This invention discloses a
crankshaft-type dual-point multi-link press, relating to the field of press technology. It includes a support table, table body,
crankshaft assembly, trolley
assembly, and track. The
crankshaft assembly includes a motor, transmission gears, a large gear, and a
crank-connecting rod mechanism to achieve a "slow down, fast up"
stamping motion. The trolley assembly includes a geared motor, drive wheels, and track cleaning blades to achieve smooth transfer of the entire
machine and track cleaning. Anti-eccentric load devices are provided on both sides of the crankshaft assembly. These devices include a connecting drive assembly, a guiding and stabilizing assembly, and a clamping support assembly. This invention uses the sliding block to trigger the connecting drive assembly when it descends, which, in conjunction with the multi-link, achieves eccentric load compensation. The guiding and stabilizing assembly provides high-precision vertical guidance, and the clamping support assembly dynamically clamps the guiding structure during the
stamping process. The entire
machine has a compact structure, stable operation, high
stamping accuracy, and strong anti-eccentric load capability.
