The invention discloses a single fiber bi-directional BOSA optical structure used for a high-speed transmit-receive system. A double-face discrete structure is employed, a central partition in a housing is employed to separate a transmitting terminal TOSA optical structure from a receiving terminal ROSA optical structure. A wavelength division multiplexing light composition structure in the TOSA optical structure and a wavelength division multiplexing optical structure in the ROSA optical structure are employed to carrying out light composition and light splitting on light beams, the TOSA optical structure and the ROSA optical structure share a refractive PBS combination prism, a light splitting PBS combination prism, and an optical port collimator, the light beam emitted from the optical port collimator is refracted by the refractive PBS combination prism towards the lower layer, and the fact that the TOSA light beam is separated from the ROSA light beam is achieved. By employing the above design, single fiber bi-directional transmission is achieved by means of one housing and one optical port, and therefore the single fiber bi-directional BOSA optical structure is advantaged by being simple in structure, low in insertion loss, relatively-high in coupling efficiency, easy to assemble and debug and relatively-small in size, and being capable of saving the cost, and has a good application prospect.

The ultrasonic flaw detection method comprises the following steps: (1) determining maximal detection depth of transverse wave incidence once according to 1/2 of sum of prototype sizes of two axle diameters of the part of the detected axle provided with a probe and the gear press-in section; (2) selecting the parts with the same detection depths in the reference blocks; and (3) putting a transverse wave inclined probe for the axle on the gear press-in sections or wheel seat parts of the reference blocks, scanning a linear cutting artificial crack which is 1mm in depth at the part corresponding to the reference blocks, adjusting the optimal reflection echo amplitude to be 80% of vertical amplitude, and respectively adjusting the sensitivity of ultrasonic flaw detection at the inner side and outer side of the gear press-in section of the detected axle. According to the ultrasonic flaw detection method of the gear press-in section of the locomotive axle, the sensitivity of ultrasonic flaw detection of the gear press-in sections of whole wheel axles of various locomotives can be adjusted under the condition that the same type of reference blocks do not exist.
