A cryogenic refrigerator includes a pressure switching valve with a rotational element for switching between channels. The cryogenic refrigerator includes a first member located on one side in a direction of a rotational axis of the rotational element; a second member located on another side in the direction of the rotational axis of the rotational element; a bearing (36) rotatably supporting the rotational element; and an elastic element.
