The hydraulic cylinder and the rocker arm arein a hinge joint relation with a speedboat tail deck to form an A-frame, which is in a hinge joint relation with the main shaft sleeved on the seat frame through the connecting rod to form a linkage.The telescoping apparatus comprises a middle telescoping hydraulic cylinder fixedly arranged in the middle of the main shaft and two side telescoping hydraulic cylinders fixedly arranged on two ends of the main shaft; and an end of each telescoping hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a tip rod. The triangle mesh bag is correspondingly connected with ends of the three tip rods.
