. (5) The step portions 40LF, 41LF, 40RF, 41RF, 40LB, 41LB, 40RB, 41RB, 44SL, 45SL, 44SR, and 45SR are not limited to being linear on the inner side in the extension direction, but may be curved. (6) The step portions 40LF, 41LF, 40RF, 41RF, 40LB, 41LB, 40RB, 41RB, 44SL, 45SL, 44SR, and 45SR are not limited to being bent toward the back side of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR (panel portion), but may be bent toward the outside of the front side. (7) In each of the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, 13RB, 19SL, and 19SR (panel portion), a plurality of recesses are formed sequentially in the up-down direction by a plurality of step portions. (8) The recessed portions 42F formed by the opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF (forming the front wall portion 15F) and the recessed portions 42B formed by the opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB (forming the rear wall portion 15B) are made to have the same shape when viewed from the front, while the opening / closing doors 19SL, 19SR forming each side wall portion 21SL, 21SR are made of the same material, alternately arranged above and below, so that the recessed portions 45SL, 45SR formed by the opening / closing doors 19SL, 19SR are aligned with the recessed portions 42F, 42B. This allows the four opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF, 13LB, and 13RB to be shared by a single opening / closing door. (9) The front wall portion 15F (opening / closing doors 13LF, 13RF) and the rear wall portion 15B (opening / closing doors 13LB, 13RB) of the container device 1 are appropriately determined.Of course, it is preferable to use the wall portion where the door is frequently opened and closed as the front wall portion 15F. (10) When gas is generated by treatment in the neutralization / reduction tank 55 and the drainage layer 62, the gas is introduced into the exhaust gas treatment tower 56 for exhaust gas treatment. (11) The rings 26 and casters 27 in the container device 1 are provided as needed, and are not provided when not needed. (12) The water treatment device should be as follows: a container device formed in a box shape, the peripheral wall of which includes a front wall, a rear wall disposed facing the rear of the front wall, and a pair of side walls disposed between the front wall and the rear wall and connecting the front wall and the rear wall on both lateral sides thereof, wherein the front wall, the rear wall, and each of the pair of side walls are configured as doors that can be opened and closed; and the container device is provided therein with a circulation tank that receives a liquid to be treated from the outside, a first treatment unit group that removes the liquid to be treated from the circulation tank, electrolyzes the liquid, and then returns to the circulation tank a gas and the treated liquid generated by the electrolysis, a second treatment unit group that receives from the circulation tank the treated liquid returned to the circulation tank by the first treatment unit group and adjusts the release of the treated liquid, and a third treatment unit group that receives from the circulation tank a generated gas returned to the circulation tank by the first treatment unit group and releases the generated gas to the outside; a water treatment device characterized in that: the circulation tank is arranged in a front region within the container device, adjacent to a side wall opening / closing door that constitutes one of the pair of side wall portions; the first treatment unit group is arranged in a rear region within the container device; the second treatment unit group is arranged in the front region within the container device, successively adjacent to the circulation tank but spaced apart from the circulation tank; and the third treatment unit group is arranged in an upper region of the first and second treatment unit groups.According to this configuration, the peripheral walls of the container device, i.e., the front wall, rear wall, and pair of side walls, are all configured as opening / closing doors, while the installation area within the container device is divided into two areas, one in the front and one above them. Therefore, even if the group of treatment units to be stored and installed in the container device is relatively large and heavy, the ease of transport of the container device can be utilized to reduce the burden of the storage and installation work and to make the entire storage compact. (13) In the water treatment device of (12), the above-mentioned multiple step portions 40LF, 41LF, 40RF, 41RF, 40LB, 41LB, 40RB, 41RB, 44SL, 45SL, 44SR, and 45SR are provided in each opening and closing door when needed, and the multiple step portions are not provided when not needed. In particular, when multiple step portions are not provided in each opening and closing door, it is only necessary to consider the ease of storage and installation work when the group of treatment units to be stored and installed in the container device is relatively large and heavy. (14) In the water treatment device according to (12), a single step portion is formed on the surface of one of the doors of the peripheral wall of the container device, the step portion being bent in the thickness direction and extending across both lateral ends of the door, and the step portion is inclined with respect to the lateral direction. In particular, it is preferable that the step portions of adjacent doors are connected to each other.

[0068] The present invention can be used to reduce the manufacturing burden of each adjacent opening and closing door while increasing the overall bending strength of the adjacent opening and closing doors in a container device, even when the adjacent opening and closing doors form a continuous and integrated pattern, and furthermore, the container device can be used in a water treatment device.
