The invention discloses a
heating furnace management and control device based on
the Internet of Things and an abnormity alarm
system. The abnormity alarm
system comprises acquisition, analysis and
processing, division, update amplification and final
reconstruction error comparison. The method comprises the steps that firstly, real-
time data of all plc point locations in the operation process of a
heating furnace are collected through a longitudinal edge gateway, and secondly, modeling analysis and
processing are conducted on data transmitted from the edge side at the cloud end through a
data processing module through the cloud technology, the
big data platform technology and the
algorithm platform technology; step 3, dividing the original features into a plurality of sub-feature space sets by using an aggregation
hierarchical clustering algorithm by using a feature mapper; the objective of the invention is to provide a neural network
algorithm based on an auto-
encoder based on
the Internet of Things technology and the cloud and
edge computing technology, and in combination with the
big data technology, abnormal working conditions are judged, so that alarm information is prompted timely, quickly and accurately, and prediction and warning are performed through the
big data alarm level, so that further part
troubleshooting is performed in advance, and the work efficiency is improved. And risks and hidden dangers are avoided.
