The specific implementation scheme is as follows: the requirement description data of the resource scheduling problem is subjected to semantic analysis and structured processing, and hard constraint conditions and soft constraint conditions of the processing process thereof are determined; under the hard constraint conditions, the number of unmet conditions in the soft constraint conditions is taken as a first objective function, the resource scheduling problem is processed according to the problem description data, and the problem description data is corrected according to the unmet conditions to iteratively process the resource scheduling problem until a candidate scheduling scheme set is obtained; under the hard constraint conditions, a target scheduling scheme is determined from the set according to a second objective function corresponding to the requirement description data. The present disclosure improves the determination efficiency and accuracy of the target scheduling scheme.
