The invention relates to a medical history diagnosis system and method. An intelligent system for collecting, storing, processing and analyzing relevant medical history data of patients is disclosed. In one embodiment, the patient's medical history, including the patient's personal medical history and the patient's family medical history, can be reviewed in the system. Physicians and other medical professionals can query the system to compare symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, and medical issues to known medical histories.
